My regular Cartridge World closed, so I turned to the only available store near me. Not only were they helpful and accomodating, but they added a bonus cartridge to my order. Wow. I have had issues with getting link cartridges filled lately because HP has changed their system to be anything other than customer friendly. But when talking to Marco at this location, he was a wealth of knowledge. I run a charity and every dollar is accounted for. It’s 4:40 pm and there’s a sign on the door that states there open until 5 pm but it’s closed. Great.

The store in Batavia, IL was my store of choice until they closed & Im very pleased with the Bloomingdales, IL operation. I guess its the same owners, so I wouldnt expect less.

As a previous employee I recommend always buying OEM cartridges. Although you can get them here they are overpriced.

Sign states they open at 11am (new hours) I waited outside until 11:10am and it was still closed, went to Office Depot that was opened and still played less for my ink at office depot.
