Worst customer service. Asked a question and the guy acts like it’s a bother to look up what we needed. Didn’t give us any guidance but says we need 17 and 24 for our wiper blades. Go to the counter to check out after not knowing which ones to buy and the cashier couldn’t be bothered to stop his conversation with the people around him instead of acknowledging the customers in front of him. Then, we realize we purchased the wrong wipers and go to return them to get the right ones and the cashier said “yeah, I know you bought the wrong ones, but I didn’t feel like saying anything.” Are you kidding me?! Your literal job is to help people find the items they need for their cars. Horrible service, will not be going back. I’ll use advance auto across the road.

I went to store 4897 in Bonita springs, FL. I needed a windshield wiper for my daughters Volkswagen. One of the employees named Luis looked up the wiper, we grabbed it and I had all intentions of putting it in but I told him I had recently put in the wipers but that particular one fell off. Because my daughter was in the car he insisted that he puts it on. He not only did it in around 30 seconds he did it in the rain. Luis is an amazing employee and obviously takes great pride in his work. This is the only store I will be visiting for all my car needs.Thank You store 4897 and especially Luis.

Since I moved to Naples I haven’t done much maintenance myself on my cars but today I decided to change my windshield wipers which is pretty easy, right? Wrong! I went to Autozone and bought two wipers, went home, put the first one on no problem. When I went to put the second one on, the clip was kind of wobbly. I took it off and looked at it and one of the parts was not clipped in. I tried to put it on correctly but it wouldn’t work, so I took it back to exchange. I showed it to a guy at the front with a big bushy beard and told him it was broken and I would like to exchange it. He started fiddling with it and I asked if we could just swap it out since I was in a hurry. He said he couldn’t exchange it if he could fix it. I told him it was unfixed and if it it were to clip back in I wouldn’t trust it. He ignored me and asked one of his co-workers if they had replacement parts for the wiper. The guy said no but bushy beard insisted it could be fixed and proceeded to look behind the desk for the part. The other dude just rolled his eyes, went and started checking me out. The whole time bushy was arguing with another guy and saying it wasn’t right that they exchange it since it was obvious I broke it. That really ticked me off! From now on I will order parts online and not have to deal with jerks like him

My 2019 Nissan Rogue wouldn’t start at the local mall. Left the key on accidentally while I was waiting for someone. Took it in after calling ahead and getting a jump to get the battery checked and make sure it wasn’t the alternator. Ruben helped us. He was so nice and friendly. Showed us how to remove the battery cover and ran a test on the battery. Everything was working great and just went dead because of the key. Said bring it back for any problems and he would replace the battery if needed down the road. Very professional and nice. If I need anything going back to this location and asking for Ruben!

My car was acting “funny” this morning when I tried to start it. After work tonight, I went to Autozone in Bonita Springs for them to test my battery. At first, they couldn’t test it because my battery is under a metal casing and needed to be ratcheted off and I was told by the tech that that was above their means. They told me to go to another local auto garage, so when I tried to start my car, it wouldn’t start. So I was standing with my hood opened in front of the AutoZone wondering what in the world am I going to do. My 2 kids were with me and it was getting dark. I don’t have a man to help me with these kinds of things. A female employee was leaving for the night and she asked me if I needed help. I said yes please. She immediately went back inside and asked her manager Heron to assist me. He brought his cart and ratchet out and removed the metal casing that was bolted to the top of my battery and replaced my battery. I am super grateful to the female employee asking me if I needed help. I am also super grateful for Heron the manager for going above and beyond to help this single mom out. I will definitely be shopping here with any other car care needs that I have. Thank you so much for taking such great care of this mom and her kids. Y’all Rock!

Went in the store yesterday to try to find a product to help diminish what I thought was a really bad scratch on the back bumper on my new BMW. I asked him for his opinion on service places— he did not “push” me to any particular place. Very professional. ( Ruben could not actually perform the scan,- using AutoZone’s tool he talked me thru the process. Very simple.

I purchased a set of new wiper blades at a discount big box store. The clerk assured me I would have no trouble installing them myself (female senior citizen). Well, he was wrong. I couldn’t even figure out how to remove the old ones, let alone install the new ones. A friend of mine suggested I go to the AutoZone store on 41 and Bonita Beach Road and offer to pay someone to install for me. Which is what I did. Luis, the store manager, went out to the parking lot with me, wearing gloves and a mask, which I appreciated. He easily removed the old and snapped on the new ones. When I tried to pay him, he absolutely refused. I told him I didn’t buy the blades from AutoZone. He said it didn’t matter, he was happy to do it. That is what customer service is all about. I can assure you that I will go back there next time I need to actually purchase something.

I am a Snowbird and could not find anybody who could replace my headlights for a reasonable price.He picked out which ones I needed to put them in and I had him do the windshield wipers too and now I am good to go. I recently had a problem with my 2015 Kia Soul when I tried or start it, it clicked and the starter dragged upon start, I got a multi meter put it open DC volts. With the engine off before I tried to start it.I put the positive lead on the positive terminal and the neg to the neg My reading was 10 volts.I managed to get the car started them with the car running I red them again I was reading 14.2 volts. So that told me the alternator was charging the battery but the battery was not holding the charge. I went to AutoZone in Bonita beach Mayeline waited and between her and Luis I had a new battery and drove away in 15 minutes. Thank you guys I was very impressed!Kenny Doucette

We made a day trip to from the east coast of Florida to the west coast and ran into a battery issue after arriving to Bonita Springs. My car battery was completely dead, after just purchasing one the day before, and I was stuck on Bonita Beach. I called Ruben and told him of my dilemma. After researching multiple solutions Ruben suggested I have a friend stop at the store, pick up a brand new battery, install the new one, bring the old one back for testing and at that point we would trouble shoot the problem to see why a brand new battery went dead. Ruben went way out of his way to trouble shoot and resolve the problem that caused the battery to die. I live 20 miles away from Rubens store but after all of his excellent customer service and everything he provided I would drive 20 miles just to do business with him!!! I can only post 5 stars but Ruben deserves more than that!

I called for availableity of part & price. Was told $24.00. went to pick up, price was $44.99 they said lady had bad accent, & didnt understand.. on line price was $18.99. last time there. Hire someone that can speak english.

Ordered a part online, & it was ready for in-store pickup quickly. Afterwards, I realized I needed seals to go with the part, & the cashier looked them up & quickly added to my order. While I was there, I figured I would dispose of waste oil. The other staff person actually took my huge, heavy cans & dumped them for me so I could have my cans before I left. Normally Ive had to dump them myself at other places, which involves clambering over back stock to get to the oil drum. I was pleased to be spoiled & have someone else do the heavy lifting. Thank you!
