They are a superb team. They serviced my hearing aids.But even better they were able to reset a 5 year old pair of hearing aids for my wife to see if she wants to wear hearing aids. And they are not out to just sell you a new pair of hearing aids. A super competent place.

I have gone to West Boca Hearing Center three times.Each time my hearing aides needed repair.I also had wax removed from my ears.I tried to pay for the repairs and wax removal and was told no charge.I had purchased hearing aides from another doctor.They did not fit in my ears properly.They sent them out for me and had them reshaped so they would not fall out of my ears anymore.Again, no charge.More importantly is the entire staff.It is very challenging to try and talk to people with severe hearing loss.Some of the patients are extreme seniors.The doctors and the staff are so warm and sensitive to the situation.

I brought my mom here and within seconds of entering the office I knew it my moms life was getting ready to change for the best. She already had hearing aids but another location did such a poor job at setting them up that my mom wouldn’t even wear them. The staff here reassured my mom, reprogrammed the aids and even tears were shed once she started hearing. The staff here are true heroes!!

Angelo always so considerate and knowledgeable too.. Great staff and let me also say that they really find exactly what is necessary to help you hear clearly.. Would highly recommend this company. They are more than a 5 Star!!!

I came in to visit Angelo and Craig today to get my ears cleaned and I cannot say enough good things about my time there. The office staff was so kind and made my visit not only comfortable, but safe, as masks were worn my entire visit and contact with other patients did not occur. My actual appointment was terrific as well! They made sure I was comfortable and we had great conversations! I was in and out in under 30 minutes and I definitely will be coming back for another ear cleaning in the future! I recommend anybody, any age to visit this office for your ear needs :)

This is Dr. Kenny Levine. I got my first pair of hearing aids 9 years ago from Angelo’s dad Perry. It made an incredible difference for me.Over the years Angelo had tried to get me to change to a “newer and much improved hearing aid.” I did not want to change. He then gave me an analogy comparing my old aids to an older car. He said that since I drive a fancy and powerful car I should have hearing aids that matched the technology of my car.That did it for me! I just got my new and improved hearing aids.They are better than I expected. All the new technology which I said that I didn’t need....I now love it! It is nice to get what you expect, but it is even better when you get much more than you anticipated.Angelo and Craig are very helpful and their expertise is first rate!

Wonderful service! Above and beyond! I had never been a customer and went there with a broken hearing aid that was over 5 years old, wasnt purchased from them and was well out of warranty. Angelo had the part I needed and not only repaired the hearing aid while I waited, he did not charge me for the repair. Allison also kindly cleaned my other hearing aid and replaced the battery, again free of charge. My hearing aid was smashed and I went to West Boca Hearing Center to get it replaced. I met with Craig Drucker and Angelo Giordanelli and explained my situation. They tested my hearing, and after the result of the test sat down with me and patiently explained their findings. I told them what my specific needs were and based on my results, and needs, they recommended certain hearing aids. They did not rush me to make a decision.I went home, did some research, and met with them the following day. I had a lot more questions after doing the research and again, they patiently answered all of my questions and we reached a consensus on the type of hearing aids I should purchase.I was fitted with them today, and have a follow-up appointment to review if the hearing aids needs any adjustment.Craig and Angelo are up to date on the ever changing technology of hearing aids and it is lights years away from what they used to be. I highly recommend using their services. Yes, Costco might be cheaper with certain brands but you will not get the intensive follow-up that West Boca provides. For me, that is the major difference.

What a find! My mothers hearing aids were serviced the very next day after they stopped working even thought they werent purchased here. Later in the week we met with Angelo who adjusted the hearing aids to Moms ears. Angelo was knowledgable, professional, and very kind to my elderly Mom. Everyone at West Boca Hearing is like family and from my very first visit such warmth and caring for me. Just recently I got new hearing aids and took my further son-in-law who I suspected had a significant hearing loss with me on my visit. He has no insurance and is out of work because of the pandemic. I asked Angelo if he could be seen and use my old hearing aids if in fact he needed them. Not only did Angelo see him and do a full hearing evaluation he found that there was a severe hearing loss that this poor grown man had for many many years. I recently moved to Boca from the DC Area and had my first visit at West Boca Hearing Center with Angelo. I am so thrilled that I found this place. Angelo saw me right away. He was very nice and super helpful. Within 10 minutes he totally revamped my hearing aids and they work as good as new now. They did all this with no charge even though I did not buy the hearing aids from them. I highly recommend them. They care about their customers and provide excellent customer service.

I had a truly positive experience here last week. My hearing dome,(bud), was lodged in my ear canal and I couldnt remove it. In the morning I was quickly seen by Angelo who removed it successfully. The office was clean, and each person waited outside to be called in. The chair had already been sanitized . And then he cleaned my aids and changed its wires to fit . Perfect !!. I bought my Thrive hearing aids from a place in Palm Beach Gardens that could not satisfactorily show me how to use them. I also went to another well-known place unsuccessfully. Thank goodness I called Starkey who gave me contact information for the West Boca Hearing Center in Boca Raton. After being frustrated for many months they had me taken care of in less than an hour.

It was my first time there very welcoming they do thing that most places dont do. I will go back and I also would recommend them to anyone. Try them you will be surprised. Chris

My dad (84) has needed hearing aids for years but refused to admit it. When my parents finally moved down to Fla. late last year, I forced the issue and brought him to West Boca Hearing Center. Craig and Angelo were awesome! They fitted my dad with the perfect pair of hearing aids-- easy to use, rechargeable, and virtually invisible. My dads life has been forever changed! He is more engaged, more active, much more alert, and so much happier. My only regret is that I didnt do this for my dad 10 years ago! Went to see them for a hearing test. Wanted to see if I could get musician ear plugs that would not diminish the sound of live music. Two other places would have sold them to me without blinking an eye for hundreds of dollars. When meeting with Angelo Giordanelli he was so nice, thorough and honest. He told me exactly what to do that would cost me just a few dollars. He took his time to explain everything .I would highly recommend West Boca Hearing Center for you or your family.

This medical center truly deserves much more than 5 stars. Both doctors are wonderful. Dr. Drucker and Dr. Giordanelli are not only wonderful doctors, but also wonderful human beings who truly care about their patients. They are selfless and go out of their way to do what is best for the patient. I brought my father for help with his hearing and the kindness and thoughtfulness exhibited by the doctors in treating him were much more than we could have expected. The front desk lovely woman is also kind and wonderful to deal with in every way. The staff and both doctors are top notch. I found them five years ago when I first came to Boca Raton and had problems with my hearing aids that I got in NJ. It turned out to be a lucky choice on my part. Since then I have been to see them quarterly for checkups and gotten a new set of aids. You get what you pay for and with them you get a lot!
