I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes.Just bought a house down the street. I’m 33. I have a Id but it is still expired due to covid. But the Illinois Secretary Of State says that all Id’s that expired between January 2020 and December 2021 are still valid until January 2022. She refuses to sell them to me and follows me around the store like I’m a juvenile or something. Older white lady. By law, it is still valid. And also refused my friend his cigarettes simply because I was with him. Which he had a valid and non expired id

6:20 AM the store is not open but I guess if you know somebody they’ll let you in

Their snacks are ok, workers are friendly. Some cigarette prices are high.

Stopped here real quick to get some gas. Filled up the tank fast. And was on my way. The gas station was clean on the outside however I didnt make my way inside.

One clerk named John was very nice. The other one, whose name I didnt catch, was very rude. She was an older lady with a bad attitude. Give John a raise for having to work with that lady.

They turn off your pump when you wait inside your car even with the engine off!

I was just in here and left waited in line for a good 8 minutes wasnt even taken care of yet so i left. Other people left as well. The staff is so slow. I walked in to a line of about 6 people and didnt make it to the counter before i left.

I called because I was in a rush and only had a couple seconds to make a stop. Of course I planned on buying something when I went inside after I used the bathroom. I called to see if they had a bathroom so I’d know if I should stop there or somewhere else. The manager was rude, and hung up because I asked about a bathroom. She acted as if I offended her and stated “this is a gas station” as if some gas stations don’t have bathrooms. I’d honestly rather hold it for three more hours than use this establishment. This would have been my first time using Meijer’s anything and I’d rather stay away from this brand if they hire people like her. If you have kids who need to use the bathroom, I’d suggest staying clear from this brand and just finding the nearest McDonalds. I wonder if I would have actually went inside and asked would she have used profanity. Wouldn’t put it past someone who slams a work phone instead of answering a simple yes or no question.

Always something in there. Either registers dont work, or employees walking around without even noticing you are in line.Horrible service. Just lazy.

The manager is very rude I think her name is Kabisa, I dont know how they hire rude manager with very bad customer service.
