When it to the gas station today to do a $20 transaction looked on my account they took an extra $57 and refused to do anything about it. Be careful with this gas station they clearly say something was wrong with the system so why they won’t hold up to the error is beyond me.there was no option to respond to the reply from shell so I need to add to this one. The situation I am describing is not a bank practice at all. I have called the store twice to speak to a manager and visited once to get this resolve and am reaching dead ends. on Nov 1st approximately 4:20 I came to the gas station to get gas, at pump #14 I submitted my card ready to pump gas and received a message wait please, after some time I hit cancel, proceeded to another pump and went into the store. The clerk stated the system with the pumps were not functioning and ask customers to purchase gas inside. I informed him that I was just at pump #14 and asked him before doing the transaction at pump #6 with if pump #14 was clear of my card info? He said yes. Well I have been charged $20 for pump #6 and $57 for pump #14. Someone else filled up on my card. He did not clear the pump as he stated.

You cannot pay at the pump and have to go inside which always has one person working with long lines. The pumps haven’t had the payment work in months and they haven’t done anything to fix it.

Went today to fill up. Still had 1/4 tank left. My car has an 18 gallon tank. So I should be refilling for around 13.5 Gallons. I didnt notice at first but after it got over 14 then 15 gallons I noticed that there was no liquid noises so I manually stopped it. The pump I went to has no out of order cover over it. Beware of faulty pumps. Cause it keeps ticking even tho it stopped without that audible click.

I have been going to this gas station for over 20 years. It’s one of my neighborhood gas stations. Today I had an Employee by the name of Bell attempt to argue with me over a ice cream machine!! She told me that I cannot pull the lever down to dispense my ice cream in my bowl. Then she goes on to tell me that I filled my bowl up and that I have 3 bowls worth in 1 bowl. (That doesn’t even make sense). She was very rude and misinformed! Her own employee even agreed with me, that I was using the machine correctly. I think Bell should try and learn about her own equipment before she try’s to pick arguments over ice cream with customers.

Facility is built and equipped very well.This station falls short in customer service and my experience is that employees are not paying attention to customers and busy talking to each other on many occasions.Unprofessional and not a good customer experience.

Everything is very well The only flaw the Arab who attends there is the worst person they have put, they should take it out or something like that, poor service.

They dont let you use the restroom at night. I go to this gas station a lot because is rightBy my house and everytime I go at around 9 pm they havent closed and I ask the workers the I need to use the restroom and they always say there are closed for the night
