Wow is all I have to say!!! If you look up “Grade A Customer Service” in the dictionary you’ll find Cigars & More 280.So I was looking to get some cigars for a Fathers Day gift for my Dad and Grandpa. I gave them the call and the guy I spoke with dropped everything to help me. He was the only one in the shop and stopped to help and provide great customer service to a person on the phone who wasn’t guaranteed to purchase anything. Told him I was going to get my haircut and if he could please send me his email so I could contact him later and purchase some cigars. He sent it immediately and followed up after sending the email. He was a genuinely really good guy. So after helping me out and going above and beyond I find out he’s the owner!!! Did not expect that. Shop owners should take note of how to run a business from this great guy. I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

The friendliness of the staff and their overall knowledge of cigars is unequaled in the city of Birmingham and surrounding areas. They are more than willing to help new smokers ‘learn the ropes’ of cigar smoking and they are also more than willing to offer advice to a seasoned smoker. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you really want to learn about cigars, arrive after 4 pm and buy a few cigars. Light one and give the others away to people in the shop. You’ll will make friends and learn about smoking cigars.

Fantastic cigar shop. The BEST cigar shop Ive ever been to. The employees are fantastic extremely friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Their recommendations are spot on and the prices are great. I love bringing colleges from out of town here.

The sales associate was nice enough but when they didn’t have what I was looking for I simply asked if he could point me in the right direction to find raw cones/glass pieces. Keep in mind I’m new to the area. Just moved here from Oregon. He claimed he had no clue where I could find something like that. Luckily I used google again once I left and there was a vape shop one store down that was delighted to help me out.

This my spot!!!!!! Look, get the 5 cigar packs for 26.99 you will get amazing sticks. Its like your apart of one of those cigar clubs that serve sticks in the mail. But u can just go to cigars and more.

Great place to visit. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One of the largest selections of cigars in the south. A must stop for cigars smokers. Oh yeah, make sure you get on their email list because they have a long list of celebrities stopping by.

Great place. I enjoy the prices, I love the lounge and the large selection of cigars. The new employees fit in like a glove. The prices are competitive with other stores in the area.Reviews with no words shouldnt be acceptable in my opinion.

Best shop around hands down! Their humidor smokes great, no over humidified sticks like another shop around town. Gary is the man, great to talk to and makes great suggestions. Do yourself a favor and come by, grab a stogie and kick back!

This cigar lounge was just what the doctor ordered. I am spending some time in Hoover Alabama for training and I found Cigars and More. It is a great store with a great staff. They have a huge humidor room with a large selection of smokes. The lounge was great, they have nice big man chairs and two big screen TVs. Sitting there with a great smoke was the most relaxing thing I have done in a long time. I plan on visiting again before I leave town, and would recommend this store to anyone who likes great smokes and great service

Always friendly, Gary, Johnathan, and Harris do a great job helping clients find the right cigar for the right occasion. You can tell these guys love what they do.The lounge area has 2 big screen TVs (dominated by college footbal, golf, or the news), large man sized leather furniture and the crowd is always friendly. While they dont sell beverages, you are more than welcome to consume here. :)

If I could have left less than one star I would have. I’m a avid cigar smoker. I’ve been to this location twice in two years and have walked out with stale cigars both times. The first time customer service was decent. I went a week ago and there were two black males waiting to patronize this establishment and the guy who was appointed to check the customers out was in the smoke room. He looked at us waiting at the counter and proceeded to make us wait for close to 15 minutes. Once he came he didn’t greet us or apologize for the wait. He had to be asked for a receipt as well as a bag for the cigars to go in as well. If this is the type of behavior that will be exhibited when other ethnicities arrive to spend money then I will surely take my business elsewhere.

The humidor is huge and the selection is vast. It has a large lounge with, I think, at least five TVs. They appear to carry every possible Perdomo product and there is a raffle at the end of this month for a beer tap. I havent really figured that last part out, but I really enjoy this shop.
