Order took 1.5 weeks longer than scheduled. upon arrival, screen was defective. Sent pictures and worked with customer service to issue replacement, but had to return defective screen. Sent screen back in protective packaging but the screen was damaged during shipping. However, they worked with me to resolve the situation. Surprised me how quickly they responded to my issues.
