Darlene is one of the best Starbucks supervisors they have. This store is always clean,fast and efficient.
I had a horrible experience in the drive thru on the morning of 9/18/21. The woman working the drive thru was incredibly rude and sarcastic. Starbucks is known for their welcoming staff and environment, but i was shown the complete opposite. I hope other customers don’t have to experience her disrespect like I did.
Espresso was horrible. I always have doppio Long Shot but at this location (stopped here for the first and last time) was just a joke.Also, i know because of COVID everything is behind the counter, but the lady gave me the stir sticks with her hand - no gloves- and even though she was holding them by one end, I couldn’t possibly remember which end since i had 2 drinks, sugar, cream on the side, and napkins. (I am not afraid of covid by the way - just stating why the measures don’t work).Great job (for those who didn’t get it - it’s called sarcasm).

Placed an order through the application so I know they wouldn’t get my order wrong. Well i guessed wrong. The lady with the “pink glasses” got it wrong. When I let her know the order was wrong, that I was missing milk. She stated “I’ll just give you a small cup of milk so you can mix it”. I told her I didn’t want to mix it since i didn’t want to get my car dirty. She then went on to say “it’s COVID so I can’t add the milk for you”. I get that part….. but why don’t you just make me a new coffee and make it right this time. I know she could of made me a new one since they weren’t busy. No one else was in the drive thru.The girl in the dive thru needs to check fix her customer service. Left with no coffee and no refund.Terrible service.
Came to dine in and got a Chicken and Bacon Panini with an Iced Apple Crisp Macchiato.Staff was very friendly and my order was done quick, although the establishment was a bit empty during my visit.As for my order the drink tasted wonderful. The combination of flavors from the coffee, milk, caramel, and apple flavor combos truly capture the essence of fall. I will note that this location made it better compared to other Starbucks locations that I have visited.The Panini was nicely warmed and tasted good, the bread was incredibly soft, the bacon was smoky, and the chicken was soft and creamy. For the price point of around $7.50, I would only get it every now and then but I would recommend it.The location itself was kept clean and had a nice atmosphere with plenty of areas to sit in should you choose to dine in. A drive-thru is also available at this location.Overall, the staff was great, the drinks and food were well prepared, and the location was clean.
That guy Hunter always get my order right and quick. Starbucks need more employees like him in their stores. A++ for amazing service.
It is very frustrating to me as that asks for a nitro cold brew with cold foam and they add sweet cream or salted cream in the drink.... It is doubly frustrating when I ask them to clarify twice and they say it is made with black nitro coffee. I dont have time to turn around and correct the order. Please stop making assumptions on what to add.
Took 25 minutes to get thru drive thru. Was the 4th car in line faster ones than this starbucks around here go to north ave or main and Geneva.

I go to the office on Thursday and Friday and use the drive thru on those days. Every time there is an issue. They may be small and somewhat petty; but still issues. Today was no exception. But the issue in my mind was huge!! Ordered a cappuccino venti and to my surprise only steamed milked in my cup. How on earth do they forget the COFFFEE!!!!!
Waited an absurdly long time for my drink and turns out they had forgotten it entirely. When I confronted the staff they had no idea what they had done with my drink or ticket. Don’t even remember receiving an apology. As I left I just received an “All good?”... What a waste of time.
I went there today and i asked them to write will you be my girlfriend on my cup and she said yes i just want to say thank you so much for helping me and taking time out of your day to write it for me
Always mess up my simple order. Thought I’d give it another try, messed up again. The old woman at the window told me I was a liar and it was my fault they messed it up (I’ve ordered the same coffee for years). Done giving them chances.
This Starbucks location has good service, they make everything correctly, and they are friendly.

I almost skipped starbucks today because of the crazy long line- however, they can move! I was through the drive thru with at least 7 cars ahead of me in about 6 or 7 minutes! Staff was friendly, drink was excellent. ☕

Rose is the worst employee here with a bad customer service . She was even rude to her employees . She was staring at me for no reason and yelled on me . She doesn’t know how to talk to people . I love to come at this location but not anymore just because of rose

Great place to get a cup of coffee to and from work. Drive thru gets really busy but what do you expect for a coffee shop located on two busy major streets.. I give them props with serving all the negative costumers...Just recently ordered my coffee and I was behind my friend and the manager came up to him asking what he would like to order and then just walked away with no intent to serve him.. Not professional at all... All new people here.. I do miss the old crew...
I came here this morning. I dont like the attitude of the staff. I asked for a straw and they didnt give it to me. I wont come here anymore. too bad.

This has to be the worst experience Ive ever had at a starbucks. The wait time was unbelievable, and it seemed to be a combination of being understaffed and ineptitude. It was about a 30 minute wait for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches.They had one sandwich with someone elses order which is exactly what you dont want during a pandemic! The other one they forgot to make.Ive been to DT Chicago Starbucks that are slammed for the morning rush and waited no where near what I did today.Avoid this place at all all costs, you are better off driving 10 minutes out of the way to go to the Bartlett location.

