This is a HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS !!!!!!! Never bring your stuff here!! They take forever and then they DO NOT call you and tell you what is wrong OR the price of repairs. They kept my lawn mower for over 4 months and then did not call and tell me what was wrong with it and then they did call and tell me they said “it is ready and it will be 325$. “. And then when I went to pick it up they couldn’t even tell me what mower was mine or what was wrong with it!!! I will not be coming back here
I just bought a mower from these guys and they have the best customer service and will help get you what u need very friendly and very helpful I am very satisfied with there business and how they handle it they will have repeat business from me and I will refer every one to them.
I brought my chainsaw in for what turned out to be a simple fix. The kids working thought it was just the funniest thing in the world. How disrespectful. Ill find somewhere else to buy what i need.
We bought a Husquvarna zero turn mower a couple of years ago and had a couple services done. The last service showed problem that should have been warranteed. It took a long time and us to the point of giving up but the owner Matt stuck with us telling us not to give up. Our motor was replaced and covered completely after months of trying. The guys were great just hard to get them to return calls otherwise this would have been a 5 plus rating.
Absolutely the worst experience. I brought my mower in. They told me it would be dkne. I showed up and they tried to give me an old rusty mower that wasnt even the same size. I had found my mower and they kept trying to say it was thiers. Then when they finally agreed. They said its not been serviced and that it would take all day to come back right before closing. Mind you the mower had already been there for a month. Bad business practices. The employees started yelling at me even affer i pointed out it was my mower and that it still wasnt completed. It might have been different but this the second time they lost our mower. I will never go back and i hope others take this review seriously.
These place is so un organized took 4 day just so they can say nothing was wrong with it then they lost the ticket

Advanced sales = disadvantage service.One thing i keep seeing and experiencing is how terrible their service is. Im currently going through a issue with their service department where i may just pick up the mower. 2 weeks ago i had a spindle go out. Now im not a mechanic and will let the experts decide whats wrong with it. Well i follow up 3 days later to see if they diagnosed it yet. They didnt even know my mower was in the shop and what was wrong with it. Then they had to wait for their Durant tech to look at it. But said it should be done that Friday. So i wait till that Friday and call around 4:30 to see if it is fixed. Nope! And the kid told me they forgot to order the parts and will have them monday....i appreciate the honesty but not impressed. Monday comes along and they say the part is in and takes half hour to fix however cant get it fix till Wednesday.....So now im questioning is the part really there? I let it go and wait. Wednesday comes along and no call. Thursday, no call. So today, Friday, i go to the shop at lunch. Check in and now they are saying they are booked up and cant get to it till next Wednesday. I had enough and express my frustration and never meeting the times THEY set for mower to be fixed. Well tech over hears its just a spindle and says he can knock that out right after lunch if its just a spindle. Thank the lord! Well i leave and follow up around 3:30 to see if everything is good. The guy tells me that his tech went home and may return tomorrow to fix it but no guarantee. Wow guess it wasnt a 30 min job and didnt start on it after lunch.By far one of the worst customer service ive ever seen. Whats sad is i even told them that i was considering upgrading a mower and some sthl products for the new house. Guess no one took notes.My advice is to purchase somewhere that when you have a issue with the product that they are selling, that they have just the same amount of ergency to fix it as it was to sale it.
We had euipment in their service dept. for four months! Nothing was done to any of the equipment even though we were charged for repairs not done. We returned one piece of equipment 4 times. Each time told ready to go. Lies..lied about Stihl not sending parts or bad carb was sent from Stihl, nope not true. ..took all equipment to Flannigans where they took one day to repair all equipment and explained that nothing was done to this equipment at other repair facility. Thank god for honest, reliable, quick dealers that take good care of their pros...Advantage knows what their doing in service, and so does Stihl and many upset scammed clients...What a shame ....No response needed from owner, we already spoke about this many times...
Crooks mom took her weed eater and chainsaw to change the bulb guy said 15 a piece. She went back to get it they charged her 124 just to put little bulbs in that helps start them. Then they said we changed spark plug no one ask them too, but dont ever leave anything unless u want to to get rip off there crooks I am telling everyone what they did.

Four years ago I bought a raptor sd54 mower, I am more than impressed, still going strong, I mow about two acres every week in the mowing season and all I have done is change the oil and plugs, adjust valves, belts and such, normal things that every mower would need with use, I have almost 200 hours on it, it does stay inside when not in use but I have never had a better mower, starts every time, runs great and has great power, it has the Koehler engine, I have been a ase master tech for almost thirty years, I believe in this product and I believe in advantage sales!
Avoid these scam artists like the plague. Dropped my lawnmower off to have it inspected to see why it doesnt start, nearly 2 months later I am charged half the cost of my mower when I bought it new. When I called or when my wife called they were fixin to work on it. For nearly 2 months this excuse was given. If anyone asks me about good service I explain the terrible service me and my wife received.

Excellent customer service-- even after the purchase, the guys at Advantage sales still go over and beyond their limits to help. They even haul my mower in for repairs and deliver back to me when my husband is off shore. We recently bought a weed eater from them. They also sale Stihl chainsaws, we again purchased from Advantage Sales. Great company to do business with.
Took my Husqvarna zero turn in for warranty work. The left arm wouldn’t stay in neutral. I also requested new blades. Even though it is the busy season for them the service was fast. My mower cuts better now, then when I first bought it.

I never wanted a gas powered trimmer again due to never being able to make them run after a time or two... I told Matt Titsworth my issue and he told me to bring my STIHL trimmer back if it I had that problem ...My STIHL Trimmer is Perfect......I have started it about 30 times nowMatt Titsworth walked me through the whole process of re stringing the trimmer, and exactly proper storage for the Winter season.I know Matt and he had my trust already from my purchase last year of the Best 1996 Toyota Tacoma ever built, He has now made me a proud STIHL Gas powered Trimmer.....

Took over a week to repair mower and charged $200 over verbal quote. Disappointed I didn’t get a call before extra repairs were completed. They did knock $50 dollars off the total to try and rectify the situation.

Drove three hours to meet them about a car. Despite calling ahead, nobody was there and there was no way to contact them while out of office. Disorganization does not speak well of a dealership.
