This place is horrible it deserves 0 stars. I was in a line of about 12 people waiting to pay for my prescription at 4:30. they had a bunch of workers standing around while 1 person was working at the till and she was very slow. Waited almost 25 minutes before they got a second person at the till. In the mean time about 5 people didnt want to wait in line, they were budging in line by trying to merge. 2 times they called somebody over the speaker that there prescription was ready and that person was allowed to come up to one of the empty tills and got rang up immediately. My prescription was ready for hours and so were a lot of the people who were in line ahead of me they did not get called up to get rang up at one of the empty tills. CVS is an ok place to shop but not if you want to get your prescriptions filled go to one of the smaller pharmacys they are a lot quicker and they value your time by not wasting it while you wait forever.

NECESSARY UPDATE:I didn’t understand at the time the reason for Renee’s reaction to me and her line of questioning until I spoke with my health insurance company. I understand now as finding out only of recently, and now myself being the victim of health insurance abuse and medical fraud that she was only doing her job. It is CRUCIAL for any and all medical providers to not put someone else’s prescriptions with yours as it breaches their privacy rights and HIPPA. I’m grateful to have not seen the name on the prescription and feel awful for this person regardless. Thank you Renee for protecting the privacy rights of your customers and please accept this updated review as my most humble apology.I am changing my 1 star to 5 for this reason.Respectfully-The people working in this pharmacy are extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not be back again. The assistant supervisor working tonight 2/3/2021 doesn’t even know what employees he has working in the store.... if you want to wait on your prescriptions and NOT BE JUDGED- I recommend taking your business to another pharmacy that will appreciate you and your business. Especially Renee in the pharmacy area. Judgmental and extremely unprofessional. Hates her job and should find a new one where she’s not interacting with the public especially in health.

Honestly, the worst pharmacy and customer service anywhere.For nearly 10 years I have been in Bismarck and have never had a good experience at their pharmacy. Ever. They don’t answer their phones, they NEVER have things ready when they say they will. Literally never have I gone in when they said it would be ready and had it even started. Ever.It’s obviously a large company that doesn’t have employees who care about anything but showing up and collecting a paycheck.This isn’t an isolated bad experience. It’s an every single time for ten years now bad experience. Have I used the word horrible yet? I feel like I need to grab my thesaurus and find as many words as possible to describe how horrible this business is.

Friendly staff AND they take awesome passport photos!!!!! I had a nightmare experience with UPS taking my passport photo and CVS stepped up and took great quality photos for me! My favorite lady with the braces :) took her time with me and made sure my passport photos turned out perfect! Thank you again CVS staff, I really appreciate your effort and friendliness!!!!

Currently on hold waiting to get through to a pharmacist. Ive been on hold for 23 minutes. Do they not have phones there? This is ridiculous. Never left a review before until now. What kind of customer service is this? Apparently I need to drive there just so they dont overcharge me on my next order

Use to come here and it was great. Started coming again and in one day I called like 3 times with no answer so had to drive there just to ask a question...went to pick up refill later the same day in the drive thru and with 6 people no one approached me but were helping people at the counter. I told the girl about it when I went inside and she literally ignored me. No apology or anything. Service has downgraded drastically.

Numerous terrible experiences with the pharmacy here. Bad attitudes and rude behavior has somehow become a part of their company culture. They act as if theyre doing you a favor and youre clearly a nuisance to them. It got so bad I switched pharmacys. I understand they are often busy but that is no excuse for rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

Pharmacy is impossible to get through to. Sat in hold on multiple occasions for 10+ mins without an answer. Hang up and call back just for the same result. Talk to the front and they always give the same answer. “Try again” it’s not hard to walk back there and ask them to answer. Ignoring your customers is a horrible way to run a business. Same result going into the store. They completely ignore you when your standing at the pharmacy.

Consistently awful service. It’s as though no one is on the same page. I get texts that things are done and they aren’t and vice versa. The icing on the cake is how rude the employees are, I’m looking for another pharmacy ASAP.

In the drive through to pick up meds that were “ready for pickup” and when I showed them a coupon for the meds while paying for them I was made to drive back around the building to get in the back of the line so they could “re-do” it because of the coupon!? Ridiculous. We are switching pharmacies now anyways.

Ive always had great experience at this location. Staff are always friendly and courteous. My wait time was never longer than 10 minutes.

Pharmacy hours are seemingly always changing, and when you are there, it takes forever. Had my child at the North Sanford Walk In Clinic once, and had to wait with a little boy running a temp for over an hour until they could get his nebulizor treatments filled when they had his script sent instantly. That is why I switched pharmacies.

When you go to a pharmacy with a prescription, you should be allowed to have it filled right away. They tell me that they do not fill all prescription before 11am for some of them we can wait. I decided to quit going to them and if a prescription is accidently sent to them and filled, I make it to be resent.

My doctor put in both my wife and my prescription here, its been TWO days and theyre STILL not finished with it. Purely unacceptable, I will not choose this location ever again.

The pharmacist made an error in my prescription. When I called to get it replaced they charged me full price for their error! I will be making a complaint to the board of pharmacy and CVS. Really, was it worth the $50?

Prices can be steep without the CVS card. Prescriptions can be sent directly by my doctor making it very easy to pickup and generics are very inexpensive here.

Went there to buy a gallon of water and some q tips. Had to buy their generic q tips. Stood in line during non busy time for about 5 minutes. 1 register open. Manager saw me standing in line. Walked off. So did I. Did not buy anything left it there in line.

This place is the worst i have ever seen denied my insurance which i know was good, then i go back to the end of line 10 people one cashier repeat this process 3 times youve wasted over an hour, cvs is understaffed under qualified and inexperienced in customer service. I suggest going to gateway pharmacy. End of story...cvs youll never geta dime from me again

There are familys that both parents work hard and try to take care of all they can..we dont drink ...we dont smoke...and .to not beable to afford healthcare is very hard and scarey. Than one of the parents gets sick and has to go into dr knowing that we have NO health insurance. They make you very aware of the fact that becuse u have no health insurance...you also will not beable to afford the medication!! So you just wasted an entire day..couldnt work cuze you are too sick....spent money for the dr...we dont have...to be told the medication is over 100.00 and you cant afford it. Becuse you have no insurance ...VERY RUDELY...told you will just be sick than. Thank you. There should be a no star choice!!
