I love bagels and eat at one of the BBC locations 2-3 times a week. Don’t bother ordering coffee, though. Seriously, every coffee I’ve ordered has been lukewarm — no matter if I order iced coffee or hot. They don’t really know how to make iced coffee properly and I think they just put a ton of ice in hot coffee… but their hot coffee isn’t hot, either? Anyway, if you want coffee, go to Soma. Bloomington Bagel Company really only knows bagels, lol

Bumped up to 3 stars for great post service after my overzealous peanut butter spreader. I love pb but there was so much the bagel was soaked through in oil and inedible. It was a yummy bagel too!

Just subpar, overpriced small breakfast sandwiches. Theres corner stores with the same stuff for half the price and better

I got the Hangover bagel (jalapeno bagel with fried egg, bacon, ham, sausage, and pepper jack cheese). Couldnt be helped with an egg, but after unwrapping, the yolk had cracked and the bottom half was covered with yolk. Still very delicious and the sausage was well spiced! My husband just got a regular plain bagel. Im not a bagel connoisseur and dont eat bagels very often, but I enjoyed my experience.

Just half of my spectacular asiago cheese bagel with smoked artichoke cream cheese, sausage, ham, bacon, egg and cheese!!! Delicious!!

Totally unorganized. Couldn’t remember we ordered coffee, they won’t let people in and you have to stand outside still. Weird. Things are tough, but welcoming customers, tracking orders and remembering to deliver what was ordered should be expected

Yummy food with excellent service!

The absolute best place to go for brunch in Bloomington. They make the food right in front of you and most of it is local here. Unless its Saturday morning, its a super quick grab and go place for daily breakfast. The staff genuinely loves working there and a lot of them have been there forever. Their Chai is for sure better than anything Ive ever had anywhere else. Really all their drinks are. And the food is SO fresh, I never get a soggy piece of lettuce or bad onion and Im a huge critic on that.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, great selection of bagels and much more! Everything looks and tastes amazing...Will be back soon!

I absolutely love BBC and I only get the chance to visit once a year when I’m home and sadly, since the hours weren’t up to date on the website, I drove over half an hour to come to find out the Morton St store was closed on Monday and Tuesday’s. I have since sent a suggestion to update the hours to reflect the other stores. So needless to say I am very sad today. I live in Hawaii and have never found a bagel even close to the jalapeño bagel with the jalapeño schmear anywhere else...otherwise 5 stars all day long.

I love their pretzel bagels, but they run out so quickly! I have to try to go as early as possible before they run out for the day. The people who make the bagels are so nice. I go to one of the BBCs at least once a week and it always puts a smile on my face :)

What a wonderful little place! The staff is super friendly and nice, and theyve got a lot of really great offerings. If you just want a bagel thats fine, but they also have different sandwiches, both breakfast and otherwise. They are everything I want out of a bagel shop!

This is the best place to buy a bagel in Southern Indiana. I drive over an hour and a half to buy bagels here. Made in store. They have a great pretzel bagel. Big selection. Clean. And if you arrive half hour before closing, get one dozen bagels at half price.

Went with a friend. I was visiting the area. No welcoming when we walking in. The employees were on their phones and didn’t seem to want to be there. I was overcharged and they were rude when we had to ask for another cup because the first one broke. The food. Mediocre. The coffee was very watered down and tasted old.

Small shop and not a lot of seating. I usually get mine to go and walk down to the benches near the courthouse as it can get a little crowded in there on the weekend. Best bagels in town though.

Ive been looking for a Bagel place since I moved from NJ to IN. Im glad I walked in to the Bloomington Bagel company this cold snowy morning. I was greeted by the two ladies working behind the counter. The line wasnt too long and moved quickly. My lox and cream cheese was LOADED with lox which was awesome! The free sample while you waited in line where nice. Will be back!

New to the area. Wasnt impressed with this bagel shop. The staff seemed bored and acted like they hated their job. The place was very disorganized. I had to stand on my toes just to see the different types of bagels they serve. Please place the bagel rack higher so shorter people can see it or where you dont have to ask the workers to move so you can actually see it

Seems like the prime bagel times like on a crisp Sunday morning at 10am they feel like 1 or 2 staff is just fine. But the bagels are good and the coffee gets the job done.

Comfy and cozy little bagel shop. They had a nice variety of bagels and delicious schmears to go with them. I will visit again when Im in the area!!

Awful service and rude employees. my cup for coffee broke in half and spilled all over the place and they watched as i cleaned it up myself as much as i could and then rolled their eyes when i asked for another cup.

We absolutely love this place; delicious, fresh bagels and breakfast sandwiches paired with a good selection of hot coffee. Wait is a bit long sometimes but the workers do a great job of moving things along.

Great bagels and lots of options, but prices are arbitrary and a little steep for me. The past few times I’ve been to this location, the service was not great even though there weren’t many customers.

They have a lot of topping options, but they were out of everything bagele. I got an onion bagel, and it was just alright.

Really disappointed. We loved BBC when we lived in Btown. Came back for a visit and went there for breakfast. They put less than half the normal amount of cream cheese on our bagels and still charged us the full amount.

Cant go wrong here. Many new jersey bagel snobs have approved of the BBC. Service is outstanding and they treat you like family.