I think this is one of the best Starbucks in town! All the employees are so nice and welcoming! The new shift Ashley is amazing as well:) this sbux gets very busy and crowded with a lot of heat but the employees are always doing there best to deliver the best and the most enjoyable drinks ever😋

I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha when I payed they gave me a iced Carmel macchiato that was mixed to look like something else I’m assuming. Didn’t want to say anything because there was a really long line.
I am literally in love with one of the barista there. Dont know her name or age yet but I go there in mornings to see her and get my chi tea latte! She is short, has short black hair, non stop working and has the most beautiful smile.... I just wish I was more open minded or had the courage to ask her out... just hoping she works there for a while so I can go see her again and again!!
I was sitting at a table studying and drinking my chestnut praline latte (which is delicious, if you haven’t tried it!). It was pretty busy since it was happy hour. one thing i observed was customers were so mean to the baristas! Taya took my order and she was the sweetest. She genuinely cared about my response to “how are you doing?” and I feel like I made a good connection with her. If you are looking for a good experience, stop by Starbucks on Army Trail and Gary!

If you want your coffee run to be a 3 hour process this is the location for you... every single time!
I always visit this location but recently I can almost always expect to wait 20 or even 40 minutes in the drive thru on weekends. Im not sure if they are under staffed because this was never an issue before quarantine but lately its VERY slow

Extremely disappointed in the way myself and 6 other customer behind me were treated by the store employees and the manager. Got to the the drive thru line 15 minutes before store closing at 3 pm and once at the order screen I was refused service by a patronizing employee stating someone moved the cones in the drive-thru line after the previous customer. When I questioned them about the closing hour and why the cones are placed to close the line 15-20 minutes prior to closing time all I got was smirks. I am “baffled” as to why the manager, Lesley Davis, would refuse to service the customers who were in the drive thru line before 3:00 p.m especially when the store is open only to drive thru customers?!! Here’s a suggestion, block the line with cones at the 3:00 pm closing time. Lesley, do your employees refuse service to in-store customers in the store 15 minutes before closing? It seems like you and your staff need some basic customer service retraining. Stay well!
Store hours say 9:30pm, but the doors were unlocked and the sign was lit. I walked in at 9:03 and was told they were closed and everything was put away. I ask why the sign is on and doors open... Was told that they were the supervisor and those are the new hours. Most store put a sign on the door about new hours, was told they are online. Thanks
They took my order for nitro! But didnt have any. I suggested letting the cashier know who took my order. They said they did! Several times.
Most Disappointing Starbucks EverEvery single time there is an issue. The wait is very long (with 1-2 cars ahead of you). I have to correct them on my drink every time. Ive been handed the wrong drink multiple times and they get an attitude when I say no thats not it. I ask for no Milk, just cream and have watched them pour milk (Cap colors are different). Then today was told my total at the screen and pull up to a different total. I questioned it and was told prices increased and someone in the background said its different at each store. So prices went up from the Screen to Window 1. Shouldnt I have been grandfathered in to my first price?!! Turned out she overcharged me and corrected it. The drinks have tasted terrible all except for twice and I always have to fix it when i get home or work. Its just become a joke how terrible they are.

Hands down, the slowest Starbucks in the area. There were only four cars in front of me, no one behind, and we did not move for 10 minutes. There’s been numerous times where it has taken me 20+ minutes to get get my drink from the order screen.
A well kept newer store. Not as much seating as some stores but the layout works well for keeping any line moving. I like the wall of coolers with sandwiches and such. It is more convenient then bending over low coolers right in front of of the counter.

The drinks are fine but I always wait FOREVER in the drive thru line! No matter what time of day, I always wait at least 10 minutes AFTER ORDERING! They need to get quicker.
Its a well run Starbucks with a polite staff and good service. Its a convenient location near Stratford mall and other shopping destinations. The interior itself is on the small side, so it isnt as inviting of a spot as some other locations in the area. I dont really have any complaints and if youve been to Starbucks before, nothing here will surprise you.
Satisfactory customer service (nothing that’ll make you never wanna come back nor always wanna come back) but they definitely need more seats in comparison to other locations.EDIT: Took one star out since they got rid of mobile ordering. Really no justifiable reason to get rid of this.

This isnt your standard Starbucks. The service is painfully slow not because they are understaffed or super busy but the employees do not abide by Starbucks standards i.e. fast service and basic standard greeting.I have conplained to the manager before but the employees have the worst attitude. The staff are always socializing among themselves and ignoring the paying customer . No acknowledgement or greeting and they look right at you and continue their vapid conversations. The worst. This Starbucks should close down

