A shout-out to Raul (manager), Ian (produce/floral) & Sammy (customer service). In two minutes I was able to order & pay for roses. They are at customer service waiting for pick-up! Family nearby will get them. We are hours away, but wanted to get flowers there without expensive florists & delivery. This store made that possible. A dozen roses with tax: $15 !

Publix has always been the place to shop down south. Good pricing and selection.

Publix effectively has an a monopoly on the grocery market in south Florida. Its the same in metro Detroit where I reside in the summer but the chain there is Kroger. The big difference, prices at Kroger are totally reasonable and they have great sales all the time while Publix is just a huge rip off. Im shocked at the register every time I check out. Sure, there are a few items on sale or BOGO but generally everything in the store is full retail price. As for this location, its a bit cramped and the layout is strange. I would get used to it if I shopped there regularly but I dont, opting for much cheaper prices at Target or elsewhere instead. I treat this place like a convenience store, only going when I have to.

Products are fresh, but the employees are always so rude, they see you frustrated trying to find something and don’t ask if you need help, even thought is part of their job, not willing to help. The employees at the deli are always joking too.

This might be a biased review as this has been my home store since they opened, but knowing most of the staff and being greeted and treated with kindness makes shopping here pleasant.

Less busy than the other Publix stores in the area and the staff and customers are a lot more friendly. The only thing I can knock them for is their small meat department.

Raul the manager at this store is the best manager I have ever seen in any store let alone in Publix, he is very kind, helpful, polite, and goes well above and beyond his duties wish more people could be like him, especially in times like today !!!!! Well done Raul your the best

Ordered sandwiches, cake, fruit and cheese plate, salads for party of 13. All was great, well-prepared, tasty and ready for pickup. Guests liked it all-it was fresh, tasty, good portions.... Would do it again👍

This a local publix that I enjoy to do all my needs but today I got Rude Nasty Costumer Service. By Caleb b. I gave him $100 bill and he recheck it and recheck it back-and-forth and he even asked me if the 100 dollars was real. He was very rude.

I would just like everyone to know that the management team and the employees at this location are so helpful, nice, sweet and caring. I came in to shop. I slipped on something, that someone spilled on the floor, and pulled a few muscles. Immediately people (Sidney=awesome)were on top of it to clean up the mess, help me feel better, getting me a bag of ice right away, and helping me finish my shopping. The whole team was extremely professional and sweet. I have fallen other places and was treated almost like a criminal, like I did something wrong.but not here. O.K. so I know most people might think that they were just trying to watch their own back. But it really was pure compassion. I came back to the store a few days later and the people that were here that day recognized me right away, they asked me how I was doing and they genuinely were concerned about my well being. I will be back and I will shop here as often as I can anytime that Im in this part of the city I will come back to this store 😃😃😃☺️☺️☺️ thanks to Raul Saldivar for managing an amazing crew. I appreciate you.

Smaller Scale Publix. Associates extremely helpful. Store layout different from other Publix, clean. Price sale signs displayed, not always in front of the proper product, making items more expensive because its not the same product. Watch your receipt ( this does happen at all Publix i have shopped).

Really like Publix, but this store should expand into the units to the north which I believe are empty. Selection of products would hopefully be improved . Management could do better - sneezing and not covering up when serving chicken tenders (February) and mot covering mouth when doing lottery sneeze (March) are not acceptable. Employres need more training.

Plenty of parking. Clean, clean store. Friendly staff & engaging. Questions are answered politely. Aisle staff is very helpful and knowledgeable..staff is CLEAN and presentable. Shopping is a pleasant experience at this PUBLIX.Management is always available.

30-100% higher prices on items I purchase, which really adds up. Pineapple at Walmart is less than two bucks but at Publix its four. Ben & Jerrys ice cream is 3.98 at Walmart but over six bucks at Publix. Just two examples.

Have had a hard time finding Mikes hard lemonade Black Cherry 🍒 in several Publix stores.

Love, love, love my local Publix. Clean, fresh and friendly. But really, really wish, at checkout, they would quit asking Did you find everything alright?. After 20 years of shopping there I pretty much know where everything is. SMILE.

Nothing more to say aside from a good ok Christian based American dream come true. Proceeds go to various donations of like minded charity organizations such as March of dimes.Subs are amazing. Ask for secret menu if you are classy.

Sat in line for over 15 mins for a sub, just to be told that nothing was ready or still defrosting at 1230 in the afternoon. Id give it a 1 star but thats not fair to the rest of youre store. Youre deli needs to get there priorities straight. I didnt buy anything after waiting over 20 mins to just be told nothing was ready.

Unusually poor. Deli gets orders wrong most of the time and are slow to respond and provide service, unlike other Publix.

Ive been coming to this publix for over 10 years. Its a small store but I liked how it was so close to home. Im giving this publix a 1 star review because out of 10 online orders I place for sandwiches in the last several months, the deli will make maybe 4 of them. Today I put an order in for two subs and the wait time was a little over a half hour. So I waited about 10 minutes, drove to the store, did my shopping, and looked at my watch and saw that it was 2:54 while the order should have been made at 2:50. There were no subs in the Togo section, and there was an employee sitting in the back of the kitchen, and Im not sure if he was waiting to clock in, or waiting to clock out, either way he could have helped, or at least waited in the break room. We cancelled our order when one of them saw us waiting on our order. Kind of disheartening to see employees not do their job.This deli has gone so downhill in the last year or so. Either re-train the staff, or get all new staff.

Staff was great, very polite and helpful. Problem was is that the sub station is completely out of bread and mayo a 6pm on a Friday. Be more prepared.

I am in a walking boot, but only put a little weight as far walking. The battery operated cart is a hole lot of help. Everybody is very helpful.

Very friendly staff even just prior to closing. Im sure they were exhausted but it didnt stop them from being helpful and courteous.

Very convenient. Everyone was nice, but I had to ask 3 staff members where the almonds were before I was given the correct answer. Not enough organic produce.

Always a pleasure to visit this Publix. Its a little smaller than some of the new ones and selections are limited. But.... The people are friendly and you can get in and out in no time at all!

Excellent Deli counter wonderful Subs

Been shopping in Publix for 18 yrs. sincemoving to Estero. Store is always clean, staff great, produce always fresh. Love it all.

I have a medical problem and need special products. Sherry has been great ordering products they usually do not carry. Very resposive & great on following up on my orders and calling me to let me know when my different products are delivered & who can help me on things held for me in the back room. Publix is getting more business from us. All my food has to be Organic and if they dont carry it, Sherry will order it if available. Thank you. All the personnel there are super helpful. J.H. This is my local Publix, and while it isnt the largest/nicest Public in town, they always have what I am looking for. Good location for us, though. Staff is friendly, too.

The Store Manager was rather rude and unapologetically dismissive. My experience of this Publix was fair as a whole aside from this mans belligerence.
