I used to love this particular Publix. Of late when Ive bought bouquet flowers Id get home, the flowers were falling apart and half dead, they looked great in the store but once unwrapped totally other story. They used to be the best. Now you have to hunt and peck for the very best flowers.

Well stocked and great staff. Robert in management helped bag our groceries and couldnt have been nicer.

This store is easy to get in and out very clean this store is mostly in Florida

Wow! The people working here at the deli have the patience of saints. I witnessed three nasty customers treating the employees like they were their very own personal servants. I commend the women who work there! I got a great sub from one young girl and then my cold cuts at the other side of deli without issues. I feel bad that they had to endure the condescending attitudes from many of their customers. They need raises in pay to deal with hostile work environment.

As many Publix stores, this one is clean and easy to find things. Stuff is very nice.

Its a good grocery store; they have what you need. The staff has always been helpful and polite. Im somewhat new to the area, so Ive only shopped here for two years, but its always been good.

Clean and well stocked. Person stocking the shelves was really helpful directing me to some of the things I couldnt find. The cashier was very friendly and nice. Great store.

A very nice grocery store with a great stock of food and refreshments. They have friendly and efficient staff that keep the shelves stocked well. Parking is a breeze and there is easy in and out access from the major nearby roads. The produce and meats are great, as well.

Deli ladies are super nice and the cashiers are very polite.

Great market. Its a bit of a drive for us to go to this one but its so nice that we make the effort on a regular basis.

Im 62 retired & live here all year. Unfortunately this is the prime season for Snowbirds. The store was full, parking lot packed and roadways heavy.Non-the-less this is my Publix...and I shall return 😊. Staff is friendly yet efficient. Im always thank them for being being there during this time.

Ordered a sub for curbside pickup...arrive at scheduled time...have a snooty manager bobbing his head telling me I don’t have an order! I would have canceled if he hadn’t run off so fast to “check” if there was an order! Came back 15 minutes later with a bunch of receipts instead of a sandwich...my curbside pick up was lost in the store...manager exhibited extremely poor customer service skills!

Deli was a fiasco. Needed several sliced lunch meats and cheeses. Clerk serving customer in front of me left when finished. Waited around for several minutes as if I was invisible. Clerk came back, asked what I wanted, and walked away as I was telling her what I wanted. Needless to say, Ill go elsewhere

Excellent quality in fresh produce and vegetables

They are the best in customer service. All there managers and staff wonderful, always willing to help even if it was your mistake. They are the most accommodating and kind. Wouldnt go anywhere else, even if i have to go out of my way to get there. Tried other Publix markets. No comparison .

I was driving from clearwater to miami and I made a quick stop at publix at bonita beach to grab quick bite for my nephew. The fried chicken were super dry and hard to eat, they were lile rubber. I did call publix to complain and ask for a refund but the manager told me she can not do it unless i take the chicken back to her. First why they do not check the food that they sale to people if its still fresh throughout the day, it seems like it does not matter for how long it has been sitting there as long as they sell it to customers.I was surprised that the manager asked me to bring the food back to the store especially with the corona virus situation eventhough I tried to explain to her that I love two hours drive far from this publix but she still could not solve the situation.Publix should consider more alternatives on how yo solve and accommodate customers issues.

Had a scheduled grocery pick up Sunday 12/27 11:15 AM. John the Publix associate delivered it to my car and i was blown away by his politeness, friendly and professional demeanor and genuine concern for my order being correct. He is an asset to your store, i felt someone needed to know.

My wife just got her second Covid shot while I shopped for Taco fixings. Kudos to Publix!!

I don’t understand these 2-3 very negative reviews of Publix in Center of Bonita Springs, one of which was clearly intended for Tire Kingdom but still effected the ‘Average’ rating.I’ve shopped at this store 2-3 times per week for 20 years. I am a competent home cook, 2meals/day for wife and me. The product quality is great, service is excellent. The paranoid shopper (followed to car for not using plastic bags) needs help. Trust me, that did not happen as she described.Why do so many feel compelled to distribute their one-time negative perception to the WORLD on the internet? The staff is not perfect (nor are YOU), but in this case, generally worthy of praise.

People are very friendly. Picked the wrong time to shop: so crowded, people move in slow motion, too many stand-up displays & it was the day before the Super Bowl. Errr, I mean the big game.

Very clean with super buy 1 get 1 free items. Definitely recommend this store.

Always a great experience at this Publix, especially the staff and in particular Diane at checkout and sampling. Only issues are, continually out-of-stock on advertised items (especially the meat/seafood dept) and this store is a +10% store, prices are 10% higher at this location, confirmed by 3 different employees.

Clean, helpful staff. Everything in the shelves looked delicious. Lots of staff helping to keep the produce section organized and stocked. I appreciated a staff member walking my second cart of groceries out to my car and helping me load them after my family had to split up before checkout.
