I love the olive oils and balsamic vinegar flavors. They are excellent on salads and as a marinade for meats. The staff are very knowledgeable about how to pair the two for some awesome flavors. So for the products alone, 5stars! But, the owner was not wearing a mask and thats a big problem for me so that decreased my rating to 3 stars. Do better... were in a pandemic... 😷 up when youre dealing with customers.

Just...just go. Ive never had olive oil this good outside of fresh-pressed oil at a fine dining restaurant. And even then, maybe the stuff here is better.And the infusion flavors, as far as Ive tasted, are all done exceedingly well. The traditional balsamic is good enough to go on pizza, fish, and vanilla ice cream. Yup. The owner suggested ice cream and she wasnt lying.The balsamics really flavor up some sparkling water, FYI.

This is a wonderful little store. I wouldnt buy olive oil nor balsamic vinegar anywhere else but Simply Infused. Plus they carry lots of other things as well. It is a store that I highly recommend.

Cheryl was absolutely amazing at our birthday celebration! We had a group of about 7-8, and she made us all feel so comfortable, informed and entertained! She was easy to work with, and of course, the oils and vinegars were amazing!!!

Display was confusing and difficult. My favs werent even on display..the varietals without flavors. Only got to try 2 ...both good but I probably wont be back.

Learned so much about infusing! Cant wait to try all the balsamics.
