The staff was very helpful! I called ahead needing a bedframe. I was just a few minutes away. When I got there, they had it ready for me at the front of the store. I also ended up buying a bed foundation. The gentleman there loaded it all up while I paid and I was done in no time. I highly recommend this store.

Did you know mattress shopping can actually be a really great experience? Like, truly nice and educational and not just another errand? I didnt either until I went here. Craig has been selling mattresses for 40 years, and he is just incredible!He walked me through the pros and cons of each bed I tried, but it was more than a sales pitch. He had a whole slew of fascinating sleep facts to help you make your decision while you tested each bed out!That casual, friendly conversation made the whole experience so comfortable. I didnt feel rushed at all, and when I bought my mattress, I absolutely felt like I had made the best decision for me and my sleep health.If youre shopping for a mattress, I **cannot** recommend this place enough. This was honestly beyond a 5 star experience for the customer service alone!

Came in today not happy about my Protect-A-Bed failing and ruining my mattress and the sales guy Craig completely changed my life and customer experience by informing me that I had a 10 year guarantee that would replace my mattress and mattress protector free of charge. Craig also educated me about things I had never heard or knew anything about concerning beds and mattresses. The guy is an expert about anything bed related. The best part about this company (other than the great beds) is the sales person I worked with. Kerri was not only friendly and helpful, but took a real interest in my concerns and called later to make sure I knew about my delivery. The delivery was set up 3 days after I bought the bed which was very fast from what I experienced at other places (like Sleep Number). NOTHING takes the place of great customer service and Kerri has made that an art form!

Appreciated the knowledge and the help of the staff in picking out the right mattress. They were also very conscious of following CDC guidelines so the buying experience felt comfortable which was important to me.
