Cashiers are so rude that I was embarrassed for the man she was talking to. She told him that he can go down the street to another gas station so we did!!!!!! I guess she doesnt care if she makes this company lose money. Didnt get her name but it is Sunday 12/13/2020 @ 6:11pm and I am on 121st and western!! Management might wanna check your cameras!!!!!!!!! Went back in the store to get her name but she wouldnt give it to me!!!

This gas station has to have one of the slowest refill rates of all time. I’m talking 10 min long waits for anything $10 and up!

It never fails, this is one of the best places to get gas. Dont forget to use your Thorntons card for even lower price gas. This is one gas station that I know always has lower gas prices.

BEWARE: If I could rate them zero stars I would. I pulled up to the pump and before I could get out of my car the gas nozzle fell and hit my back door, in which it scraped and put a small dent in it. I went inside to file a complaint. Long story short they denied my claim because they don’t have working cameras and now I have a scrap and dent on my back door !

Whoever that fat black lady with those thin edges and high ponytail at the register, has terrible customer service. I spoke when walking in and spoke at the register, she just looked at me. How are these people employed

I had a rough day. I had been grinding to finish a proposal all week so, I was being lazy and didnt get gas. I was running late to drop off my kids, got to work tripped over my phone charger, broke it and realized I left my wallet at home. By the time I picked up my kids, I was on 6%, my car was on E, the banks were closed and I only had $6 in cash. It was hot and my son asked me for a Icee so, I figured Id go to Thortons and if I could use my phone, Id pay with SamsungPay or use my $6. I was on 5%, so I went to the register, told the cashier to give me 3 Icees and 15$ on gas. My phone was too dead to pay, so I told her to give me the 2 icees for my kids and put the rest, of my $6, on gas ($3.82). I helped my kids with their icees and left. Pumped my gas and only $2.73 of gas was prepaid. So I went back in to say, I barely got gas at least give me all of it. So another cashier pulled up the receipt and said I was charged for 3 icees and I said oh she made a mistake. So the cashier yells over You left out with 3! And when I said I hadnt, she yelled back Im not gonna argue with you. So I told her to come outside and check I only had 2. Long story short she refunded the money and I got my gas, but I am still very upset with the way I was treated and how the situation was handled. If she thought I had 3 when I was leaving, she should have addressed it, in the store, not charge me after I left. I didnt have to be in a confrontational way but, charging me after is confrontational and cowardly. I hadnt stole anything and then didnt even get an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I didnt want to make a bigger deal of it than it is, but it is the principal of respecting your customers and if you make a mistake OWNING UP TO IT. I would have dropped it if she had said, I thought I saw you with 3, but you gonna make me out to be a liar, so now Im a thief and liar but, you dont want to prove me wrong, you dont want to argue, you dont want to apologize but you are wrong. It was a simple mistake that SHE MADE. I wish I had let her call the police and let them review the tape and come to my car and look for this other icee I supposedly had but I didnt want to put my kids through that plus I was exhausted and didnt want to deal with the CPD either over a 99 cents drink. I have been coming to that gas station for years and so has everyone in my family but I will never again or to any Thorton. Im not that hard up for a 99 cent icee or a couple of cents saved on gas. CAN FIND BETTER PRICES AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

Not sure what everyone else is seeing that Im not seeing about this place, but this is by far the worst Thortons Ive ever been to. They have 10 pumps and only 5 of them work. Whats the point of coming to a gas station that you cant even get gas from? Its dirty, their air machine doesnt work and they have people loitering at the entrance. Their cheaper prices dont give them a pass for me. Ive had nothing but good experiences at Thortons gas stations--this one is giving Thortons a bad name.
