This place is amazing! I always look forward to treating myself in the quality food, and am always pleasantly greeted with outstanding service. Manager Dusty runs a tight ship and it shows! Kathleen always so friendly and brightens my day with a good story! Would def recommend!

Fantastic place! the bagels are great and the schmear is always properly put on - never too much or too little! I just really wish that this location used grubhub like others Ive seen, or allowed for some kind of delivery so I could get it even when my morning commute doesnt allow a stop

I went in and there was only two people in front of me. But a couple of people came after me. They put my order together after all these people. I also asked them to cut my bagels all the way through but what they did was cut a piece of each of them. When I was trying to put the cheese on top of the box they didnt help me like they did with everyone else.

This place is top notch. As far as bagels and other baked goods are concerned, these guys are in fact geniuses. Einsteins, if you will.

Didn’t have several items I wanted on the menu settled for the bagelrito and it was not all the way cooked and didn’t taste that great at all.

The bagels tasted great like usual but would have been better if they were toasted. We got the bakers dozen multiple times and they have always came toasted and cut in half so we didn’t think we had to request to get them toasted and cut. Just a little disappointed we had to destroy them with the plastic knifes and eat them un-toasted.

Sandwich was pretty good. Coffee was awful. Way too much syrup.

Quick service with a very clean restaurant. I used to eat Einsteins all the time with my family when I was a child, and it tastes as good as I remember it to be. Its a shame that the newer restaurant did away with the fun restaurant wall art from way back when, that being the two brothers in different art styles comically running the bagel shop and many people eating bagels. So many smears, so little time. I recommend getting the Tasty Turkey Brunch Special.

Had a nice brisket breakfast sammich today. Was one of the better sammiches Ive had. Tummy is very happy. Service is a little spotty tho (sorry guys). But not bad enough to deter me from that sammich.

Ive been to many Einstein locations and this one was awful. They couldnt make our sandwiches correctly (we ordered straight off the menu, no alterations). The cold brew coffee is a warm, dirty pitcher sitting next to the soda machine. Employees were rude when I tried to get what we ordered instead of what they decided to bring us.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Food always good and the Cribou coffee is always on point. The reason this is only 4 stars is that they run our of bagles very quickly. It has been disappointing to see a lack of selection before noon on a Sunday. Besides that, a solid place for coffee and breakfast.

Ok the fact that I just discovered this place after nearly half a century is sad. The bagel sandwiches are delicious and even our picky eater can find something. A wide selection of bagels ensures that I will keep coming back and trying new things. The staff always seems friendly and helpful. The coffee is not Starbucks but fairly good and I feel like its a better value and quality breakfast than other places.

I love me an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. Einsteins was fast even while observing covid regulations.

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes (I was the only person in the store) I had to ask the status of my 2nd sandwich. After obtaining my order and leaving, I found that both coffees were wrong. Pretty disappointing experience...

Mediocre food and the dumbest store hours. Staff were very friendly and attentive, but it was hard to hear them over music and the appliances running in the back.

I just had a very enjoyable visit! The Farmouse bagel and Latte were outstanding but better yet was the staff of Maggie, Charles S, and Bianca. They were all very pleasant and friendly, helpful, and worked great together. Their smiles were contagious! I recommend visiting when craving coffee and great sandwich. Hopefully you will be fortunate enough to visit when this team is on duty!

Great bagels and toppings. Definitely worth the price.However a bit overpriced for the coffee be it i drink iced and not the refillable hot stuff. When down in the area this is one of 2 places i always try to stop at for breakfast.

Food excellent, came out in timely fashion. All staff members had contact with very courteous and went extra mile. Restrooms clean. Easy to see and access from road. Was traveling with truck and camper &had no problem parking.

I was here for a meeting with an employee and we love it so much, we decided to order some of their sandwiches for out team meeting later that week. Everything is so fresh and tasty! Brian, the general manager is great to deal with and is happily answer any questions. More than just bagels, their sandwiches are generously portioned and they have amazing cookies.

Service has gotten increasingly slow over the past few months. It takes nearly 15 minutes for an order with only a few people in the store. No apologies, no its coming up. Shame.

Food is good and they keep the coffee hot, but the service is really lacking. Slow, and they keep the music so loud the staff cant hear you.

The variety of bagels is amazing. I thought it was just going to be just plain bagels and cream cheese. They have sandwiches and coffee and other food that all looks so delicious. They have shmear. Which I think is just cream cheese. Got to try it sometime. I got a pizza bagel! Yum!

Great bagels, good Caribou coffee! The coffee of the day is a cheap price with being able to go back for free refills. If you want a place to sit and enjoy your time with a book or friend this is a good place.

Customer service was ok. I didnt get that Starbucks feel of service that I am use to when I patronize Einstein Bros. in Dallas where I am from.

So happy to have an Einsteins in town. Great to have another healthy eating choice around. The staff is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They are off to a good start.

I had a Tasty Turkey sandwich on an everything bagel that was fantastic. Everything was fresh and flavorful. My husband had a Green Chile Club, but they were out of Green Chile bagels so he substituted an everything bagel. He really enjoyed the sandwich but missed the green chile bagel. We also had a coupon for a free bagel with schmear. We got a cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The bagels were soft and chewy with great flavor. We were stuffed when we left. We will definitely be back.

Ordered a sandwich, added bacon for an upcharge and did not receive the bacon. The same thing happened at a different location this week. I just want to try the sandwich with bacon.

I have been to Einstein Bros Bagels several times before so I just knew that to expect, good food and fast service. The employees were very nice and the food was very average for Einstein Bros. They messed up both of our orders but were quick to fix the mistake. We will return, they have excellent bagel selections and I love the shmears!Update: I am upgrading my review of Einstein Bagels to five stars from the previous rating of four stars because every time we go to Einsteins the management and staff are extremely friendly they always ensure that we have a good visit and the food is top-notch I think everyone in town should go visit this Einstein Bagels
