Can I give zero stars? Called about replacing shower door and was told someone would contact me to measure job. Never heard from anyone. Called back a week later and got an appointment for measure. The man never showed. I called the company and was told by Bill, I guess he just plum forgot. Dont waste your time. They sure wasted mine.

Just had a great experience with Nelson Glass! Needed glass for an old storm window, a window pane, and a small shelf. The staff was very helpful and nice, the turnaround time was very fast, and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks so much! 😊

Excellent service! They where very polite and even helped us out with a late pickup. I would highly recommend them.

They agreed to come out the next day to repair a window pane broken by landscaper, so props for speediness. But when they arrived they told me it was going to be over $200 to replace the glass, which was 15 inches by 21 inches. When asked for an explanation, they said it was a 2 guys x 2 hrs, including travel. The house is just over 15 minutes at best from their office, it was a one man job, and it was less than a 30 min of work. I felt taken advantage of, and the guy doing the talking (and not working) was not helping matters.

I just wanted to review based off a personal experience I had with a worker of this company at a gas station in Marietta Georgia as he stopped around 7:40pm yesterday to help me with my flat tire. I believe he said his name is Vince. Kudos to Nelson Glass and their kind employee.

I called on July 2, 2018 and talked to a gentleman about having someone come out and do measurements for glass for windows in my home. The gentleman I talked to said that he was out of the office and took my name and number and said he would call me back when he got to the office. On July 5 I called back and talked to the same gentleman and he said someone was supposed to come out on July 2 and do the measurements. Im not Sure how they could do the measurements when They didnt have my address. He then asked for my name and address. I told him I wanted to schedule an appointment for them to come out as in the past I have had contractors come out unannounced when They get your address. He asked me how many people were giving me estimates. I ask him what they had to do with anything. He then said he would take my name and number and have someone call me. Two days Later I have not heard back from them. I would go somewhere else for my glass windows and installation business.

This is the only place I will get my glass from! My family has been getting glass from Nelson Glass for years. All the staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond to make sure all my orders are satisfactory!

They have saved my butt on many occasions. When noone else has the glass sizes i need. Nelson comes through every time. I belive they only have one location but i may be wrong. Before u give up on your glass needs and install plexi glass holla at nelson glass company and let them save the day...

They had a piece of tempered set up for my 3D printer. Very special job, and they turned it around fast! Im pleased.

Took a window to them for glass replacement. When I picked up the window it had black stuff allover the glass and the rubber around the glass was torn. The lady out front called the repairman from the back and he said he could fix with a little caulk. Didnt care enough about their work to clean the window or check for small problems. Will not use again and do not recommend.

I walk through the door to pick up my order from the day before and receptionist is texting, playing candy shop, or something on her damn cell phone, while grooming her damn nails for at least three minutes while Iam waiting. SERIOUSLY.

Ordered a glass door and window that is 16ft x 10ft for business so it was pretty expensive and already paid for it. Placed the order December of 2018 and it now March of 2019 and still no door.
