Years back this 7-Eleven was an outstanding location the owners kept it well stoxked and very clean. They moved on to other ventures and the store became a corporate store while the store was still well stocked and clean the service took a tank and they would never let anyone use the washroom since then the store has been purchased by a new owner everything is just completely gone down theyre always out of things the stores constantly dirty they reheat the food from the day before or leave it on past the point of expiration the service is rude they leave stock items out in the aisles of the store it just really sucks because this location is really convenient for me to go to but I wont be going back there anymore

Its always nice to walk in to 7 eleven for nice cup of coffee.

Never disappointed stoppin in this location. Staff has always been friendly, seen a few come & go but never had a bad experience. Only thing that would be a bummer now & again is the cooler would tend to need stocking, but Ive always appreciated the customer service while coming through here for years.

Very disappointed, cashiers take long on taking people.

Was at this location and got $20.00 worth of gas but was charged a pending transaction fee of $166.00! After days past Im still waiting to get it back! Definitely wouldnt recommend this location!

Great staff!

I went there to buy lottery tickets out of the machine. The tickets got stuck in the machine and the attendant told me there was nothing he can do about it. His manager was not on duty so I asked him to call her. He goes on to explain to me that she loves 45 minutes away so calling wouldnt resolve the problem. I would never visit this place again. Customer service is terrible.

Terrible store. They give you food in ripped bags so it falls all over the floor. Wont be returning. Waste of time and money

I am so amazed by the kindness of Vince for finding my iPhone that I had accidentally left in the store and for diligently calling the numbers that were calling my lost phone to try to get ahold of me.Vince is an exemplary employee and human being who restored my faith in humanity. When I returned to the store to retrieve my phone, he was so friendly and kind and made it seem like it was no big deal for the beyond-nice deed that he had done.THANK YOU VINCE!! You exceeded my expectations as an employee and person!

Zero customer service at this place. It obviously is displayed at the very top of this business. I asked for a manger to share my experience with and the representative stated that the owner was in at the time. I asked to speak with him and the representative came back out and stated that the owner wanted to know why I wanted to speak with him prior to coming out. I just apologized for interrupting his day and left without making any purchases. I will not be returning to this location.

New owner as of about a month ago. Like the other reviewer said, when it wasnt owned and was run by corporate it fell apart. The new owner is there every time I have been there and he is clearly bringing back the high expectations. Im so happy, as it is so convenient for me!

This place has an odd policy that does not allow more than one or 2 students in the building. It just makes it seem a little ghetto and like you might get robbed or something. Coming from early 90s aurora they didnt even have policies like this in place back then. Put some more cameras in and stop the ghetto policy for 5 stars.

Things sure have changed for the worst since they sold back to corporate. Yesterday I was there for a quick snack, the cashier was more concerned about getting the co-worker to replace him at the counter so he could go outside and talk with a friend. Lots of kids hanging out both inside and outside the store.Wont be back, which is too bad, Ive been going there since my kids were small for the past 15+ years : (

Costumer service is ok, BATHROOM STILL BROKE FOR MONTHS, if youre coming from far and need to used the bathroom while youre purchading gas, coffe/ snacks/cold beverages....Unbelibable. They spect you to shop there but they DONT HAVE A BATHROOM AVAILABLE.THE TAQUITOS ARE 2 FOR $1.69 AT GAS STATION on Schmidt and Boughton. Bolingbrook.

Customer Rest room is out of order and they are not fixing it and I wont be visiting again ....as a good customer I fill full tank of gas 1st then I went inside to pass urine no facilities bad experience

I went In to get 20 oz diet Dr pepper and there was a coupon on the fridge door for dollar off if you buy Snickers with it. Cashier said coupon expired and I couldnt take part of deal. I tried to reason with her and she laughed at me, then I said customer is always right and she smirked at me and went about her business. NOT THE WAY TO TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER EVEN WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR WAY TO DO BUSINESS. ....

Just your average 7-Eleven; this one does NOT sell beer, wine or liquor (as of 12/09/2015). Gas prices are competitive with other local gas stations.

They disregard regular customers, and will have you wait longer will 2 employees stand around. Waste of time. Get gas on rte 53 just east of there

Customer service is off da chain.

People there are rude, unsanitary, and have no sense of customer service. I used to work there and I was the only one who cleaned the coffee pots and machines on top of the slurpee and big gulp machines and since I quit they havent cleaned em theres legitimately moldy in all of those places, they turn off the freezer sometimes to stock it and i got spoiled milk from them without a refund, they wont let you use their phones, they keep the same hot food from 6am up until 11pm and when serving dont use gloves. I can go on but honestly had no hard feelings when I quit but as a customer best of luck

Coffee is always cold at night. and the guy at front does not value the offers said at the aisle
