Mighty nice people working here! Drove 45 minutes looking for some exercise equipment and they helped me greatly. They know the ins and outs of exercise machines! Duke and the woman in the front were extremely nice!

I bought a couple weeks ago the Lean Garage Rack Lite” and when my order arrived I found out they did put a different item.I called them, they responded and sent me a refund label. I sent back the item and in less than 7 days I got my order right.Things happens and it’s okay. They have good products with good quality.

I just ordered a plate set from Wright and everything went smooth as far as delivery and service, and the products are high quality. Instead of ordering from companies that can take months to deliver because theyre waiting on an overseas shipment, do business with these guys who are making their product here in the US and have very reasonable prices to top it. The customer service is also very responsive and shipping was faster than I expected. Great company overall and highly recommended.

EDIT: they still won’t refund me. I called capital one and they said the claim is closed and they can’t help, but Wright still refuses to respond to emails. RUN. AWAY.Nothing but headaches from Wright. I ordered bumper plate storage a couple months ago. It arrived via FedEx, and the box was left out in the pouring rain (though there is cover at our house it could have easily been put under). That is not the fault of Wright, however, the storage bar inside was wrapped in nothing. It was just thrown in a box with no protection. So when the box was broken in transit and then left out in the rain, there was damage to the bar. I contacted Wright, and they seemed understanding enough, asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund and I decided on a refund. They wanted me to send the bar back, which was confusing to me since it was damaged, but I didnt have a box since they one it arrived in was a mushy mess with holes all over it. They said in an email:Then just tape the label to the plate holder without a box.You will have to return it to get a refund. It is damaged already a little more will be ok.Ive never laughed so hard! Tape a label to the bar and just slap it in the mail? LOOOOOL. Thats not how any of this works. So, I messaged FedEx on Twitter and they told me all good, just bring it and theyd package it for free. Turns out that was not true and they dont offer that service, I think they just told me that because I have a large social media following. Which is so dumb, but whatever, after showing the DMs to the people at FedEx they dealt with it. I felt bad but Wright didnt give me a choice, they wanted me to pay for packaging too after sending me something broken? Nah.Anyway, its been a week and a half since the plate storage arrived at Wright and they still havent refunded me. Looks like Im going to have to file yet another credit card dispute. I ordered plate storage from PRx Performance and its great! Showed immediately and it was properly wrapped. For a few extra bucks, it was well worth it.EDIT: I reviewed this on their website but they removed the review. Not surprising.

Excellent Company. Customer Service is courteous. High Quality at affordable prices. Still striving to do their best despite everything that is going on. Have ordered a complete bumper plate set, 2 wall balls, chalk, barbell, and rig. Was very pleased. Thanks Gina :)

In the current pandemic, gym gear is extremely scarce and expensive. I had gear on backorder from Titan Fitness, but I wouldnt have received anything until the end of October.I ordered a set of 10lb crumb bumper plates from Wright Equipment, to test their actual stock and delivery speed. The plates were delivered much more quickly than I had expected. When I saw that I could trust their online inventory to be accurate and I wouldnt have to wait around months for a back order, I cancelled my entire order from Titan Fitness and ordered through Wright Equipment instead. I just got confirmation that everything is getting ready to be shipped in the next week.That level of speed and communication is amazing, and I will definitely be coming back to Wright Equipment for my future home gym upgrades.Ill provide an updated review once I receive the rest of the equipment and get a chance to inspect the rest of the items.

Good use equipment 50 cents a pound on 50 lb weights

I placed an order over a month ago for a barbell and squat rack. The website quoted 2-3 weeks for shipping. Starting the second week, I tried contacting them to get an update via telephone but they said they were no longer taking phone calls. I then had to email their customer service three times over the course of a week to receive a response. Jason told me my order would be shipped in a few days. Its been two weeks since he said that. I have sent 4 follow up emails over the past two weeks and only received two back, one saying they were working hard which is a total copout. I then asked for an ETA and he replied we are running 2-3 weeks behind, which isnt an ETA and conflicts with his original few day estimate. Somethings up and why theyre not being transparent and consistent / honest is suspicious to me. Im at the point now where Im considering reporting this as fraud. Jason had a number in his email signature that goes straight to a recording every time. Feels impossible to get a hold of anyone. Will not be doing business again, would not recommend doing business with.

