Went in for a hearing and tinnitus test .I got there early was seen very quickly. Friendly staff.

I was being fitted for earplugs and had just an outstanding experience! The receptionist greeted me warmly and professionally. After a very short wait, I was ushered into the doctor’s office where she quickly completed the procedure for fitting me for my earplugs. From start to finish my time at Birmingham Speech & Hearing Associates was a positive experience!

Fast professional service! No lengthy wait. Sign in staff very friendly. I had the free hearing test. No fudging. I didnt need a hearing aid and wasnt offered or pressured about buying a device. Thats golden. If my ear surgery doesnt resolve the issue and if I later find myself in need of hearing device, I will definitely be back!!! Trust is everything!

I took my Mom to Birmingham Speech and Hearing to have her fitted with hearing aids. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly and took the time to make sure that every question was answered....and answered them a second time when we went back for a recheck. They were so patient with us....I would highly recommend them to anyone.
