I absolutely love shopping at Yankee Candle. Meghan and Allison are the absolute best. They are always super helpful and I feel like family when I shop there. AWESOME shopping experience!!!!

The crew are great employees and brand ambassadors but Allison, Julia, and the rest of the crew (including the Eros) are great people to be around.

I always get some solid smelling candles here that last a respectable amount of time. However the staff here really sets this location apart. They are incredibly helpful and polite, always happy to chat, and one of them today even remembered me from a visit months ago. That’s some awesome customer service and always makes for a great experience.

I visited this store once....and only once. The “manager” Allison, was exceptionally rude and overbearing. She has a very strong “I’m better than you and you don’t know anything” attitude that I found very off putting.I had gone in to buy a specific candle for my mother and she had the audacity to question my selection (I assume because it was cheaper candle and not a full price $40. One) saying “are you sure your mom would even like that?”If this store is ever going to survive it needs a drastic change in management. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Ever.Unless snarky attitude and a god complex Is what you look for in a retail environment.

LOVE this store!!!The staff, especially Kimberly, are super friendly and know my husband & I by name. She ALWAYS makes sure we have what we want, especially at Halloween, shes the best!

These candles never have throws anymore. Such a waste of money and way too expensive. The staff here has always been overbearing and smothering when Im in here. So for multiple reasons, I just walk a few stores away to White Barn/B&BW where I not only get better prices, but better throws as well. And the employees leave me in peace.
