I recently hired Business Eletronics to come in and completely replace all of our copiers at my firm. From day one Peter Waldron, in sales, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even ran some analysis reports for me to ensure I was getting a fantastic deal. The install went great, their service specialists Tiffany Ashworth and John Sober came over to ensure and smooth transition, then Tiffany was amazing at training some of my staff that wasnt technological inclined. She was extremely helpful getting my entire staff up to speed quickly. BEs service department is by far the best that I have dealt with over the last 18 years at the firm. Lastly BE delivered our old copiers free of charge back to the previous vendor. The entire BE staff was a pleasure to deal with and made the switch to BE effortless. I highly recommend BE for future opportunities. I will be getting another Aquos boards soon, that product is amazing! I highly recommend.
