The current manager leaves throughout the day when she wants I go to pay my bill or send my daughter and she’s almost never there and the door is locked she has her dad or boyfriend there with her all day, everyday when I asked the other young lady if he works there she said no he just be here for some reason. Other than that she’s fine

I had my rates corrected when Clear Home initially took over Midway Storage and noticed my rates at the time was higher than Clear Home had posted. Normally Im pretty laid back with comments but that didnt last long everything with Clear Home previously MidWay Storage has gone up and there are never any offers or rewards for customers whove been with the company since 2010, 11 years now. Im not to happy to see that the new owners have changed the rates and not apparently for the better. Ive considered letting Midway go but definitely with new owners I have to let them go. They lowered the insurance coverage amount therefore leaving a longtime customer such as myself with the same rate for less coverage. Otherwise it has been a long public storage experience. I have notice mice in the facility and mentioned it to the employee who gave me poison to put down but by then some of my belonging were already damaged. Just sharing info for possible future or current customers

I have been at Midway storage for quite a while. The two young women Lissie and Ashley are both wonderful. They have helped me with getting my things stored in the right size units and the paperwork was done very quickly. I would recommend this facility to everyone, its clean and neat.

I wouldnt ever recommend this business to anyone. We relocated to Georgia, but left our personal items there. We hired a moving truck to pick up and deliver the items. We were informed the owner/manager, Mary Ellen seized our items due to an accident occured a family member. The situation was handled by insurance. She stated they have the right to seize property for any reason they see fit according to her contract. We lost move for the moving truck and they are still holding all of my property. If you need a storage unit read your contract carefully and I wouldnt dare ever ever recommend this business. Very unprofessional.

All of my things was covered in rat poop and urine my boyfriend help me get my stuff out of there l went to the front office to tell the desk clerk the problem all of my things are mess up because Ashley ack me do l have insurance that is what insurance is for l ask her to take some pictures she really didnt want to take pictures Ashley acted like l was bothering her my God all my things are mess there was so much rat poop and urine all over my thing l am starting to see everything around me looks yellow from smelling all if that urine l been with them from 2012 until Friday October 15 2017 sense then l lost my mother in 2013 and my sister 2016 l finally got back on my feet to pick up my belongings and everything was mess chothes shoes my ketchin set bedroom set my living room set everything pictures of my beloved mom and sister all mess up they say warning comes before destruction and that is what happen to everything gone dont rent from this place Midway storage II W 135 pl blue lsland IL,60406 no star .
