Nice open area to walk around and check on new items. Really went there to retrieve my phone that someone found was so honest and nice to bring to Verizon to find the owner. Said it took them some time to find me. But they finally did. I am so thankful for the gentleman that found my phone and brought there. Honest and paying it forward. So unheard of these days. Thank you who ever you are. You have no idea how happy I am that you did that. Hope someone finds yours and does the same for you.

Staff stayed late to make sure we were all set up. Super nice staff, but our plan was jacked up and we had to call Verizon 1000 times to get it right.Came back for another phone. Staff suggested we go to Walmart to buy the phone. Left, went to Walmart, bought the phone, came back to Verizon, Verizon said they couldnt use the phone because Walmart sold us a prepay device, went back to return. Walmart didnt want to return the phone because it was opened. Now were back at Verizon for a 3rd time. Miserable experience. Hopefully they can figure this out because its such a waste of the day to drive back and forth because the staff isnt aware of policy.
Was running late and my Verizon branded phone charger broke. Thankfully, it had a warranty the store managed to honor even without a box and the original receipt. The sales rep was very affable and amicable, and the GM handled the issue with grace, putting the customer forward. Even though I use t mobile, a simple phone charger experience makes me want to switch to Verizon.
Worst experience ever. Sales person was horrible. My husband went to pick up his phone and the sales agent was incredibly rude. So I decided to come in and talk to him myself as Im a major account holder with Verizon for over 87 phone lines. The sales agent was incredibly smart mouth had a horrible attitude and basically confronted me like I was in developmentally disabled kindergartener. I had to contact Verizon corporate sales to find out that he was wrong across the board and that he didnt know what he was talking about. So then this hee Haw game took four days and on the 5th day that we were supposed to complete our order it took longer than the store closed. It is my every intent and plan to cancel my commercial order with them in the morning and transfer my account to somebody that can actually function with common sense possibly I dont know AT&t or T-Mobile. It should also be part of somebodys customer training programs to worry about what they talk to certain people I have a federal badge and a bond worth more than the stores inventory. Customer service agents do not have the right to speak to people anyway they want thats why theyre in service you serve the customer not yourself. I was not provided Managements name number or information as I was asked. Using the Verizon app for 1.5 hours and total frustration we could not get the app to work so I could drop my deceased husbands name off our phone bill with his phone numbers. We finally spoke to a person and extremely intelligent guy to get me as a manager on the account and drop my husbands name and phone numbers. Two weeks ago I spent one whole afternoon trying to get the chat person to drop Dannys name and it never got done. I was sobfrustrated I would not handle Verizon again. I asked my friend to do what I couldnt get done on the chat mode.
Had my parents come in to get their information transferred from old phones to new phones that we ordered. African american rep was very unhelpful and did not care to help.Why are you even working there if youre going to be rude and not help?

I would NOT recommend using Verizon. My boyfriend ordered a phone online through the Verizon website, but we were instructed to provide additional documentation, or told to visit a store to provide the necessary information. We arrived at the Verizon store, and they had to set up a new order for a phone, so my boyfriend was unable to keep his phone number the same. No big deal. We were told our online order would be cancelled. We began making monthly payments for his new phone, but then we were also billed for the first phone that was ordered online, which we never received. We went into the store again, to resolve the issue, and we spent over 2 hours trying to resolve the billing issue. The employees had to do everything over the phone, and after the phone conversation ended we were told the billing should be taken care of. A month later we got a bill for a smaller amount, but still for the same account that should have been closed. We went into the store again and we were told to wait a while for the paperwork to go through. 3 months later, we received a notice from a debt collector for this Verizon account, for a phone we NEVER RECEIVED. Again, we went into the store, and we were told Verizon cant do anything because its already been sent to collections. So....although we tried to resolve the issue in person multiple times Verizon decided to send the account to a debt collector. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VERIZON

Too much sensitive men work here
Purchased screensavers on 2 phones. Was told they had a life-time warranty. Both cracked. One of them cut my finger. Went back to store and was told they no longer carry screensavers and cant help me. Called Verizon, several times and was kept on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Apparently, they are understaffed, except for their billing department. Cant wait to cancel the 5 phones my family has and subscribe elsewhere. As of yet, Im unable to resolve this problem.
Bad customer service!!! they made me wait for 1:20 min, I walked in to see what took them to long and they text me right away in front of me then the guy was like check your phone it’s your turn!!! Unbelievable

Great if youre buying a new service or equipment, but terrible when it comes to following through on their commitments or making changes once youre a customer. Just spent an hour there to resolve a relatively simple billing issue, all they did was call and wait on hold for Verizon Customer Service - no urgency, no real desire to help.

