Ordered a Keiser M5i elliptical strider on Friday Nov 27. Sales staff were precise with inventory and shipping status. Promised in 5-7 days. Equipment shipped the following Monday and we received it on Tuesday Dec 9 ( Arkansas to Idaho). Shipping & order staff were outstanding. Package arrived on a pallet, fully wrapped and protected in perfect condition. Company and Fed Ex Freight were great.

Have tried to arrange service on equipment bought from them for 2 months now. No returned calls, no shows for appointments. Not a company worth dealing with.

I was shopping for a Spirit XBR95 Recumbent Bike, I had researched every online retailer that carried this bike. I chatted with Cody several times and he was always honest and said we have the bikes coming in we are just waiting on the container to arrive. I told him I wouldn’t order one until he actually had them in the warehouse. Cody emailed me on a Saturday and said they were in-stock. I was Leary about buying online, but Cody reassured me if the bike didn’t ship as promised I could get a full refund.I placed the order on 08/04/2020 and to my surprise it shipped that same day.It took the bike until today to reach me but that is due to FedEx miss routing the order. The bike arrived in tact very well packaged. The driver placed the bike in my garage and even removed the pallet. This whole sale was amazing from start to finish. Fitness Zone even did the all research on why the order was lost!!Do your research then buy here.Thank You Cody and Scott S for your honesty and all your help.

Best price on a rowing machine that I wanted. Was shipped out next day. No complaints. Definitely recommendI’ve been a runner, like 60 miles a week for the last 5 years with no strength training. Half hour on the rower is more difficult than a 10 mile run

Fitness Zone exceeded my expectations. We ordered an Inspire functional trainer, knowing the lead time for shipping. When the product arrived, it was clearly damaged at some point in the shipping process (not due to packing, something was obviously dropped on it). I called Fitness Zone, spoke with the owner (how often does that happen??) and he was BEYOND accommodating. Not only did the second functional trainer ship quickly, but they actually followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was up to expectations. And it was. If you’ve been forced out of gym due to COVID & are considering ordering from Fitness Zone, I wouldn’t hesitate. The customer service here exceeded my expectations & I’m super happy with the product too!

I ordered equipment that was back ordered. The equipment did not come in by the expected date so I requested a refund. The owner, Greg Weber, did not respond to my emails. I had to speak on the phone with Tom, who (I am not exaggerating) screams at you and speaks a mile a minute. Terrible customer service. I cannot imagine my experience if I actually bought something and had to continue to deal with them. I feel fortunate the equipment did not come in.

Our treadmill that we bought from FitnessZone several years ago (they were great to buy from) broke during covid-19, and we needed it repaired. Nathan and Jake came out to assess, and ordered the part. It took awhile for the part to arrive due to covid-19 backups with the manufacturer (like everything else), but Nathan kept us in the loop with phone calls of the status. He came out to fix it right away when the part arrived. Nathan is absolutely awesome -- he knows what hes doing, is professional, kind, and goes the extra miles to ensure the job is done right! We will definitely be doing business again with FitnessZone for future home gym equipment, and highly recommend them.

These folks made every effort to make sure this heavy bulky item was packaged, palleted and shipped undamaged from Birmingham Alabama to Southern Oregon. This puppy is heavy!. Now I know why! It’s so silky smooth and so quiet my wife couldn’t even tell I was spinning until she saw my legs moving. Fitness Zone has the best price, great customer support, Kyle is very knowledgeable and friendly and he answered all my questions and concerns. Free shipping and it only took 2 days! The bike was shipped double boxed and everything was so secure dust couldn’t even move in there! 😁 Needless to say, this bike is fantastic. Make sure you buy it from Fitness Zone you will not be disappointed!

Bought a Home Gym and Treadmill from Fitnesszone...they have a wide selection and were very professional in helping me choose the right equipment for me and my families needs...they also gave me very competitive pricing...their delivery team brought out and assembled my equipment without a hitch and everything is working perfectly...i would highly recommend anyone in the market for buying fitness equipment to go see them and their staff...

Sadly, if you buy in store, they overcharge you and do not match their online pricing. Even though Kyle promised to make things right he did not credit us the price difference. Do not recommend their services.

I purchased a Precor 211 Treadmill last month; I am really enjoying it. The store sent three people to carry it upstairs to my bedroom and they set it up without any issues. They also said that if I ever moved to another residence, they would come to move the machine for me, so the regular movers wouldnt damage it.

I called a few times inquiring about purchasing a true model elliptical machine. Each time I called I usually ended up speaking with Kyle who didnt seem like he wanted to talk to me at all he was always very short and quick to rush me off the phone . Listen, the model machine I was looking for cost 5600$ and this man couldnt take the time to talk to me about it and instead pushed me off on Scott (scott was much nicer) so I purchased the machine from him. I should be getting it within the week so lets hope all goes well

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have never been to this place as I dont live in the state, and they should be glad. I chatted with Scott online and he was the most rude and argumentive sales/service representative I have ever encountered. Basically because I was interested in purchasing equipment, looking to price match and inquired about clarifying his statement as to why I had to use a Precor dealer in my area, he stated if you are wanting to argue please go elswhere. ive explained to you i cannot ship this machine to you. buy from your local dealer. With an attitude like that I am not sure why Precor would want him to be an authorized representative of their merchandise nor would anyone in AL want to frequent that store.

I am not someone that generally gives a company bad reviews, but this place needs to make some changes to the way that they do business. Let me start by saying that the only experience that I have with FitnessZone is one single phone call. I called them to try and obtain a quote for some services that I am needing. The gentleman that answered the phone cut me off while I was still trying to explain what I needed, and he told me that they were not interested in providing these services because they were busy with other things. I understood this and was okay with them not being able to help me. However, I started to try and thank him for taking my call when he interrupted me again by saying thanks for calling and then hanging up on me. Please know, this wasnt a long call. Our entire interaction lasted for less than 30 seconds, but in that amount of time the gentleman cut me off twice and then hung up on me.My recommendation to FitnessZone would be to have someone different answer the phone.
