I have one tile I needed trimmed to fit on top of a rolling trolley. All I needed was 2 inches trimmed off of any side. I was asked many irrelevant questions. I could tell the guy didnt want to work. He asked me if it was OK if the edge was JAGGED. I said no it is not OK. What type of tile company cannot cut a piece of tile to be smooth on the edge? Obviously, an unprofessional one. They may have a lovely show room but if they cant cut tile, they are a joke. I will be taking my money and business elsewhere.
