We had a great experience at the Verizon Kiosk in Town Center Mall with Oscar and Jason. They spent a great deal of time helping us to choose a new IPhone 12 and a new IPad. We highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed.

The people working here are amazing Josh himself was fantastic. I had a issue that Verizon and Apple couldnt help me for at least a few months. Callled the store and Josh told me to come right in. I was there in 15 min and Josh took me right in . He fixed my problem and more and it took well over and hour of his time. So happy to know he works here and is willing to be such a great help with my cell phone issues. At the end he didnt want to take my money. What a Mensch. I recently just stopped by the Verizon in the boca mall not to long ago. I had this nice gentleman Adam helping me. He was able to show me how to properly use my phone as well as show me how to use my Verizon app an was telling me about possibly upgrading my phone as well as getting my tablet connected to my plan. He was such a delight to deal with an so helpful. I’ll for sure be going back if I need help again to see him!

Would highly recommend visiting this location. My phone was giving me so many issues and headaches, went into this location to get it fixed and Adam helped me get into my old phone and even got me a great deal on a new iPhone. These guys are all great, definitely a satisfied Verizon customer!

Corey Davis at the Town Center Mall location was very helpful and patient with me explaining the operation of my new I-Phone 10. I don’t everything, but I am able to do this much which I couldn’t do before-all thanks to Corey. Corey deserves 5 stars or whatever your highest designation is.

This was our third stop at a Verizon location when we decided to switch from AT&T -prior locations were totally lacking quality service -walking through this mall we stopped at your Verizon kiosk and met this young man Adam STONE we found him to be a consummate professional knowledgeable and very attentive and because of the service we received on the spot we bought two phones Apple 11‘s and switched from AT&T-he deserves to be recognized and offered us support -even as we were leaving if there was anything we needed we could always reach back out to him -something that was greatly appreciated by us- You should really be considered to move up in your company

Alex was an incredible help today when I got my upgrade. He was very patient and was happy to answer any and every question I had. He even printed out an excel spreadsheet to show, in detail, where each number came from. My last experience getting an upgrade was less than satisfactory, so Im very grateful for Alexs help! Great experience purchasing a phone last night for my husband who unfortunately has difficulty using electronic devices due to illness. The sales associate George and his fellow associate (did not get his name) were extremely helpful and couldnt have been more accomodating. Great guys working there!!!

My son who has just started at Lynn University who also has som disabilities phone malfunctioned, I called the store spoke to Adam and he helped my son with the phone issue he totally went above and beyond for our son and gave me all the options prior to making the final decision. Usually dealing with phones, technology etc is a pain but Michael really made it seamless. He was helpful and respectful and I offered to tell his manager what a difference it makes to do business with just nice people. People often complain but rarely give compliments. My phone suddenly broke and I did NOT back up my data on iCloud. Brian at Verizon in Boca Town Center was like a magician and somehow managed to make the old phone work long enough to pull the data from it and get all my contacts and data onto my new phone!!Brian (tech wizard) and Ronald (who sold me the new phone) were both extremely helpful, knowledge and very kind. I highly recommend visiting this Verizon kiosk. Even though it is a kiosk they are an official Verizon store and can do everything if not more than other store locations.

This is the third Verizon store Ive been to for problems with my S9. The previous two told me that I have to find a corporate store. The sales rep here told me that he can handle anything at this location so I proceeded to tell him the problems with my phone. After explaining everything for the third time, the sales rep told me that we are better off buying Samsung phones from Best Buy since Verizon does not have Samsung reps. Verizon sells the phones but cant help you if you have problems with it.

Greg was very helpful describing the different options and plans I could pick. He ended up helping me decide to get the apple 7+. It was a great decision!!!