Not very impressed with this store. Felt very dismissed and like they had very little interest in helping if it didnt end with selling something. Which is frustrating when you have always had Verizon and needed help with a phone bought through Verizon.Luckily I went to the Verizon store on Lake Street by Gary after and they were absolutely wonderful.

I was offered a credit on my account for $30 off an upgrade. This was offered because I spent 3.5 hours the night before resolving an invalid charge on my account. After spending 45 minutes in store, the manager refused to honor the credit despite Verizon Customer Service saying a manual credit was an option (I was actually on the phone with customer service simultaneously). He claimed its his discretion. I guess his discretion is to leave customers disgruntled and disregard Verizon credits. Ive been a customer since 2013 - nice to see Im not worth $30!

Ive had to go there a few times over the last few months for various issues and every time the staff has been super helpful, going out of there way for my wife and I. Sometimes they are busy so expect a short wait but I have never left disappointed. The staff there are very friendly and super knowledgeable.
Just got off the phone with a representative named Joe and he was so rude and not helpful what so ever. Just purchased a phone from here 5 days ago and spent an extra $100 to get the best case and screen protector that the salesman proclaimed was the best yet my phone is already cracked. l called to see what l can do to get my phone fixed and he said “Well Verizon didn’t drop your phone” and at this point l was so appualed at how terrible this customer service was so l asked him what my options were and he just said “well l really don’t care what you do.” l have never had worse customer service ln my life and l will be returning my $800 phone and after having Verizon for 16 years and having 10 lines on my plan, they will be losing my business. They do not care about their customers at all. Joe was so unprofessional and management really should find better employees.
The salesman I had the pleasure of getting was a tremendous help with the purchase of a phone. I took my husband back the next day to get a phone with the same guys help because he was so patient with me. He explained our plan, our phone, helped us pick out cases and applied the screen saver sheet for both of us.

Guys stay away from this store.My phone was not working with x1 signal. So I visited that location to fix it. the agent named Nicole at the store told me there was some kind of payment issue on my account and guaranteed that its going to be fixed if I make another payment. however, she couldnt fix the problem and the payment was not the issue. and she rejected to get me a refund.I had to deal with headquarter verizon for days only because of her mistake. how ridiculous it is. they only focus on sales. they dont care about customer care or after service and responsibility as a corporate store
DO NOT USE THIS STORE. My initial purchase of a smart phone went well but when I had problems with the phone (short battery life even for a smart phone, connection issues, etc) they refused to give me a new phone. I called verizon customer support who THEMSELVES couldnt get the store to follow their own policies. I will not be spending any money at this store in the future. I had a very good experience with the people on the phone support who are working with me outside of this store (even though it is within their policy and much easier to do it IN store) to resolve my issue with the phone. Again, dont do business with this store.

Where do I start? I went in to upgrade my phone and the guy told me that if my sister and I both upgraded, and I got an iPad that our rate wouldnt change because of the promo they had going. The first few months were high so I went in and talked to him. He then said that the third month is when the promos kick in: he was right. My bill was right back to where is was supposed to be $168.00. Following that month, my bill has been $202.00?????? I went in to ask and no one can give me any answer as to why. Verizon and I will no longer be on the same team. I want everyone to know that they mistreat their customers and dont fix lies they tell us. Do yourself a favor and dont use Verizon.
Employees at this store are very uninformed or they like to play dumb. Stay away from this store or you will end up paying alot more than what you are suppose too. Go across the street to the best buy you will have a much better and more experienced person to help you out with your cell phone needs.

BEWARE!!!! I only gave them one star because there wasnt a rating lower than that. Cant even discribe the disappointment towards the lack...the absolute lack of customer service that was applied by all..and I mean all members of this store. I went into the store to get a fairly basic procedure switching from one phone to another phone which had proven to be a great task for the supposed best provider on the market. It was amazing how competent they tried too sound which really turned out to be them talking out of their behind about absolute non sense. It left me with an extremely salty taste that honestly had me questioning to stay with that provider (verizon). (Which the jury is still out on.) Please dont be surprised if you waste a signicant amount of time at this store and get absolutely no where. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
