She had NO IDEA the rough days I have been having and now the SUDDEN move has made things soooo much more difficult and exhausting for me!! Her spirit was soooo refreshing!!! She was BEYOND HELPFUL and just really made me feel like I was in good hands!!! Its amazing how a simple interaction displaying so much KINDNESS and warmth REALLY touches the heart and goes such a long way!!! Rachel was great. I had a reservation at another location, Rachel called to see how things was going at that location. I thought it was okay but no one ever came back. Rachel called again to check on me and when I told her what was going on, she asked me if I wanted to come to her location. I agreed and when I got there she was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone. Shes got a great personality and great spirit as well. As a person in corporate America,I must say that she is a great asset to this company and she should be a manager or district manager. I will definitely recommend people to visit her at this location or wherever she is. Great job Rachel, I truly appreciate your help and your service!

Other reviews look fake! These folks are not only crooked, but vain too, not to mention not very bright. Theyve obviously entered a load of fake reviews, in order to hide the legitimate reviews - the one-stars.I wasted a trip here to investigate. No rodenticide in storage units, and some (real) reviews complained about rats. What cameras there are, only covered the drive-up entrance. Regular 6 chain-link fence encloses many units. And it is bent back, where it has evidently been breached.I asked about burglaries and robberies, and the woman (she never introduced herself) said they had never had problems. But the area is notorious for crime, and I found this one-star review from two years ago, buried under the fake five-stars.I was here less than a month and came in and had a new lock on my unit. Found out my unit was one of five that were robbed and they never notified me. At a loss of more than $4k. Oh and the cameras that they say work, actually dont. The DM could not provide footage for the police. Im pretty sure this was an inside job! Stay away!!!!!!READ THE ONE-STAR REVIEWS! Those are the ones that are real.

Do not rent here! Many issues! They will cut your lock after 2weeks late on payment! Then charge you $80 fee, lock cutting fee, and almost $50 late fee all on top of your monthly payment! Bad business

Rented a unit here for the better part of a year; the ladies that work here are some of the most kind, helpful people Ive ever met, especially in customer service. They were even willing to stay late at the office on multiple occasions, so I could pay my bill, even if I was late making a payment! If I ever need a storage unit again, theyll be my first choice.

I visited this place with some friends they had to get some things out and put some things in it seem like a good place easy in Easy out no problems.
