Every time I come into the store, the cashier always greets me with a warm smile. Any questions that I have are answered quickly and accurately. If they dont have the product in the store, they offer to check other locations or order it in. Their Rewards program helps me save money when I need to purchase ink for my office. Overall, its the friendly service that keeps me coming back every time.

Had to get some business cards for three guys at the office in a hurry. Ashley was such a professional and took care of everything we needed. Got the cards same day. Just an awesome display of customer service.... felt I had to share.

Really friendly older gentleman in the printing section that helped me get Invitation cards for our seminar! Very friendly and insightful in service for printing. Extremely satisfied with product and service. Kinkos....why dont you step up a bit? #KinkosSucks

This is by far the worst store I have ever been in. With a new business start up in the area and a Staples account, I went in 15 minutes after they opened and was prepared to spend a lot of money on supplies, electronics, etc. There was one girl at the front counter reading a magazine and another walking around in a zombie like state making sure she didnt make any eye contact. I was the only customer in the store. I had 2 carts full of merchandise and needed help with electronics. No one at all there to assist. After wasting 30 minutes of my time and no one to help, I abandoned the carts and left in disgust. The girl at the counter raised her head to look at me as I was leaving and then went back to her magazine without a word. I am truly shocked they are still in business. I for one will never step foot in there again. Maybe they need a new manager? Disgusted in Bartlett