Usually don’t have any problem, but got lots of attitude today from register girl Taya. Ordered ahead for myself, went Inside to order for coworkers, saw that a costumer skipped the line and helped them anyway, told her the happy hours code had not worked for me online said there was nothing she could do about it. I asked if there wS someone else I could speak to, she called a gentleman and as he was trying to listen to my concerns, she looked at my cup and proceeded to say “umm, that cup is half empty”. Mind you, I had already payed for my drink! I had never had someone as rude as her!! Very disappointed!
Ordered a coffee and wanted to use the happy hour coupon. I was at the drivethough and had a car behind me. It was a minute or two before the happy hour deal started so by the time I got my coffee, it was already 3 but I had to pay full price. Is it partially my own fault? Yes. But from my retail experience, we always give the customer a little break in a situation like that. Cant belive I didnt get the deal with it being only a minute from 3.
Had a special deal-buy one drink get one free, but they never told me about it. I found out about it later from my daughter. I called and talked to manager and he didn’t seem to care and acted like it was my fault. Not impressed with this Starbucks and this guy, Mike shouldn’t be a manager that deals with customers
We got the coffee @8pm and stayed outside, they closed at 9pm, right after they closed the store the staff played heavy metal music very load outside we asked them kindly this was too load and they need to lower the volume of music, they said this is after hours and they need to relax becuase they worked hard, then they lower the music and right after they asked as to leave the promise since they closed they did it on purpose, they were rude and was just a bad experience it wasnt like this was Starbucks but it feel like they were the owners and they could do whatever they want. First time ever happened to us we have been visited this store for years but this was the only time we had to deal with this rude staff. Bad experience, rude people..Update- We did go again yesterday about same time, i think they remembered us did the same thing again they played music loud other customers who were staying outside were surprised too, last time to visit this Starbucks location again, all of us, first time having this experience with any store. Went to another Starbucks everything was great. Management should address this behaviors.

Its a fine location, the workers are great, my only issue is that I got a dark roast coffee and the coffee was burned. I usually only get pour overs and this just solidified the fact that I should only get pour overs to prevent drinking burnt coffee.
The worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. Of course the recipes are the same, however the service is very slow, employees seem to pay more attention to each other, with chat instead of focusing on their customers. I have visited there with two people in the store, and it took 15 minutes for an ice coffee, sorry I might add maybe one car in the drive thru.

Normally this location is not bad but this morning on 6/6 when I got to the drive through window I saw that that gave me a hot drink even though I ordered a iced. When I told the younger blonde girl that I wanted iced she made a face and rolled her eyes and shook her head in front of me. Great way to start my morning after you took my order wrong.Update 4/19.I was the only car in line and my 1 cup of coffee almost took 10 minutes since the employees were to busy socializing and talking loud enough for me to hear how they hate working there... Nice!
First time at this Starbucks on Army Trail and happens to be one of the most humiliating experiences ever. I walked in with my kids and preceded to hear laughter and glares at us. I noticed we were the only ones there at the time and nobody was in the drive thru. I walked to order and I could clearly hear through the cashier’s headset mockery and racial slurs used towards my family. The cashier had the audacity to laugh so hard that she couldn’t even take my order. My kids were horrified and utterly confused. How do you explain to my young kids what “Ching Chong” meant? Please do better starbucks. Won’t be returning.

No cold brew. Person taking order asked three different times if I wanted this or that current special. In the very beginning I stated my order and said thats it. Other than that awkward no no no.... everything was fine. Again, no cold brew?
This Starbucks is pretty accurate and pretty fast. Customer service is ok, not overly friendly but not cold. The food has always been fresh and/or cooked just right. Ive never encountered a time that theyve been out of stock of a core item that I wanted. The restrooms have been pretty gross each time Ive used them, it was later in the day though and usually there is only 2 or 3 people staffed at that time. There was only one incident where the barista responded as it was my fault that my drink was made incorrectly, so there was a slight attitude and they demanded I taste it before leaving. It was an ice coffee with vanilla syrup....they accidentally put either to much vanilla or put the classic in as well as the vanilla. Because it was super sweet. Other than the one incident Ive never had an issue here or had any mistakes with my drinks. If Im passing through this area I usually stop at this Starbucks versus one of the others.

Friendly staff and efficient service, however, I am giving this location a 3-Star rating solely due to the location and inconvenience of parking.Location is located by the intersection of Gary Ave and Army Trail Road by the Speedway gas station.First - inconvenience of this location is that you can only get to it if you are heading east bound on Army Trail Rd.Second - Parking lot of this Starbucks is to the back of the building and the road/lane area you would use to get to the parking lot is the same as the route to get to the drive through. When I happened to get there it was at a busy time and there were several has lined up at the drive through. From the back up, I had to sit for 5 minutes in the drive through traffic just to get to the parking lot and park my car.

Came to get chai tea lattes for my granddaughters. It took more time than I had figured but the order was made to order and correct. The maple bagel bies I think they named them bistro were not very good. No one took more than a bite.
Waiting over 30 min in the drive through!!!!!!! I don’t know if they NEVER have enough people or what but this is ridiculous.
No comfy chairs at this one, but a decent location with quick service. Never gotten anything Ive ordered wrong, and easy enough to get in and out of if heading West on Army Trail Rd. Gary is also divided at the intersection, but the lot is connected to the gas station lot at that corner and the plaza further west, so you can go down to that light if you need to head East/South on Gary.
Good but slow
I just walked in an ordered a venti iced coffee and paid for it. Then was given a grande. When I asked about it I was given the answer, This is a grande and the lady walked away. I asked again if she was making a venti and she replied no and walked away again. I wont be back, Ive always had bad service here. This is just the last straw.
