Was unable to get a FirstNet ready Apple Watch set up on my FirstNet account. Went to an actual AT&T store and it was done super fast and easy. Definitely recommend passing up the chance to stop at “authorized retailers”, and instead going to an actual AT&T location, such as at 71st and Memorial.
I came in to the AT&T store yesterday to restore my cell phone service. I was visiting in Oklahoma with my grandkids. I am from Houston, and I encountered Ashley, an AT&T representative who was not only courteous, kind, helpful, but she was very personable and compassionate. I shared with her just a little bit about my story with my grandkids, and my son Michael who was with me, and she is an amazing human being. She needs to be commended for her service for AT&T as a person who went above and beyond her call of duty. Walked into the store for something quick and was not greeted by the employee. Other people were waiting and I am sure received the same service. One person working at 4p.m in the afternoon. I didnt have time to wait so walked out because had other errands to run. Went back an hour before close and received same treatment so sat down and waited for 20 minutes before being addressed. I needed a label printed for a trade in and was told by at&t customer service to go to a store to have it done and ended up being wrong information. I have had this issue between the customer service over the phone and in person at the store. Must be a disconnect somewhere in the company that the policies are not universal and you get one thing on the phone and a whole other in the store. Very frustrating and confusing. I went to the store for absolutely nothing which is way out of the way and inconvenient but did learn they will install your screen protector on your phone for free.
Went in on a Sat afternoon to add new line and purchase a phone, and resolve an issue with my current phone, the Samsung Fold 2. I am leaving frustrated and angry. The lady that began assisting me, not only did not help me, but gave me incorrect information stating I didnt have insurance on my $2k phone and then went to the back abandoning me never to return again. So I waited for her to return, (which never happened), then I had to wait for the manager to finish with his customer before he could finish me! Total waste of my time (1 1/2 hours). Needless to say I left w/o resolving my phone issue, no new phone or additional line. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE & RECOMMEND OTHER CUSTOMERS DO THE SAME. If i could rate this store with a negative star I would.
Absolutely the worst AT & T store ever. Management is awful. Staff sits on phone and plays video games and helps no one. Only 2 out of 6 people actually working. 4th time to store and still no phone. Dont bother making an appointment because they run way behind an simply dont care. Manager needs to be fired!
Purchased a new iPhone from the store at 1646 on a Tuesday. When the store representative took the phone out of the box it did not have any charge on it. I’ve had multiple iPhones and this is the first time that has ever happened so I questioned her about the likelihood of there being a problem with the battery. I was assured that it was a common occurrence and there would be no problem. Way wrong answer The phone battery will not hold a charge. It is required to be plugged into the phone charger much like the old rotary home phones. On Wednesday at 1300 the store representative said there was nothing that could be done at the att store and that I would have to go to Apple store. We’re in the middle of a pandemic I’m immuno compromised. Wondering if a cell phone is worth risking life or limb to go to the mall! We chose the store in Bixby because it was a low traffic store.

The staff was really nice & the store was pretty new,but wow! the prices of those smartphones are a bit pricey. One was $1100.00,another was $1,500.00.,too much for my liking,nice phones though,but about 5 times too much for me.
Thomas is exceptional at customer service! He helped us troubleshoot an issue with our phones & even showed us the wireless charging station to save our batteries! We werent even aware that it was past closing time when we finished because he never even mentioned they were closed. I highly recommend this AT&T location! Thank you Thomas for being so kind to help us this evening!!!!

We currently have AT&T and we needed new phones and a new plan. We were ready to switch carriers for what we thought might be a better deal. We decided to stop in the AT&T store just to see what our options were. Quincy was awesome and helped us with all of our needs. We got the plan and phones we needed and the price was right. Quincy was very knowledgeable and we didn’t even have a wait! Very happy with our decision to stop there and stay with AT&T. Thank you Quincy for all your help!
After 15 years with this one company, I went in to try to get a sim card for my moms phone that was already on my account and ran into the most trouble. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. So ready to ditch them and go elsewhere.
I was at this store to pay my bill. Only one agent available named Thomas who is slow and not customer friendly. This is the second time Ive had to deal with him and he obviously doesnt know what he is doing. He had other customers waiting to pay their bill also and kept helping this woman and her daughter . Instead of taking care of other customers. Poor service.
Quincy was very helpful in getting my Mom set up with a phone upgrade. He was very professional and polite and knows his job well. Thank you Quincy! My husband and I will be in to see you when it is time for our phones to be upgraded.

Walked right in, added 3 new lines, bought 3 new phones and even found a GREAT promotion with a free iPad. Had great customer service and friendly and straight forward advice. Will be back.

The customer service at this store is lacking. I went in with my husband and waited patiently. The store was not busy with four employees just standing around visiting and playing on their phones. One other customer was in the store working with a rep. I would not recommend this store.

Purchased 2!new phones and an IPad mini 12/2016 to give us 4 a total devices with AT&T. Weve had 2 phones for over 10 years with them. We purchased our cases and screen protectors at the same time and they were put on by our sales rep. My tempered glass protector cracked and I took it in to see if it had a warranty. I was told by 2, less than enthusiastic, smoke stenched employees, that if I registered my protector it may be covered. I asked them how I do that? They said go on the website. I asked for the brand name and they said they had no idea. How could I know when they kept the packaging and put on the product? I asked them to look at my account and the said they dont keep paperwork that far back (6 months). They offered no assistance or suggestions fit any remedy. It was quite ridiculous.
Quincy did an excellent job of answering all of my questions and getting me best deal. I made sure to come to the Bixby location verse the South Tulsa one at 101st. The Bixby location extremely helpful and not pushy in sales. Thank you Quincy.
