AFTER CALLING TO REQUEST SERVICE ON OUR XEROX MACHINE...3 TIMES, WE STILL HAVE NO INDICATION THAT HELP IS ON THE WAY...OR EVEN THAT WE ARE ON THE RADAR. NEW CUSTOMER SETUP IS NOT SOMETHING THEY DO WELL....OR EVIDENTLY AT ALL. PERHAPS CONTRACT CUSTOMERS GET PRIORITY...BUT FOR $150/HOUR, YOUD THINK THEY WOULD COME RIGHT AWAY. STILL PATIENTLY WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX OUR MACHINE.

The service never stops. Stewart has been very supportive of my small business. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Their techs will come out early in the morning and get that machine working, install drivers, and any thing else to support their equipment on your office network. Definitely would recommend!

Stewart was an excellent company and we have been with them for years. They carried the Canon machine and offered excellent service. Then, two years ago Xerox took them over and we have been stuck with the xerox machine. We will never sign with them again. If you are seeking quality prints this is not the machine to go with. I am very unhappy with the quality of prints and the xerox machine is without a doubt inferior to the Canon. The spent hours trying to get the xerox to be better and they have brought me 3 different machines. Not happy, and I have a year to go on the contract!!
