I visit this so call cell phone place on 02/1/2021. A young inexperience black female took my phone and started digging in my sim card space.I had a sim card stuck in the sim card compartment. This person dug in my phone until this other big black guy came in the store from lunch.He then took my Google Xl phone and went in the back after she told me it would cost 20 dollars to go inside of it.He stayed in the back of the store for about 30 minutes.He finally came out and said boss we cant do nothing for you. My cell phone later on that night stop working.I would not recommend any one to take any type of cell device to this hood store.Please take your phone to real professional cell phone repair shop.

Last time I went in service was horrible.The female tending the store couldnt be bothered by a walkin customer,maybe any customer.Not so good any more.

I had a groupon to get my son’s iPhone SE shattered screen fixed for under $50. Took it yesterday to Dee Knows Phones (or as Siri heard it “Dino’s” phones). Took about 15 minutes for them to fix it and they also cleaned out my charging port on my phone that was giving me troubles. All the while enjoyed great conversation with Marie and her husband. It was a trek over there from Inverness, but I will use them again when needed.

They are professional, courteous, fast, and get the job done. Phone was cracked to the fullest - repaired LCD & replaced screen in factory condition. Some nice cases are available for sale as well.

The prices are amazing!! As a college student we don’t have enough time to wait around or even have the funds to get everything we need. It only took 30 minutes for my screen repair and the cost was great! Apple charges an arm and a leg but DeeKnowsPhones is reasonable. He was also very friendly and helpful! I love my new screen soooo much! I recommend this place for an affordable, quick and easy fix for sure!

Place doesnt really buy broken phones or tablets. Thats a lie. Service was ok I guess this store is ok. Nothing to recommend. I will not be returning
