My car had the front bumper hit while it was parked one day, and the insurance company took it here. My parents and I had lots of questions and the ladies that work in the office were super helpful and responsive. USAA left a part in the backseat that I noticed after I left the shop with my repaired car, and I brought it back in and they fixed it right away even though it wasn’t their fault. And, my new bumper looks great!

My worst experience ever with a body shop/mechanic.I wanted to get an installment + paint job for a new aftermarket bumper. I first asked if they CAN do it or not, they said yes. Then, I asked for a quote, but they said they can only quote once the part is there so that they can approximate labor cost. So, once the part arrived on a Monday, I received a quote: $700. I think it was outrageous, but I already paid for the part so left the car there. It was promised to be done in 3 days (not sure why it needs 3 days to install a bumper but okay). Then, 3 days later I receive a call that it will take an extra 2 days to install the bumper and that their mechanic miscalculated the labor cost so it will also take an extra $150... So here we are $850 for a bumper installment job. I went to pick up the car and then told them if we could meet in the middle somewhere between $700 and $850 that would be great. Needless to say, they didnt like this idea but after some angry faces they gave me an invoice for $700 (as we agreed on day one!) so I paid for that.After walking to my car I checked the body and it looked okay, but once I lifted the hood, the engine bay was SOAKING IN WATER (see photos of a paddle in the engine bay), including the sound insulation on the underside of the hood... I simply cannot have any logical explanation to how this happened except that they left the car outside for a week with heavy rains with the hood open. OUTRAGEOUS!As I am writing this, about 8 months passed since I had this charming experience. The paint is already cracking off (see photo) at different locations on the bumper. As a response to Collision Plus kindly blaming the bumper for cracking paint, it is cracking near a mounting point where it is rather rigid and does not deflect. I would rather say it looks like a decent thickness of filler was applied here and that is why it is cracking off. If this is a well known issue then why isnt the customer informed prior to taking on the job? This is why I asked first if this job can be done! Clearly, they do not care about what leaves their shop.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!

If you need car or truck body, painting and trim this is the place to go. You are never caught off guard they let you know about the entire process. In my eyes they are the BEST

My son was in a car accident as he was driving home from Alabama. It was a fairly serious accident and thankfully he wasn’t hurt but his car not driveable. We feel so lucky that it was Collision Plus that was called and who towed the car. From the minute the driver helped my son bc he couldn’t get back to the car to give him the keys to every interaction with Joe, they have gone above and beyond. After numerous calls with the insurance company the car ended up being totaled. Joe went out of his way to send us my sons EZPASS, box up all his stuff and hold it and continue to communicate with us no matter what we needed. The level of professionalism is far above 5 stars. We are in the automotive business in NJ and everything he told us regarding the condition and work that would be needed was spit on. I would highly recommend this business without question.

Collision Plus did the work on my vehicle after a deer strike. Monday morning they called me and we had it in that afternoon for a estimate. They had an opening for the work to take place that Wednesday-Friday. I received texts letting me know the progress each day. I received a phone call when the work was going to be done. They offer before and after hours drop boxes and pickups. The work done was professional and precise. I have no complaints of our experience. From the day of the deer strike (saturday) to the day we had it back repaired (picked it up the next saturday, but it was done Friday afternoon) was a week. It is much appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and competent.

Excellent workmanship and wonderful customer service. They made my life easy by dealing directly with my insurance and are both courteous and professional. I have had several vehicles repaired here; all of them looked brand new when complete and were finished on time or earlier than originally promised. I have never had an issue with a repair from Collision Plus.

I had a appointment to have my car looked at and it was the worst I have ever been to. I had to wait on Brian and then he spent more time spitting tobacco juice than he did looking at my car. He told me he wasnt going to waste his time writing an estimate since I already took pictures for the insurance. I am the one who wasted my time coming here.I did what I was asked to do. I talked to Dawn who was as sweet as she could be. She told me to bring the information that I got from the insurance company and they would look at it and go over my car with me and then help me with fixing my car. She was the only nice thing about this place. Everything else was terrible. I will never give you my business and I will tell everyone I can about how your employee treated me.

This place did excellent work on my 2008 Honda Accord after a deer accident. They took the vehicle right in and did fantastic body work. The car looked brand new by the time we got it back. The service was very accommodating as well. Every staff member was beyond helpful and extremely courteous. If ever in the area again and in need of body work, then I would 100% recommend Collision Plus!

Just stopped by for an estimate for my friend. She was rear-ended by someone with Progressive insurance. I was told by the desk lady that Progressive gives their own estimates .. no kidding. I told her that Progressive offered my friend either a cash settlement or they would pay to have it fixed at a shop...thus the reason i was there in the first place. After that, a female estimator intervened with some nonsensical rant about how they get in trouble for giving estimates for Progressive or Geico and then insinuated that I was trying to pocket money from the insurance company! Unbelievable. Its not even my car! I was attempting to do a favor for my friend who is at work. After POLITELY trying to inform them that I dont understand what the heck they are talking about, the Estimator told me Maybe its best if you go elsewhere. Without hesitation, i left immediately. All of this was completely unwarranted and out of nowhere. I highly suggest the management/owner of this company review the security tape from this event and reprimand these employees. As the owner of 3 local businesses, i would never allow such poor customer service. Shameful in every way.

Collision Plus was friendly and helpful from start to finish. my estimate was created quickly, and they said they could start with work within one week! The repairs only took 1.5 business days, and I was able to opt in to text message updates, which were incredibly convenient. I had some marks from a separate collision they were going to buff out for me, and when it wasnt done to their satisfaction, they didnt charge me for it! On top of all of that, they cleaned my car, inside and out, which was unexpected! Very thankful to have them in town.

Uh oh better get Maaco because they sent my car back worse than I dropped it off TWICE! completely destroyed my paint job by blending the color with buffing pads.... Then sand the entire car while washing it with a wool mitt filled with debris. Made excuses but ultimately the insurance company didnt pay them and my vehicle was fixed elsewhere. Be careful!

This place looks professional but there is only one lady working on all issue, obviously they are under staff. And their technician seems out of date. I brought my hybrid car for fix, they completely messed up. And the following up fix is really painful and drag a really long time. And then when they delivered my car, car outside was washed but the inside has footprint on the seat... I do not think I am dare to go back again

I wrecked my 4WD truck in the last snowstorm, and these guys did a great job handling everything from insurance, to parts, to repairs. There were a couple hiccups along the way, as is to be expected, but the key is that they handled every situation with professionalism and friendliness and made sure everything was right in the end. Chrissy in particular was a huge help and is an asset to the business. I was worried about dealing with a body shop, but I didnt need to worry after all. Hopefully there wont be any more accidents in my future, but if there are, I will go to CP without hesitation.
