They haven’t updated their hours online. A senior citizen showed up same time we did and I knocked to talk to the manager and they didn’t care to hear the importance of updating their hours. The young lady looked at me and rolled her eyes.

I recently upgraded my router/WiFi to the newer 5G version.I was having issues with my security system where I couldn’t get a strong signal through my three story home. Everything was fine with the old system, but the new Gateway wouldn’t perform.I took the unit back a couple days later. I walk in, and within seconds Benny U. greeted me at the door. I explained what was happening with the new unit.Benny mentioned it might be an equipment glitch, so he offered another unit to try, and if that didn’t help, he suggested an xFi Pod.Because of the location of the Gateway in my home, and the extreme distance to the security equipment, the unit didn’t put out enough signal, so on Benny’s recommendation I ordered the xFi Pod.The signal is incredibly strong throughout the whole house now.Not only did Benny solve the problem, but he actually called me to follow up. That’s customer service!Thank you very much Benny for not only being a professional at what you do, but for being patient withsomeone not understanding how these systems work.Thant you!Lee HoganAddison

We told them so simply needed internet not tv. Come find out that they charged us for internet, tv and DVR for the last 10 months. We just went to a different location and got higher internet only for $20 less that what the have been charging us. Ive been a loyal customer for years this is just sad. Thanks to the Crystal Lake Xfinity for redeaming our trust in the company

The reps are about as responsive and willing to help as the phone center. They mostly shill the mobile and say try online. No ability to help with plan issues. Short mannered and rude. If there was any competition in the area, theyd have a different attitude. Go to the FCC website and fill out a form about lack of competition in the area, push for municipal offerings and small ISP competition.

Went to the store today. Apparently they changed their hours of operation but Google hasn’t updated their site. Many people were at their front doors . All they told people was their hours of operation has changed and to come back tomorrow. Store was full of staff still yet they declined service. Horrible staff and company.

Being Comcast is a company I Typically dread dealing with, dealing with Lorenzo was a breath of Fresh air. Walked into store helped me right away and he was an straightforward, friendly, and had great customer service skills. As someone who does sales myself I really appreciated it. Great to finally have an Xfinity store close to home. Its a brand new location near the Planet Fitness and Marianos. Came in to get a new remote control and was literally in and out in 5 min. Everyone was very polite and nice.

After calling customer service five times about an internet issue in our home we decided to go in this stores location. We pay for the premium package and their top tier internet. So for this to be an issue is unexceptable. So the desire to fix the issue we think should be top priority. We looked in our backyard and saw that the cable box that has our router cable run through our house is wrapped with a plastic bag and duct tape. We called Comcast five times and now walked into their store twice and the last thing they told was We will call you sometime soon when someone is available to come look at it. That was over two weeks ago. This has been an issue for over a year now. The first time they sent someone they said they saw no issue but a bent pipe. Which they only reported the pipe and never fixed it. So they either put the plastic bag on the box or didnt see it. The fact that this is an issue they chose to ignore shows how much they dont care about the issues you may have and only if you are spending money with them.

Exactly what you would expect from this disaster of a company. Set appointment, you show up on time, you watch that time come and go waiting for the worst customer service in any industry. It will be like the 4th of july when google fiber or some new tech comes out that puts this place out of business.

After switching to xfinity mobile I was sent the wrong phone. I have received 0 help from Comcast, this store, or customer service about getting the correct phone.Now after weeks of trying to get everything resolved with comcast the store is blaming everything on their system and Apple. They wont correct their error because their system will not allow them to. Once again comcast has lived up to their reputation of terrible customer service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! IF U TRAVEL ... NO INTERNATIONAL!!!! I have to buy my phone now and DUMP THIS MOBILE SERVICE. They sold me by saying a Mexican plan is available ... NOT !!!!! No MEXICO No Canada !!!!! They have no clue !!!!!! I can’t believe any company today has NO plan for service in Mexico!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 $400 MISTAKE - back to AT&T !!!!

OMG I dont even know where to start. They told me first that the phones we had needed to be unlocked. No they did not. Went on a Sunday to switch over and got phones. Got home and the BRAND NEW Iphone didnt work . I called tech support and store was closed. I spent 2 hours in the store on a Monday morning being told first that I had to go to the Apple store because they did not have another phone exactly alike, no they will not support it need to go to Xfinity, then they couldnt do another color, then they couldnt do another device, no no no you have to have it shipped.. I waited 2 days and no phone, I call and they never ordered it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
