Bradley saved my day, my battery died on me in the middle of the road and knew something was up. Luckily theres an advance auto parts down the road and got the car able to turn back on. Once I got here this young man jumped to my rescue, he got the battery, cleaned the battery for me, put on the oil and corrosion covers and boom the car was back on no problem. They definitely need to give this man a raise, he works really fast and cares for his customers needs. Thanks again bradley. 😁

Buy online at a discount and pickup at your local store. Stop in and get help figuring out the right parts for your car they are very helpful but the online discount is not available at the cash register.

It’s the only auto parts store I’ll go to, they have what I want when I need it.

The manager changed out a dead battery in my wife’s Mercedes GLK 350. Service was efficient, fast and less than half of what the Mercedes dealership would have charged. In and out in about 30 minutes which was highly appreciated under the circumstances. I’ve used them before for tires and such and will continue to do so.

The have what you need if not they can get it

Ask for a discount. If you buy something decent they can give 20% off

Ive had better experiences. My 1st time, shame on the dog. The 2nd time, shame on me. Went to the other side of town, same company, unbelievable knowledge, and very friendly! Will be taking the extra time to drive the extra distance, well worth it!

The guys behind the counter are very courteous and helpful. They will help you if they can and let you know their honest opinions if they think you need a technician to look at your vehicle. I have been here twice this week and I will definitely continue to do business here.

I bought a battery last November at Advanced Auto. This November it died while I was at a grocery store, near one of the Advanced stores. I called and they had an associate drive iver and jump start my car so I could make it over to their store. When they checked the battery was defective. 20 minutes later, I was driving home with a new battery. I love Advanced Auto.

Call at 7:40 because our battery is dead and we get it jumped and were on our way over. The battery is bolted in and I dont have a tool long enough to unbolt it. Call them at 7:40 and let them know were on our way and they tell us they have it. But they close at 8 so if we get there 5 til they cant put it in and well just have to bring the old battery out. Excuse you? Its your job so were flying over there now. But regardless if we walk in at 7:59 and we need you to do your job youre employed to do so. I get it, I work retail also but we stay until ever last customer is gone. Terrible. Went to autozone and they took great care of us.

Steve went out of his way today in politeliness and outgoing very helpful. Bought drive shaft and installed it on my tow truck outside their business and he lend me their free tools to complete my repair to go back home tampa.... He even gave me mechanic soap so i can get stains off my hands. Thanks great customer service and knows his job!

They always have quality car parts

Clean, people are helpful. Not the best prices all the time but much better selection than Walmart or Target. Theyll also read any errors or check engine lights you have for free.

Not bad, just bought a lawnmower battery, but when I got home, it was dead. Took it back it was old, needed to be exchanged.

Store is crowded and not very bright. Staff doesnt seem to care about much. If you need help finding something the guys who work there dont care to help much.

Never had an issue until today, one of their workers name Yeri was very disrespectful and rude and refused to provide me with service due to the fact I asked for their corporate number. His exact words was you dont like my service so I dont have to service you.

My truck seemed like it was a little hard starting so I thought I needed a new battery I went by they checked it and he just said to trickle charge it I did and its fine thats good service
