My previous post is no longer true, Tony has lost his sense of integrity and honesty not only doing damage to my car but several others as I understand, He offers no warranty and when they make mistakes or damage cars they just tell you oh well. Tony and the staff are good people eager to help and go the extra mile. They have helped me from simple exhaust repair to completely installing an engine and all points in between.

Came in with a 2007 Dodge Charger with a oil plug problem. Went to 3 mechanics within the neighborhood gave up easily and told me they couldn’t get the plug off, went to Eddie completely satisfied.Told me the last mechanic stripped my plug (which is the shop Directly across the street from his Do not go there!) He welded a socket on the plug and came right off as easy as 123. I highly recommend the shop you will be a satisfied customer when you leave.

This is hands down the best service center in the city, from oil changes to engine work or brake work. Ive only come here for all my work and everyone I send here says the same. They are professional and reasonable and to top it all off punctual. If you dont come here now you will wish you did later.

Didnt do me any good to pay Auto Shop prices$$$$$. And still have the same problem. What is good about a warranty on something that doesnt fix the original problem

They put a transmission in my car and broke the power steering line and pump making me pay for that but also reminder before I took my car to this shop I had no lights on my dash when leaving my emergency brake light was on along with abs light and traction light they basically refused to fix the problem jus continue to try to get more and more money out of me I spent 900$ trying to fix issue with other shops until I find me a good mechanic all the way out 3 hrs away fix the issue they messed up for 40$ which when they was plugging the connectors back up to transmission which runs all the way back to brakes one was dirty he cleaned it up and car is running like a champ but this shop is horrible they are very money hungry barely cars on the lot because they are horrible keep your eyes opened

Didnt replace all the parts i asked to be replaced at the same time. Took the car in for an alignment where they suggested only to find out the parts they said were fine had to be replaced still in order to do the alignment. Went back and now they admit the unchanged parts need to be changed, but want me to pay more for labor than i paid the first, because they have to remove the parts that they previously installed in order to install the same parts i asked them to install the first time around. This us the second time that theyve done this to me over the years. BAD BUSINESS

Great place!! Very nice understands whats going on I had brought my 07 Passat in cause something was going on with my Rotors the dealer wanted to charger me 125 dollars just to look at it when I already told them what it was. So I brought it here I talked to Laura and she told me to drive it in so they could look, it is ended up just needing the rotors cut and pads cleaned up and it was fine. She didnt even charge me half of what they wanted at the dealer just to look at it. The way I see it I was blessed and very pleased with the work.

It was as simple as fixing a windshield wiper. One was working perfectly, and the other was barely lifting up. My daughter, initially took the car in. Two weeks later, I took the car in for the exact same problem and was assured that that time it was fixed. Yesterday, same thing only worse. While driving in the rain on the highway, the fixed wiper came loose again and locked itself onto the other wiper and both we stuck right in the center of the windshield. Called Value Xpress, and once again was told to bring the car in to fix it for real this time, only now its going to cost more than it did when we first took the car to them. The manager said that they only tightened a loose bolt and hoped that that would fix the problem.My daughter warned me because she reminded me that everytime they fix something, we always have to take it back. While I agreed with her, I figured they could handle something as simple of fixing a windshield wiper. WRONG!

I took my vehicle to Value XPress to have my own new rear brake pads installed. After waiting for 2 hours I was told my car was finished, so I paid about $85.00 for the labor only. I got into my car, drove off. About 4 blks away, my brakes went all the way down to the floor barely stopping the car. I called and told the manager what was going on with my brakes. He said that he did not bleed them enough which was the reason air was in the brake lines. I will never go there again. The manager and mechanics pose a threat to the safety and lives of their customers needing brake service.I WARN THE PUBLIC TO NOT GO TO VALUE XPRESS AUTO REPAIR FOR BRAKES!GO AT YOUR OWN SAFETY RISK!Sincerely,

Horrible experience. My car was worst than when I took it in. He claims he would put my car on his machine and the machine would tell him EXACTLY why my car was cutting off on me. He claims it was an air flow sensor problem, which was put on backwards, as another more experienced mechanic stated. It appears the sensor was not the problem and from speaking with other people, it appears the sensor was a used part, when I was assured it was a new part. He charged me $245 and will not even reimburse half of that amount on my debit card. As soon as I drove off his lot, my car cut off on me twice and continued to cut off on me, making a very loud noise and shaking like crazy! Nothing, but a ripoff!

Went to get a full brake job was charged over 500 bucks. I paid it no problem. When i drive i notied that my rear driver side was smoking and producing residue. I called to notify the mechanic and was told it happens sometimes to drive it around some more and bring it in if it doesnt stop.It stopped after the next day so i was relieved because im a single father and had to take pto just to bring in my truck in the first place and woyld have been hard pressed to find time to bring it in again.A week later i start to notice sqeeling and the brakes making a blavk residue. I bring it in again during my lunch break and he says yeah it happens sometimes yeah fix that right up for you. He tells me the brakes were locking up. Wich i figured... Usually he says what he is going to charge he said nothing... I was under the impression that it would be free becasue they fixing their botched brake job that they did in the first place. I uber and walk back to work and pick up my truck after work.He then goes on to charge me 220$ for one brake that they should have done for free in the first place.I was too danm stressed out and tired from work and my personal life to get into it with this guy.Dont get me wrong he is real friendly.... But so are used car salesman.Ill just never come here again and i would encourage others to do the same after this experience.

I called Value Xpress and explained my issue and I was treated like a second class citizen. The man was very rude and hung up on me. As a woman I dont recommend this place unless a man calls or you will be treated rude too.

They get those cars from the auction. And they do not thoroughly check them. Car was lousy couldnt even get it home