Family are long time customers. My Dad has known Leo a long time. New owner still same service. Deal with Chris and Jason quite often and are very knowledgeable and helpful with extremely competitive prices.

I ordered from Wright Equipment, expecting some delays due to COVID. However, after a month I still hadnt received an order confirmation. (Their website said to expect 7-14 business days before confirmation was received.) I began emailing, calling, and messaging via Facebook with no response.A couple hours after posting a bad review on their Facebook page, they responded to the review with a screenshot of my tracking information which included my full name, home address, and personal phone number. They essentially forced me to delete my bad review by posting my personal information.They never emailed me the order confirmation or tracking number, so I cant confirm my equipment is actually being delivered or know when it will arrive to my home.

We had high standards for who we would use as our official equipment provider for our 38 location franchise brand. Wright has stepped up to the plate and over delivered for us in every way and we are proud to have them as our partner! Great products, great service and great people!

I got my Wright bumpers from a third party. Once I brought them home I knew exactly where I would be getting a bar from. I ended up buying a bar, gymnastics rings, and a couple of other things. Still building my gym, but everything I get from now on will come from Wright. Great equipment, not the least expensive, but by far the best for the money. Cant wait to do buisness with these guys again.

Long over due, but I have had great experiences with Wright. I have their 32mm power bar with center knurl, and their older crossfit bar. Both bars have been excellent in function, form, and price. Couldnt be happier!

Cant express how bad of customer service I have received and am still receiving. Ordered my equipment (over 10 pieces) on a Friday. Got an email on Saturday with a shipping number and estimated shipping date. 3 days after the estimated delivery date, I called and spoke with a lady who told me that the order didnt ship because 1 of the pieces was on back order. They did not let me know this before I called. So, I asked for them to go ahead and ship what they do have, and they can send the 75# dumbbells whenever they come in. She told me, Okay, we will ship them sometime this week. You will receive an email with a tracking number today. ...never received an email. Called back the next day at 4 pm and was told the shipping department was on lunch, but was told that they would try to get my order out that day. Still no email or delivery estimation. Still no equipment. Since then, I have left several voicemails to check on my order and no one has called me back. They have FAILED MISERABLY in the customer service department.UPDATE: Shipment was finally delivered 9 days late...to the wrong address, and missing two of pieces of equipment.Do yourself a favor and buy from Rogue, or anyone else. Dreadful experience.

I recently ordered the next gen bearing barbell coated red with black sleeves. love it! nicest bar ive used to date. i havent used super high end bars, but this one is much, much nicer than any bar ive used in a regular gym. customer service was good and I received my order promptly. even got my bar clamps a couple days before the bar itself! ill order from wright-equipment again in the future for sure!

Excellent company! They will work with you on any need you may have for your gym. They are always willing to bend over backwards to make sure everything is right.

The store is nothing flashy, but it’s really nice to have a physical store in town (instead of web store) where you can go to get fitness supplies. They have just about everything you need if you’re building a home crossfit gym.

Awful experience. POOR customer service. Next time we will spend the extra money for Rogue fitness.

This is more a review of googles information vs Wright itself but -They are only open the FIRST SATURDAY of every month. The hours are listed as open every Saturday, but that’s not true.

This is the worst customer setvice i ever expieremce dont buy your equipment here, it is been more then 30 days and we slill havent received our equipment or refund of over 3,000 dlls, called and talk to DOMINIC amd this lady has no sense for customer service very rude and sarcastic, we hope we hope they dont steal our money because we havent got proof of refund neither the money or equipment what a nightmare.i understand it was considered fraudulent but still where is our money ? or proof of refund? i cant believe you can not provide proof of the refund thats what our bank is asking for because money is not showing up

Showed up to buy equipment between their posted hours of operation and they were closed. Had called ahead to see if they would be open all day and they said yes, but when I arrived at 245pm they were closed. They were supppsed to be open until 5pm.
