There is always something new at Costco. Whether its an outside contract brand or their own, I always look to try something new.Today I purchased the Chicken Yakitori that is made in their own deli department. We followed the cooking directions at home, and within 10 minutes had a delicious 😋 lunch for the family.The store was clean as expected and they had plenty of employees helping to check out for a fast exit.As usual, Costco holds up to its high standards!

Great store! Very clean and well stocked. They also have 3 pumps per lane at the gas station. Moves the line very quickly.

Took over an hour and a half to unload 19 pallets. Had to wait inside and listen to their forklift beep the entire time. Stopped to do a different truck and kept getting distracted working on other projects. I know the guy was kind of new with a forklift, but there are better ways to get a driver to not drive off if youre going to take that long than having them sit inside watching you.

This review is directly for the store manager Mike. I was having a bad experience with a faulty product, Mike walked us through store policy, as we missed our return window by 2 weeks. He had us call the try working with Costco concierge, and when that didn’t work he tried calling them himself and saw the run around we were given, and then went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and felt valued. After taking to a different management member, I was about to cancel my membership on the spot. But Mike turned that around with great customer service that was very much appreciated. Thanks Mike! 🤘

A typical warehouse store lots of people buy lotsof things. The greeter was surprised when i didnt get a cart but I told him i could carry two bottles of there american vodka which by the way is a great deal and a great vodka

Like any retailer, you need to shop the store for the best deals. For this last trip, I went specifically for paper towels, toilet paper. Limit 1 per family, not happy about that, but still spent over $300 on stuff at the store. Many other items were good buys, food, clothing and meds.

Nice store. Pretty standard as far as Costcos go, but this one in particular just feels like they paid that extra bit of attention to where to place items to make it the must convenient. I liked that there is ample parking, and plenty of other stores nearby to make the whole overwhelming shopping experience worthwhile.

Weve been members of Costco ever since Sams Club left the area. We couldnt be more happy to have this store nearby. The prices are great and the employees have always been nothing but helpful and friendly! Thank you to the store and the management for making it a nice experience every time we shop!

Specifically for the pharmacy department. Called ahead to check if my prescription was available to be filled and the lady on the phone confirmed they did have my medication - I needed 3 boxes. Came to the Costco and lady only gave me one box at first and then I asked her to fill my prescription of 3 boxed, as they confirmed & as the doctor ordered, and she then gave me another box. She was not nice and rude and I only got 2 of my 3 boxes I need - even though they confirmed over the phone. Not happy with the service at all specially since this is someones medication. Not coming back.

Man did you guys know they have a caramel tree leches cake in this Costco. Oh man sooo tasty

Great daily deals and some other seasonal offers not to mention gas price being always on the lower end. Costco is great but what is wrong with the people who shop at Costco... Since the pandemic hit people angry shop now. I was hit with a cart twice today. People block you, no one moves their cart out of the way even if you say excuse me, and forget about staying 6 feet away from anyone they literally crowd you. I hate shopping anymore! Good thing we only shop Costco once a month and do pick up at Sams or Walmart once a week. Because if I had to shop Costco once a week I would cancel my membership. Ugh!

What more can I say about Costco? This is absolutely my favorite place to shop. I have been shopping here since 2011. They have the absolute best return policy in the world. Their staff is usually very friendly and helpful. The array of items that they have in stock keeps me coming back week after week. I often go in the middle of the week just to see what they are carrying new. What I also like about Costco is that they take care of their employees very well. Ive heard nothing but great thing from the staff and the people who serve the samples. A client of mine has a family member who does this and is very happy with their job of serving samples. I also heard that they are very selective when it comes to choosing which products they put on their shelves. Speaking of their products, they carry most of the products that I would normally buy at a grocery store that are organic and hard to find. So to be able to find these items at Costco in bulk is major for me. Whenever people coming to my house and they asked me where I bought something from 95% of the time my response is Costco. From food to household items and appliances, Costco is my first choice. I think the only thing I have not bought from Costco is furniture. But I have been tempted to. I go to the Naperville, Orland Park, Bolingbrook, Lombard/Oakbrook. It just depends on where I am. Ive even visited the Schererville store. There arent too many companies in this country that really care about their customers and their employees as much as Costco seems to. I hope they are around for generations to come. I know this sounds like a paid review but its not. I am a real customer that just appreciate the value that Costco gives. Maybe other companies will wise up someday and learn from Costco business model. You cannot give a great customer service experience without making employees happy first. By the way I do not work for Costco and have never applied for a job there. I am a person that appreciates great customer service.

