Very well managed property--great customer service, clean spaces, convenient location. Had 2 spaces here and will be keeping one even after my move because its a clean/safe space to keep my extra belongings. Highly recommend.

The fact that I feel like my belongings are safe and up to now, they have been. Also I can come and go as I please to bring or retrieve my items. Customer Service at the front desk are very courteous and they are very friendly and helpfull.

Great place to store things you dont use very often.

Be aware, the fat caucasian manager in Bolingbrooks Cube smart is from Hell, Ive been target by him, Ive called costumer service to reported him, but he still work there. And he raised my rent for 30 dlls. Only 5 months after I moved in... Do not move in !!

They increase rates a lot, but cannot fix outside lights near the units last 2 years...

I like this CubeSmart self storage, Ive never had any problems. The staff is extremely nice, the property is very very clean I havent even seen a spider inside of there. I also can say that the pricing is very very affordable for such a great location and no nonsense approach to my storage needs. I needed to get a larger unit they made it SOOOO super easy to make the switch if I ever need storage after this time Ill definitely only be looking here. A+ team.

Neat place. Clean place. Manager on duty are very caring. No Nonsense. Professional. Etc. I should know as I used this service from 2012 to 2020. But I dont like the fact that they are not giving me my credit back after I give them the key 13 days before the due date. If my former unit is rented again, that is double-dipping. That is not right.

From the moment I arrived, the manager TP (her initials) welcomed me as she was helping another customer. She then listened to my needs and then explained the various options that were available. Finally, the walk-through was thorough and I had my unit assigned and I was moving in my property. This was a great experience.

Knowing what to keep or to store, its easier than you think. This team really stood out for me when it was time to transition to another unit. I was informed of the current special and provided with possible move dates that all added up to my 1st NEW month being rent free, just for starters!!! Knowledgeable, FUN and professional...that has been my experience every time.

My experience with Cube Smart was great from making the reservation to actually unloading and storing into the unit. It was one of the coldest weekends this winter but being able to pull a truck into the bay was an absolute miracle! Seriously I couldnt be more pleased with Cube Smart and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Have rented a storage unit here for nearly four years. The rates are very reasonable and the service is very professional. We recently terminated our agreement because we dont need the space any longer. Suzy was actually working late on the Sunday afternoon we emptied out the unit, and was very helpful.If you are in need of additional storage, I would recommend this store.
