Superb customer service with efficiency and a smile! Wow. Kennedy, our Sales Associate, was truly amazing. She was the only employee on-site at the time and the store was busy with customers. She kept her composure and was attentive to everyone and prioritized their needs accordingly. Super impressive. She also did a great job of up selling accessories while explaining features and benefits. Kennedy single handedly made the experience top-notch!
I went in looking to switch services and the lady, I believe her name was Andrea helped me out with everything. She went over cost and best deals that would fit me and my family. Definitely one of the best customer services I have received in awhile, happy Im switching over to a company that cares.

Jamero was the best! I was quite frustrated with the AT & T Store customer service in my area & I visited the Blaine Store & he helped me immediately fix a texting issue I was having with my new phone. After spending hours in the other store he had me up & running perfectly within minutes !

Didnt know customer service could get any worse. Visited the AT&T store today at noon, doors were still locked but a guy let us in. He didnt acknowledge us in any way, no eye contact, no Ill be right back or right with you - nothing! He simply went back to talking with another guy. We looked around the store, most of the phones were not out and the ones that were out were locked down. So we could see nothing, talk to no one - the only good thing was that we were free to go and not locked in. Moral of the story- dont go to this store.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. I will be cancelling and will never use or recommend AT&T after this last experience. I consider myself a loyal client and am very easy going, never rude and rarely have complaints. The employee at this location made a mistake on my account which caused me to have to pay out of pocket $800 for a phone that should have been placed on installment. Employees in store and through “customer service line” could not and would not fix a mistake made by their own employee. Tried to swindle me into keep paying for an already cancelled line. Only out to inconvenience clients and get people to pay more for a service that other providers can do better.
The staff unaware of the offers and didn’t even try to resolve my issue.
Jamero and team at this store did an amazing job walking our family through the difficult transition of changing cell phone carriers for the IPhone promotion. His friendliness and patience made it a smooth process. Highly recommend getting your next phone here. A+

Very great service. Cheerful staff who are committed who to helping you. I switched from and android to an apple and they were able to transfer my photos, contacts, texts, everything, it was unbelievable
We went into the store to complete the action of transferring a phone to our plan and upgrading that phone. It was started on the phone and after an hour on the phone they were no help. Jordan helped us get through the process. He knew exactly what he was doing and made it a breeze. He restored my faith in AT&T. Doing anything with cell phones is typically as dreadful as dealing with the cable company, however i would have no hesitation to visit this store and work with Jordan on any issue or questions I have.

Went into the store and one of the employees was sitting on the couch watching TV and barely acknowledged us. I told him the whole situation of how I was unable to receive calls and make calls. He said, “well, maybe if there’s something wrong you can save $700 off the iPhone 12 or I don’t know how to help you,” BEFORE even looking at the phone or even looking at my account what upgrades or services I have. I replied with, “well can you look on my account or see what is wrong with my phone?” He reset the SIM card and I attempted to call and have my fiancé call me back and it worked. The employee laughed and was like, “yeah sometimes iPhones do that,” in a very rude tone. Very unimpressed with the customer service and attitude by this representative. Makes AT&T as a whole look poor.
Chris R is outstanding! Super nice and helpful. He is also extremely knowledgeable and accomadates to customer needs. He took the time to patiently walk us through our new bill and explained all the charges. We will only come to this location for all of our AT&T needs and only when hes working. This guy deserves a promotion!
Chris was very helpful to me, he took his time with all the help I needed. He helped me get the phone I wanted with the plan I wanted. Working with Chris was very pleasant!! He was very patient with me and all the questions I had. He answered everything to his best ability. Outstanding young man!!! 10/10 would recommend Chris!!

Told me my phone would arrive in 1 to 2 business days when I got home I got an email saying it would be 30 days until expected delivery. Called att and they confirmed it would be at least 30 days. When I went back to cancel the order they said I would have to do it online. When I said I wanted the one they had on hand then they figured out how to cancel the other order. When I got home I found out they gave me the wrong model. Returned that phone and they said it wouldnt let them give me the return on the paid taxes on the last order only the original order. Still dealing with trying to get the last return credited. I also noted I wanted a recipt of the credit and they told me it was impossible for them to do that and all I would have to do is call and they would see it in their system. Well I did that and she told me it woild only be from the store doing the credit. All in all they are clueless to what they are doing. You know its never good when the manager of the store has to ask another employee below them how to enter stuff into the system. AT&T as a whole has went down hill. Ive been a long time faithfull customer of almost 20 years and have to say Im thoroughly discussted. 9 months ago another store told me they could move me into a unlimited data plan for 5 dollars more a month. So I agreed to it. Well it was way more then 5 dollars more so I wanted to be put back into my old plan Ive had for the last 10 years and they said they couldnt honor the original pricing. UPDATE exactly the capacity of help your customer care team is. You say to reach out and contact you like you really do care about your customers but leave a reply with a invalid email link..... At&t has went downhill so much in the last couple years. After my recent experience I started reading the reviews of this store, Im sad to see that it wasnt just me they lied to about ordering a phone and saying it will be here in 1 to 2 business days. These people are not capable of reading the screen in front of them and relaying that information back to you. Anyone looking for new service, you can do better then AT&T. UPDATE 3/2/2021 Quit telling people to contact you at CONNECTATT.COM any self thinking person knows that isnt a good link without a @ sign somewhere. Also Jamero is a liar the returned phone was never returned hence why when I asked for a return receipt he wouldnt give it to me. He made an appointment with me to meet with him to resolve this and left before I got there, found out there were other customers in line with me that also had appointments that he bailed out on. I really hope this helps someone else from having to fall into the same trap as me and apparently many others in these reviews. Im not sure if its just the store as its entirety or just Jemeros impeccably poor customer service. As others have said when I walked into the store he had Jordan helping all of us as he sat down on that couch watching the football game instead of helping us. I can honestly say this store had the worst customer service ever. I had to get corperate involved, they said to just call the store. Finally they called themselves and found out what I was dealing with. If anything I would highly recommend using another store. They are not all like this.

A One Star Review is GenerousI went into this particular store to start a new account with a new service after being with the same company for 20+ years. The phones that I wanted to purchase were not available, so an order was put in and I was told that my phones would be delivered in 2-3 days. On day three my order had still not shipped, and the shipping information said that it wasn’t going to be shipping at all. I spoke with customer care and they blamed the shipping service. I spoke with the shipping service, and they blamed the store that I started the account from. No one at the store could tell me why my phones were not shipping, and after being on the phone since 7 A. M. without any proper solution, I asked to have my account canceled due to the terrible service I had been dealing with for the entire day. Apparently, canceling an account is also something that is beyond this store’s ability because it took over three hours and there was still no solution. I drove a little further to a different store where my phones were in stock and the issue was taken care of in a timely manner. I would not recommend this store unless you are looking for total incompetence from your cellphone provider.

Great customer service
I went to this location as a brand new AT&T customer, wanting to start an account and purchase two phones. First off, The staff lied and said that this is a corporate store when it’s actually just an authorized retailer. Huge difference between the two. My phones were not in stock, so they were to be shipped to me in 2-3 days. On the third day I received an email telling me that my phones hadn’t shipped and would not be shipping. After being on the phone for 8 hours with various customer care staff, the end result was the staff at this store yelling and swearing at me while I was left with no new phones and no phone service. What a terrible way to treat a new customer. Stay as far away from here as possible.
Nothing but good things to say about getting my new phone here. Worked with the manager to find something that fit my budget and lifestyle and went with the Samaung S9+. Thanks guys!
