When I look for an excellent auto repair shop, I look for two things - competency and honesty. Same Day Auto Repair has been servicing my 20 year old truck for several years and has always done a good job. They have proven to have skilled and reliable technicians. They have successfully repaired my truck on several occasions. They recently replaced the transfer case assembly on my truck. After I got home, there was a problem with a seal and some fluid leakage. Same Day Auto Repair repaired that issue at no additional cost. Frankie (with Same Day Auto Repair) called me after my truck was repaired and offered to drive my truck to my land as a courtesy. I am very appreciative of Frankies customer service, and I plan on using them to service my truck hopefully for another 20 years.

I came in for an oil change with my baby. The staff was very polite and professional. Within about 30 minutes Frankie approached us letting us know our vehicle was ready. I was surprised how quick thry were. They also parked our car right out front so it was easy for me to get the baby in the car. I highly recommend this establishment. I will be returning with my husbands car.

Had an alternator go out on a Saturday afternoon and had to have it towed to the shop. Originally was told it would be Monday or Tuesday before the repairs would be done since they were about to close. About 30 minutes after my truck was dropped off Frankie called me to let me know he had confirmed the issue and that he was going to stay late and replace the alternator. Truck was fixed and back on the road in a couple of hours. Frankie went above and beyond what was required of him. Truly exceptional customer service! I hope I don’t need a repair shop anytime soon but if I do Same Day Auto Repair is who I will be calling.

So I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for this place yet. I have had quite a few cars and after discovering these guys I always take mine here. I would sooner come here than take my vehicle to a specialist. I currently own a VW GTI and I wouldn’t take it to get serviced or tuned up anywhere else. They do great work and it’s usually 4x faster than a lot of these “specialized” garages around town.I have taken my 2 eclipses here and my wife’s Ford Escape and now my VW and these guys never cease to amaze. Also Frankie is just awesome. He will most defiantly take care of you. He’s alwYs taken care of me. If you’re on the fence just try this place out. It’s well worth it.

I took my 2005 Duramax Duelly to Same Day Auto Repair in Bixby, because my truck wouldnt start.tgey replaced several parts and were very friendly. $3500 later and aftertrouble, it still wont start. I got the truck home, drove it to work, parked during the weekend, and come Monday morning, it again wouldnt start. I took returned to Same Day, only to have them say it started fine, and they found no issues. Upon returning for the exact same problem two more times, my truck still not starting, I called and talked to them and was told just have the truck towed in. I appreciate they want to try. But, I just cant have it towed in again, just to be told there isnt a problem. I tried to text the to talk about a plan could be put in place to do more to find out what was going on. There was no reply. I called and left a voicemail. But, my calls were not returned. I wish we could have move forward, but this issues has been going on for months. I have to move forward. Im sorry they couldnt help me, I liked them and they were very respectful and tried.

Same Day Auto. This place offers superlative service! I stopped by earlier this week to inquire about service for my older Honda Civic. The staff gave me an estimate of price and time for completion. I scheduled a day and time that was mutually convenient. I arrived a little early and my car was immediately taken to the service lane. The work took less than the estimated one hour and the final cost was even a few dollars less than estimated. Oh -- and the service tech took the time to show me the wear on the parts replaced. I know a lot of people expect the worst when taking their car to an independent repair shop, but Same Day Auto treated me with respect, followed thru on their service, and made this chore pleasant. That is rare. They get an A+ from me!

The service here was great! The other day I got a flat and had to pull into the Kum & Go gas station. I’ve been to Same Day Auto Repair a couple of times now. The first time was to have them check a minor, but potentially significant issue that I was certain another shop caused. They fixed the minor issue free of charge and provided an estimate of the cost to fix the larger problem (the two issues are connected). Because they seemed to genuinely care about serving their customers or potential customers well and didn’t try to up-sell or fear me into spending thousands of dollars to repair my car, I went back for regular maintenance. I needed 4 new tires. They put them on as I waited in the clean and comfortable lobby. Frankie offered me ride home if needed. In 30mins I had 4 new tires on my car For a great price.

At 5:30pm I went to see if they could repair the nail in my tire. I knew they closed at 6 but it shouldn’t take too long. I could tell the guy really didn’t want to help and said since we put fix a flat in the tire they couldn’t patch it. No help at all.

I’ve made a couple of trips to the gents at Same Day Auto and have not come away disappointed yet. They are courteous, sharp and get after at. This last repair had me worried that I had blown a gasket but it turned out to be the wheel broke off in the water pump which caused the engine to overheat. I called them at 7:30 am, had my truck towed at 9:15am and they had me back in my truck at 3:15pm the same day! Imagine that, a band of brothers named Same Day Auto that made the appointment and got me back in my ride the same day. Seriously though, top notch work from top notch gents.

They took me in within an hour of closing. I ran over a median the previous night and was sure that the noise my car was making was going to cost me $$$. I was very surprised that the rubbing noise that occurred when I turned my car to the left and the trickling water noise that I heard as a result of hitting the median was an easy fix. Called Frankie to have a screw in a tire repaired and to figure out an noise it the front end. Dropped the car off Saturday morning and They had the tire fixed and the sound figured out quickly. He had a quote for repairs ready when I arrived and explained what need replaced with no pressure to have them do it. Amazing customer service. Frankie did a great job, would definitely recommend to someone. They got me in very quickly, service was quick. Not pushy at all for extra services with my oil change which is one of the reasons I left my last shop. They didnt have the tire that I needed at this location but they were quick to have a runner go get the tire from another shop and got me taken care of that day. Will definitely be returning for maintenance and when I have more problems in the future.
