This is a great glass shop. They will cut glass to order for pick up as well as do installations. Their prices are fair and they are good people to work with.

Decided to decline my service (which is fine I’m not gonna make anyone work where they don’t want to) however they never called me back to tell me they were declining leaving me with no window in the middle of winter horrible

I would strongly suggest you avoid doing business with this company. While I loved Karen and her customer service from a phone perspective, back office and field staff and internal operations are incredibly disorganized...Im comfortable to say incompetent at this time. At the end of April, I chose this company (after exploring several). They promised 7-10 product delivery upon receiving the order. I needed the glass by 5/26 so I did not foresee this deadline being a problem...a month later...I still dont have shower glass. On 4/26 they took measurements and gave me a quote. I ordered on 4/30. On 5/1I happened to come home for lunch and found their truck in my driveway. They had taken the incorrect measurements and had shown up unannounced! At business day #9 (5/11), I still had not heard from them so called to schedule my installment of glass for 5/17. They called on 5/16 to say the hardware had not come in and had to postpone until 5/24. Again, I took off work on 5/24 for a 4-hour install. As I patiently waited on 5/24, noone showed up. I called and they said they were sorry but they would have to postpone - NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL. They said their next available appointment wasnt until 6/3. The only reason I chose to do business with them was because of their quick turnaround. They moved my appointment to today 5/24. They just showed up. The glass is the wrong size. I asked why they didnt measure before they arrived; they didnt know (and apparently dont have QA standard operating procedures in place). Once their staff left, I noticed that they had chipped and scratched my new marble tile in the shower trying to force the glass in. When I spoke to the owner, she offered no apology. She didnt offer a solution or new glass or a plan for rectifying the situation; she simply asked for the easy way out: refund of money and agreed to pay for the tile repair (well see if that actually happens) and asked that I find a new vendor because she didnt think she could meet my expectations. I think we should all follow in her advice: if you need custom glass, its best to look for another vendor elsewhere.

They do quality work and the front office is very personable and helpful.

I was pretty confused with what I needed but with their friendly service I ended up paying less than what I was thinking to spend and also received all of the correct items for my project

HG has cut mirror for frames, cut glass for tabletops, and replaced an old framed shower for me. Theyre professional, quick, and have a super helpful showroom for picking out what I needed.
