Purchased my first gravely and was needing some questions answered so I reached out to Trey. Even tho I didn’t buy the mower from him he told me to bring it up to his shop and they would show me everything I wanted to know. The guys were more helpful than than I could have ever asked for any explained everything. I very highly recommended Big Buck Mowers and I definitely will do all my business with Trey and his guys. Trey with BBM is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any question you might have. He has a YouTube channel that is awesome and helped me decide which gravely zero turn mower to buy. Though I did not purchase my mower from him being stated away he still took time to follow up and ask me about it and answer questions the dealer didn’t. Highly recommend Trey and Big Buck Mowers!
I took my zero turn in for pre season service and a few small issues like loss of power etc. They had it done in just a few days. Everything was explained in laymans terms and my many questions about caring for my machine were answered. Now I have a better understanding of my mower and a great service dept. on my side!

I brought my 13 year old mower in because it wouldn’t run and was falling apart( it’s a sentimental mower bc a family member gave it to me as a gift years ago before she passed away) and it was important for me to have it working. The maker of the engine had gone out of business and Steven and these gentlemen at Big Buck were still able to rebuild her and get my precious mower working GREAT!!! I am beyond happy with the service and pricing, fabulous attitude, and excellent communication I received!!! Thank you Big Buck for fixing my mower!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Brought my mower in for a broken blade cable. Estimate was $90. Asked how much extra it would be to clean the under deck. They said that was included in the price and they pressure wash all mowers. Went to pick it up. Mower was missing blade guard that was on when we dropped it off. Mower was not pressure washed and deck was not cleaned. They charged us $130 and said it was because we told them to sharpen the blades which was a lie. Either these guys are incredibly incompetent or incredibly dishonest. Got the mower home and they didnt even fix the blade cable correctly. They left it too long so it has a hard time engaging. Will not go back.
These guys are awesome. My husband and I went in a few Saturdays ago to get blades, belts, bearings, etc for our mower. We expected we would have to order some of the parts, but to our surprise, they had EVERYTHING we needed in stock at comparable prices. We even picked up a new seat at a great price. Very friendly and fast service. They are for sure going to be our go to mower guys!

They charged me $43. 00 for a $13.00 dollar belt. But I was there and they had it. So Ill take some of the blame.
On July 19 I called Big bucks mowers to get a quote on repairing our Toro zero turn mower. Dustin is the sales manager that I spoke to and he also informed me that him and his dad owned the company. We discussed replacing the belt at $40, three pulleys at around $30 each and $75 hr for 1 1/2 hrs of labor. So rough estimate around $300. I told him that I would talk to my husband and we would most likely bringing it in. On Thursday my husband dropped it off and spoke to two people who also quoted him roughly $308 plus tax. They said they were about five days out and we agreed to that. On Monday my husband called to find out the status they said it would be Wednesday. Tuesday around 4 PM they called and said the mower was ready, my husband inform them that he gets off of work at 1:30 and would be in to pick it up on Wednesday, thats all that was said. Wednesday at 2 oclock I called to let them know that we would be in to pick it up and needed to know the exact amount we owe them. He said it was $477, we were in shock being that it was almost $200 more then quoted and we never got a call to inform us that it needed more work then what was quoted. They took it upon themselves to do the work without informing us .We asked to speak to the owner his name is Buddy I believe, I decided at that point to record our conversations because he was verbally being abusive to my husband and I. He told us that he would take the parts off and we can pay him the $308 or pay the full price and come get the mower and not bring it to him again. When my husband asked why no one informed him that it was going to be more he said it was his employees word against ours and that they told us the amount when they called and said it was ready. My husband explained then we wouldve had this conversation yesterday and not today when Im just finding out that it was almost $200 more. The man laughs and tells my husband he is stupid and doesnt know how to do math that it was $177. My husband who is a nurse and spent eight years in the Army is a very intelligent man. Please dont bring your mower here. They are scam artists and I dont want to see anyone else bent over and screwed by them. I had to report it to BBB.
Chad and Trey, you guys rock!! Both were very helpful and patient with all my questions (research guy here), even when I didnt buy on my first visit to Big Buck Mowers. I purchased my mower the following Saturday, after bugging Chad on the phone some more (thanks again Chad!) and had a great buying experience. They even delivered it to my house the same day IN THE RAIN!! A week later I recieved a hand written thank you card from Chad @ Big Buck Mowers, unheard of these days! These guys go above and beyond to earn your business so if you are looking to buy or need service give them a call! They also referred me to The Trailer Guys in Trenton,Tx where I had another great buying experience getting my trailer.

Just bought a 60 inch gravely mower from thes guys. Dustin did great. They all helped us make a good choice. Yes these mowers are expensive. But, you get what you pay for. Id recommend these guys 100%.

BEWAREheres the facts, YOU decide. Oct 17 took weed eater in, they replaced carb and did other work. It was taken in because bulp pump for gas wasnt working. Picked up Nov 17, they said to start it I said naw you say its fixed. Never tried to until April, APRIL 18 time to start yardwork. Went to start weed eater and bulb not working. SO... Itake it in... GUESS what...get it back and carb was stuck ??? 65-70$ down the drain again. Any small engine mechanic know if this is correct? Replaced w NEW CARB, never started by me, then 5 months of barn storage and get hit for carb stuck ???? Jus wonderin, have a 40 yrs small engine friend from 100 miles away says I got ripped!! ?????

3 months ago I bought a new Gravely mower for $6000 from these guys. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The next day, the mower broke down, and they came right out to fix it. I was very hopeful that I had found a new favorite small equipment shop, but that is when the nightmare started.3 weeks after buying the mower, I took them my Stihl chainsaw for repair. I just had a new carb and air filter installed at another shop a year ago, but now it did not want to start, and I needed the chain sharpened. I left it with the owners father, with promises it would be fixed ASAP. 2 weeks went by with no news, so I called them. The dad told me he would check on it and call me right back. Waited another week with no call, so I decided to go by and check on it. They could not find it. It took them 45 minutes to locate it, and it had not been touched. I was told it would be rushed. I did receive a call 3 days later telling me it needed a NEW CARB. I questioned that, and decided to go by and look at it. They said it had the wrong carb, and they needed to order another one. I approved the repair and waited. I called a week later and found out it was never ordered. I went by, and I told them I was getting tired of the lousy service, and the repair guy threw my saw on the ground and walked out. WOW! I asked to speak with the owner, and he was not there. They convinced me to leave it there, and it would be fixed. I was called a week later and told it was ready. Went to pick it up and saw that they did not sharpen it, so I waited. Took it home, and a week later went to use it. It would not stay running. I took it back for them to look at and waited an hour and a half for them to fix it. While waiting, I needed to buy a new chain for it. They did not have the right one in stock, so I was told they would order it. No word from them for 2 weeks, so I went by today.......it was never ordered!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK, AND WOULD ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME. I guess I find soneone else to service my new Gravely....