I didnt have the best experience on my first visit to this store. Upon entering I showed the person at the door my card as always but I was immediately stopped and questioned.Im a teenager and am frequently sent to the store by my parents to buy things for them. I dont know why I was stopped because I showed my card like normal, it was likely the man was suspicious simply because of my age which I find highly unacceptable!My moms name was on the card and the man asked why I was there, I told him, although I realize that was not an appropriate question for an employee to ask and I did not need to answer.He called his manager over, and the manager saw no problem and let me into the store.In short, I find it incredibly unacceptable that I was under suspicion, stopped and questioned simply because of my age. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Terrible service. About 10 minutes before closing a stockboy told us we need to stop shopping and go to checkout. At checkout there was no greeting rather the cashier was more worried about the mask covering my entire face. She was extremely rude and had absolutely no reason to be interacting with customers. Ive been shopping at the oak brook location and was never treated this way. The general manager needs to get his employees under control and train them. Your customers choose to do business with you and at least treat them well. Will not ever go there again!

Shopping ok, but out of the items we came for.

Bought an 85inch Sony TV. Danny was very knowledgeable and helpful. Convinced me to buy the perfect TV for me. Came out to measure SUV to make sure it would fit in vehicle, and help load it in too. Thanks!

Really love the Bolingbrook Costco- less busy then Naperville. Only annoying thing is falling in love with a product they either stopped carrying or ran out (Haloumi, and Buffalo Ranch.....please bring them back!!!)

Costco is a very dangerous store. Be prepared to go in with your shopping list and just throw it out. Costco has almost anything and everything you need, almost. I have deducted 1 star because I feel Costco has willingly overlooked people who are either big and tall or plus size when comes to the selection of clothes. But other than that Costco is a great store and get the Costco Visa it is worth it, if you have a family

Staff is conscientious and friendly, sanitizing often. Super crowded, I hate trying to find what I need when its that crowded, because most other customers just are inconsiderate, clothes & pjs are taken apart and a mess and only xs & small sizes in stock. I easily found the gloves that I really wanted - for a good price - and picked up a few more things, but not as many as I might have if I hadnt been frustrated. Its been a while since Ive been to Costco, so for my next visit, Im going to try to find a less crowded time to go! The employees get 5+ stars, I rated 4 due to the customers and how some things were just a mess. Im sure part of it is due to the holidays.

Its the Friday before memorial day so of course its busy but there was no wait at the register. It was around 3pm that I was leaving and I went knowing what I needed to get and look at so ultimately it didnt take me too long.

How can you not love Costco! Great prices and selection. The only downfall is limited quantities based on the special-but thats normal in discount-type stores. Pharmacy, optometrist and photo are ALL great! We earn a nice check at years end to pay for next membership fee. And its just the two of us!

First time visiting this Costco which is conveniently located by our daughter. We live in Arizona. I wasnt surprised with the packed parking lot but knew that there would be plenty of space to accommodate everyone without feeling crowded. Everything was basically what Im use to but this Costco had some items that I hadnt seen before. Maybe my Costco will have them too when we return to Arizona. I was pleasantly surprised that the check out lines were so short considering the amount of people there. As I have found at every Costco that I have shopped at the employees were both extremely helpful and pleasant. A must shopping experience.

This place is poorly ran. The food is old the lettuce is almost always a day from old. Today a man named Albert singled out our family and told us that we can’t come into the store with anyone else besides one person. It was us and three kids. As we walked in several other families walked in with there families but only we were singled out. The man proceeded to follow us though the store so we just left. Plainfield had better quality food, cheaper gas, and better customer service skills.

Has everything I was looking for and more.

Im here every other week and always like the browse all the new stuff they have. Never any long lines or problems here.

Great service and prices

This Costco has a better selection than other Costco’s I’ve been to in the area, and it’s less congested. The reason I’ve knocked it down 3 stars is because you really need to check your receipt before leaving the store. It’s happened to me twice now where I buy one of the item but the receipt shows 3 scans of it and only one void. The person at the exit who checks the receipt did not say anything either time, or the time it happened to my mom. Last time it was ziploc bags, this time it was corn dogs. These were both about $14 so it adds up. This last time I noticed it after we got in the car so I went right back. The store closes at 8:30, it was 8:34 and the man refused to let me in to go to the service desk that was still staffed and didn’t have a line to fix a problem they created for a second time. The same thing happened to my mother but she was able to get her money back for the additional charge. The worst part about it was this was our favorite Costco and we convinced some of our friends to start coming here.

The selection is great, and its basically like every other Costco, but the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the layout inside is kind of a mess. Every other Costco Ive been to has the same layout. This one seems to be spread out all over the place.Other than that this Costco is great and cutting edge since they have self checkout, and a contactless food kiosk.This will definitely be our Costco.

Bolingbrook costco has the worst customer service, do yourself a favor and go to the oakbrook and south naperville one..such nice people..a pleasure to shop at those costcos. When you ask them even politely they are still rude...whats withthe attitude Bolingbrook costco??? What a shame
