Brian, the manager, is great. I went in for two repairs to my iPhone. He resolved one of the issues right away and then replaced my battery. While I was there, I also had my car key fob reprogrammed/replaced and I bought a battery I needed for my garage. This store has ton of great products from car batteries to electronic batteries to sump pump batteries plus lighting replacement etc. I almost forgot to mention marine batteries. If you own a business, you can open a commercial account with them and have parts shipped right to your business. I found this out by asking. I highly recommend this location.

Stopped in as my phone screen was cracked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Associate Colin was very pleasant and professional. He was able to get my phone fixed quickly and explained it wasnt the screen but the plastic coating that was damaged. I was blown away by how courteous and professional he was!!! Incredible customer service!!!! Something thats rare and hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend this store for your electronic needs.

I went in to get my cracked phone fixed and the service was amazing. They fixed my phone so fast and the staff was super kind and helpful.

Looked up my battery needs online. Registered on the site. Ordered my battery. Received an email letting me know my battery was ready for pickup. Went to the store and the associate made sure it was the correct battery and installed it in my key fob.

Dropped my iPhone 11 while walking my dog. The screen was so bad I thought it was beyond repair, thankfully they worked their magic and fixed it within an hour! Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend!

The people that work in this place are absolutely fantastic. They are customer orientated, very friendly, and willing to help you any chance they get. I enjoy just going in there shopping around to talk to them. That is how pleasant the employees are at this place. I have purchased computer laptop batteries, flashlight batteries, and they even replace the batteries on my watch. Never up selling either.

Had the correct batteries for two of my cars at a very reasonable price. Place the order online and got notified it was ready for pickup in about 20 minutes. Brian, Brandon, and their Sales Associates are all very knowledgeable and customer supportive to sell better than expected batteries and other products they offer. Their Service Representative Colin overwhelmed me with his technical knowledge well enough to easily make the decision for B+ to repair my iPhone!!

My cashier and repair tech were very amazing. I called ahead he advised me of the appointment process and encouraged a time when two people would be available. The guys were fantastic, knowledgeable about the battery I was looking for including giving multiple options for what I needed. They were professional and really fast. They soldered the old connectors to the new batteries. The wiring was done neatly. Overall very impressed with my experience.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Ended up taking my care battery to autozone where they tested and said it was fine and I actually didn’t have to buy a new one (was an alternator issue). Will never go here again. Unbelievable.

You had what I needed in your inventory, but I had curbside pick up. I called and was place on hold I saw a couple walk into the store after I already had called and was placed on hold. It was 15 minutes on hold, I had walked into the store and the couple was having a battery put into his watch. My call should of been answered before waiting on the couple. I could of been asked to come in.

If I could give more than 5 stars Ill do.This is my experience today with them.My Samsung tab was frozen, I took it to another store and they said I have to pay $140 to replace the battery and may or not it works. When I visited batteries plus, they tried everything for an hour. When nothing worked they didnt charge me anything and advise me to connect it with the computer may its software problem. And I did, its work now... Thank you Batteries plus team for your help and honest.

I ordered a cellphone battery online, for store pick up. A short time later I got a phone call from an employee telling me the battery I ordered would not be available for a few days, then he asked if I wanted a different yet compatible battery which he had in stock. I agreed to that and when I went to get the new battery both employees were polite and knowledgeable. II would definitely go back to that store again.

I went in because the location was convenient. The price was really good, then the store manager, Brian, offered to help me get the bulbs installed. This was a big help on a cold day. This is the place to shop for this stuff.

I needed a special battery last year and they said they can order it and it would be in by the end of the week. That didnt happen. It took 3 weeks to get because the order got lost. Then it got sent to the wrong place. Then it the warehouse ran out. I went back and forth too many times.Fast Forward to last month. I needed another battery and I was reluctant to go through Batteries Plus again but I gave them a second chance and went ahead with it. BIG MISTAKE!!! I got the same excuses from being lost to having to get it from somewhere else so on and so on. I got tired of waiting and just bought it off Amazon where it was cheaper and got to me in two days. When the store finally called and told me the battery was in I picked it up and it was the IDENTICAL battery that I just got from Amazon. Complete with the same packaging and barcode. This is a dishonest business practice and I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau. The manager is a liar and is ripping people off. BEWARE!

Great service from Brian. I went to purchase a new adapter for a device that was not working. Brian tested the adapter and showed me it was in fact working. He didnt sell me anything because I didnt need it. I went back for replacement batteries to my cordless phones and set me up. $40 for new batteries instead of $120 for similar new home phones. (I know, OMG!! I still have a home phone) Thanks Brian!!

Great Guys !!!! I got a car battery from them. Ben came outside to install it for me. They have no covered area to work in and it was wanting to rain/snow and blow, that evening. Ben didnt care and did a great job for me. The metal brace that goes across to top to stabilize it was giving a problem to reconnect. Bens co-worker came out to offer assistance and together they got the metal posts in where they belong. I feel confident and safe with the product and the installation. If the company does not have a car stall space for them to work in, they should supply gloves, coats and hats since they guys tell me they install outside in all weather. I personally stood out there shielding them with my big umbrella. I will be a return customer !

The staff is nice and helpful, but it did take me more than 3 trips until they had the battery I needed in stock.

The store has good inventory, and the folks there are very helpful. But egad! Those replacement batteries for a UPS are really, really expensive.

Went in thinking it would take days to have my phone screen replace but the nice peoples working there, especially Brandon, were able to fix it in less than 10 mins!

Customer service was fantastic at the Bolingbrook location. The representative was very friendly, helpful and honest. This will be my go to location for sure. Highly recommended.
