Had all windows and a patio door replaced. Nice quality equipment, road noise is eliminated, the security I feel is priceless. Years later, I had multiple major problems. Dan cared, took the time, and to the best of his ability made everything right. I would recommend Dan, he stands behind his workers work. Sometimes problems arise, but what sets companies apart is how they handle bad situations. I haven’t had any major issues since he came back out beginning of the year.

In my opinion it almost felt that this company prefers that women have their man present to provide information and a quote. Also, my perspective, they may prefer to deal with people who are more affluent. People who are not necessarily looking for an honest company to provide a quality product to fit their needs and budget but people who have the means to buy all the extra bells and whistles. Want an affordable, functional, good product rather than the high endby a hard working honest company? Take a deep breath because they seem to be hard to find. Something I always try to live by is, never forget where you came from and treat all people of different walks of life with respect.

The team was outstanding. From start to finish and in between they were courteous and professional. Everything was covered to insure minimal dust on the furniture. My son came over to audit their work and highly approved of the teams craftsmanship. My son is extremely picky so I know the Experts did a great job. Thank you Window Experts! From the moment I made the first phone call I was thrilled with the personalization of this local business. Annette was so patient with every question I had and Dan was so detail-oriented that the installation was flawless. The inspector told me it was perfect. We had a garage door, 4 windows and a shutter installed. We are thrilled with every aspect of our experience.

Bought windows from them in 2011, now 10 years later we have our first issue with 1 of 15 windows we purchased. Called the office and they were super supportave and setup for tech to come out the next day.Next day Dan shows up and fixed the window by replacing parts with no questions asked. I purchased impact windows from Window Experts, I had the pleasure of communicating with Annette who was fantastic, there was a delay with the windows due to Covid-19 but Annette kept me posted every step of the way thru getting approval from my HOA, to order and delay to installation.This company excellence far outweighed my expectations, the crew was very professional, respected my furniture and belonging made sure they covered all of it that would be affected, they were very clean and neat about the job, cleaned everything they were fantastic and would highly recommend Window Experts to anyone looking for impact or just window replacements.Even my inspection was very easy . I have gotten many compliments from neighbors about the windows and what a great job they did installing them, I am very pleased.

Had our windows done during COVID-19. What better way to pass the time!! LOL They were in & out in 1 day. The job was done 100% to our satisfaction. The workers were quick, organized, they cleaned up, swept up, not a spec of dust was left!! I was pleasantly surprised!! NOW I cant hear all the lawn maintenance crew mowing & edging @ 8am, plus my electric bill has dropped by almost $20 each month. (not kidding) Great company, professional crew!! I met Daniel at the West Palm Beach Home Show in 2018. His presentation was much like every other impact/storm window & door dealer at the show (all 200 of them) but what stood out was his products. Florida Window Experts uses a product made in North Carolina by a company that has been making high efficiency windows for over 30 years while the window company has been in business for over 70 years. The Window Experts will sell made in South Florida products, however, after researching the manufacturing from each line of products I am very satisfied with the NC product I choose for my project. The cost was competitive, and the installation was a straightforward. Dont confuse installation with preparation and aftermath because the before and after were stressful, however, the day of installation was not as stressful as I had anticipated. The Window Experts Installation crew was punctual and professional. The team worked like a machine. From beginning to end, they were meticulous in detail and minimal dust contamination. They built visqueen walls within each window to minimize the construction debris. Even the inevitable structural breakage that happens with every renovation project was handled timely and professionally. The Window Experts Installation Crew has materials on-hand to repair most every contingency. They were a pleasure to work with and I am pleased with the results of my project. My advice to anyone renovating their windows in South Florida is to check out The Window Experts and research the products they offer against all those other Built in Florida window companies. I challenge you to find another company who will replace the entire damaged window without reglazing onsite.

These guys are GREAT! I had windows installed in October and I wanted to wait a few months to make sure everything settled in and there were no issues or surprises before I gave an honest review. I searched for months to find a quality company at a reasonable price to do hurricane impact windows for my house. THE WINDOW EXPERTS DID NOT DISAPPOINT! They don’t do high pressure sales, they have quality window and door options, and the team did 11 doors and windows in two days with minimal interruption in my life. The installers were like quiet, clean, ninjas----in and out and it was done perfectly!! They checked in with me every step of the way and kept me informed without delay when I had questions/concerns. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!! I don’t know them and have no ties to them---I found them by looking at these reviews and I’m glad I did. DEFINETLY RECOMMEND them!! THANKS AGAIN!

It’s been about a year since I’ve had my windows installed and I have been enjoying them. I have double hung so they are extremely easy to clean. I bought my house in 2016, they did all the windows in the home. I recently had a window replaced, I called and they did everything that needed to be done for the warranty. As soon as the new window came in it was brought to my home and installed in less than 10 min. Great people, awesome service. VERY HAPPY with this company.

Our windows were installed without minimally upsetting our life. Since having the windows installed our electric bill has gone down substantially and during cold spells our home maintained its warmth with no assist from heating. Having the windows installed gives us the privilege to go on vacation without worrying about hurricanes and having to put up hurricane shutters. Follow-up from the company was made to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new windows.

My husband scheduled a whole house window measure and quote. The duo arrived at the arranged time (hence the one star). Upon entering the home. I was immediately asked where my husband was. It was explained to me that I would not be able to make such a decision without him (really?!?!?). They wanted to reschedule their demo and measure due to his absence. I took it in stride and explained to them that although he may have scheduled the meeting for that day, we both travel for work, and the possibility of catching us both present at the same time would be nearly impossible, and although they might not believe so, I was completely capable of making decisions relating to the maintenance of our property. When they insisted upon leaving and rescheduling, it was explained to them that our time is valuable, and should they decide to leave, not only would we not allow them to come back, but not consider their services. Reluctantly, they stayed, provided me with their demo, took measurements, and informed me that they would be contacting us within about a week with a quote and options. I have an open mind, and was able to overlook their attitude. The remainder of the consultation experience was fine, and they took into consideration our interests, but it has now been weeks - no calls, no e-mails... at this point we are no longer interested in the services this company has to offer. My husband was ready to write them off as soon as he heard what happened, but they did offer a nice product, and I was willing to see what they could do. I understand the mentality, and am able to get beyond it, but what happened was unacceptable, and their lack of follow-up has convinced me to write this review. No one deserves to be treated the way I was. I am a 38 year old female, with four children, and a career. My husband respects my decisions, and I his. They may, very well, do amazing work when it comes to install, but we will never know, and at this point, wont give them the opportunity to show us. I hope that no one else has the same experience.

We hired the Window Experts to replace all of our doors and windows. They were fast, professional, and the end result was far better than I anticipated considering how much there was. I was expecting to have to repair stucco and have to repaint around all the windows but after everything was done there was only minimal touch up required to the paint and of course painting the front door. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows & doors.

I just had the Window Experts install hurricane impact windows in my condo. Annette handled my HOA. April ordered me beautiful windows and Dan handled all the details of windows and installation. Their crew are top notch, they were very respectful of my home and the work they did was so clean. They recut and installed new wood frames. The selection that Mike and Dan have can accommodate any home. I went to all the home show’s and talked to other companies. The other companies I thought that I was talking to car salesman.
