Great service at this store! The employees are very helpful and patient. Danny (hopefully I this is his correct name) helped me at my last visit with transferring my SIM card to T-Mobile. I have seen the staff interact with other customers and they are very professional and knowledgeable. The manager Josselyn is a true testament to great customer service.

Kid was kind of snippy at first.But he did know his stuff! He did assume I was eligible for the over 55 club. Its not right when people assume. Of course he was right, but its not PC to assume. I guess he will live and learn.

Horrible place. Bunch of liars work there. We were told that they have a buy one get one free promotion going on and told to put down 1,050 and finance rest 4 lines at $157/m. The other lines had paid off phones! Received a $240 bill. Contacted the store few times and they still haven’t fixed the issue. Stay away from this store.

Dawood was awesome great service from T mobile but their is only 2 stores here now but the other half of the mall is so dead and empty

Dawood was Awesome, great promotion great service Came in a few times to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. Group there did a great job of getting 5 lines switched over and ordering the phones we needed

The team that I worked with was spectacular. They made everything quick and easy since they seemed very experienced. These 3 men were incredibly knowledgeable, nice, entertaining, and fun, and they made what is usually a stressful trip to the mall to upgrade a phone, into a nice and easy task. I highly recommend going to this T-Mobile location on the second floor of Stratford Mall. You will not be disappointed. (I believe the managers name was Adrian)

Outstanding customer service! Walked in on Sunday for an issue on my account and Adrian, the manager, took care of it all. Great leadership and management from him and his employees. He had everything organized and resolved my issue. Will definitely keep coming to this TMobile.

Wow what can I say I went here this past summer to see if there was a deal out there for foreign service in Europe . I had attempted to deal with this with customer service by phone but they are useless, I was told some ridiculous prices and decided to visit this store. I was very fortunate to have been assisted by Adrian the manager of the store and was given a whole different explanation and signed up for foreign service for my trip. To make a long story sort he and his staff have always went above and beyond to assist me and my family every time we have been there.

I didn’t work with her but watching the manager help this older man with a billing problem was amazing. She didn’t stop until he got what he wanted and I got to experience it all your amazing. Some worker still enjoy what they do .

I was so excited to do the BOGO for Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ . The manager first looked at my account and said I had up to 12 lines available. So I got all the information and picked out what I was going to get, only for them to tell me that I couldnt add any more lines to my plan! They wasted so much of my time by not having the right information in the first place! If they told me that I couldnt add any more lines to my plan then it would have been done there. Either way I needed to buy a new phone since mine broke so they just lost a paying customer. Weve been customers for a long time but this is ridiculous! Im going to have to take my business elsewhere.

I was really satisfied with the service I received from Dawood and Brendon they went above and beyond to make sure I walked out the store happy I walked into the store looking to switch over from sprint they showed me amazing rate plans and broke the numbers down to me I couldn’t say no they made sure all my data and my family’s data was transferred to the new phone I would highly recommend coming here.

Amazing store walked in to pay my bill and was out in about 3 minutes.Thank you !

I visited the store today around 3:15 pm to ask the sales people some question about my phone and if I needed to set it different to get a better performance with network while I’m using my apps for lift. The person I talked to seems like does know much about the product that he is representing it’s really sad that he did not know much about his work, I asked why I’m having problem with then network he claims that I only have limited data use which is 4 gb I told him that less than 2 gb where use he still insist that the was the issue. I won’t go back to this person again .This store I think will loose business cause of this type of employee

People working at this store are unethical and unprofessional. They will try to upsell insurance and other services and even after refusing it several times, they add it to your account.It does not show up in the paper work they give you. You only find out when you see the bill from Tmobile.Upon calling them to inquire, they hung up the phone twice abruptly and then never picked up again.To avoid disrespect and agony, please go to the Tmobile owned store downstairs in the mall. This franchise owned store needs to be shutdown for horrible sales practices.

I get mixed info when I ask for assistance here, or I get referred to customer service. I recommend the T-mobile store in Carol Stream at the corner of Schmale Rd & North Ave. Friendly, welcoming staff with straight forward answer. :)
