As you can tell by the other reviews, you don’t want to deal with a company like this. Got there an hour before my 1 o’clock appointment time on a Friday, and left there around 7:30 that night. What did that cost me? Not making it home to my wife and kids that night, cancelled plans with them the next morning, no 34 hour reset that weekend, and running on recap hours the next week which resulted in me not making a full paycheck. All because they can’t honor their side of the bargain when they booked me to be there to haul their freight at 1 o’clock. Say no to shippers like this. Never again will I provide a service to them.

Belive it out not! Ive read all the reviews before going there so I went 2 hours before my appointment. My app was 10 am, I was there 7:50. They hold me the entire day even tho other trucks were coming and going. They start loading me around 8pm, with plastic and tarping I was out at 10:03 pm. Think twice before going there. Forklift guy was nice btw. There is a small overnight parking for 8-12 trucks.

Im lucky. APPT was set for 10AM. They open at 7 am I got here at 6:50. Took one hour to load. Overnight parking is available.

Pretty good at getting you in and loaded at or around your appointment time.

Rude people and they load very slow. If you will come here you will loose your time and money

I get loaded there. They should be ashamed of themselves for not providing water to truck drivers.

One of the worst places to get loaded. Always a slow dragged out process no matter what time your appointment is. Always have to wait at least four hours. Even pre loaded trailers arent ready when they should be.

Appt was 1100, checked in @ 1000. 1330 and still waiting to be loaded. Live load by the way. Was supposed to be to Decatur by 1600 to pick up 2nd part of load. Gonna miss that time for sure. Will never take another load from here again. Should drop a load on their pavement, and watch the forklifts run it over...

No one knows what they are doing at this facility to load a truck. My truck has been sitting for 4 hours and still not loaded and no one can find anyone that knows why. TRUCKS BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY!

Loading app at 8am, started to load my guy only at 11am but still in a very lazy manner, the contact number said hes not responsible and doesnt know anything

In 32 years of driving this place is by far the worst place Ive ever loaded. If youre not in a Montgomery Transport truck youre going to sit all day while they load and go. Hell,they load Montgomerys preloads before you get live loaded.

Terrible place to pick up a load. prepare to be here for a minimum 7 hours. Before they will even have your load ready. Ive sat 12 hours here before waiting on a load. Seriously if a driver shows up for a drop and hook and they havent started loading his load yet why not just live load the drive and save everybody time? Very inefficient when it comes to scheduling and assigning trailers to loads.
