Just Bought new Michelin Defenders at this business but in Brevard County for this trip. My tire light came on, therefore, I stopped here.The guys were polite and quick to make sure I had the correct pressure after druving 300 miles and sent me safely on my way.Thank you so much for your efficiency and politeness.

Got scheduled next morning for 7.30am for Roadforce balancing, come to find out at 7.30am that they dont have Roadforce balancing. Guy was rude and tried downplaying the situation. Place looks run down too. I wont be back here thats for sure, found a Tire Choice closeby and fixed my high speed steering vibration by doing Roadforce balancing, wich normal balancing didnt fix.

Had a serious tire blowout....had my car towed and they replaced my tire...didnt try to pressure sell me additional services..were very professional and easy going..polite and had me back on road quickly.. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Appointment times dont mean much. My vehicle sat for an hour after appointed hour. Once vehicle went in it only took 35 mins to do oil change and tire rotation. Would recommend if you have the time. Note first time at this store.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Ordered tires from tire rack and was told it would be $67 for install. When I arrived for my appointment the gentleman was angry that I walked in on him mopping an hour before they close.. then I go for my install and they tell me it will cost over $100. After explaining I already received a cost they brought it down to $89 and put my tires on. After I grabbed myself a chair because they were stacked in the corner and sat myself down he came back and after further talking finally dropped the price down to what I was supposed to pay according to my order confirmation email. To finish off the experience I asked for my old tires back since they only had 28k miles on them and he proceeds to tell me they broke two of the tires and sent me on my way. After paying over $1,000 for tires i did not expect such a awful experience. DO NOT go here.

I want to give a big shout out to Ray from Tires Plus here in Bonita Springs. My rear tire on my Mustang GT had a huge piece of metal in the center of the tread. Brought the tire over to them and they didnt have a replacement ins-stock because of it being a performance tire. Then Ray came and looked at the tire and said hold-on, then came back and said, yes we have a tire for you. He quickly mounted and balanced the new tire and told me to come back to replace the other rear and hell try to get a discount from the manager. I went back and Ray worked his magic and they took $168 off the price of the tire and again quickly mounted, balanced it and put tire shine on all four tires. NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE! Thank you so much to Ray and his team. You guys are definitely my first choice to do business with whenever we need tires.

I recently left a great REVIEW but now that i know the manager should have fixed the less expensive fan clutch and then the ball joints. But he did lower ball joints 1st and told me i didnt need a fan clutch but when i picked car up he said i did need a fan clutch and it was a priority. It makes me mad because i could ruin the entire engine without a fan clutch. Plus they over charged alot for every thing they did and wuoted. The mecanic Brian is really good. He should go out on his own.

Unprofessional service I went there early morning drop off car to get for tires they said two to three hours I said ok call them after three hours went by they said car is going into the bay now 1 hour to install went there after an hour to pick up car and car didn’t even move after being there for five hours ask for my keys they said why my car has been sitting here for five hours I’m going somewhere else would not be going there and don’t recommend anyone to go there. They don’t take your information over the phone they say just come in we aren’t busy. But that’s bs. Other places you make an appointment this place doesn’t.

Beware... i needed to have a tire patched the tire was just 2 weeks old... They refuse to do it after I told him I was kind of stuck cuz I had exceeded the mileage I was supposed to drive on my spare tire... So they figured they had me... Told me that I needed a brand new tire... Took it to another tire store and they patched it for me no problem... i get salesmanship and ll..... but taking advantage of somebody in a pinch to me is poor service

He, like all Tires Plus advisors that I have dealt with over the years, was helpful and efficient as well as personable . . . and very respectful, which as a woman I really appreciate. I had a 12:30 appointment for a flat repair. They didn’t get the vehicle in until 2:30 and then it took another half hour before they told me it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. They finally got the new tire mounted and ready to leave by 3:30. We spent three hours waiting for a flat repair that should have taken an hour. If they had only called and said they were running behind, we would have adjusted our appointment, but every time I checked, I heard “you’re next in line.” We weren’t the only ones that were kept waiting. While we were sitting there, two other customers asked for their keys back because they also tired of waiting.

If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, honest business for tire repairs and replacements, look no further because this is the place. I brought my car in for a tire repair, and somehow during the repair my tire was damaged. This happens, could happen to anyone. The way it was handled though, set them apart. Without any question, Ron and Reed put a brand new tire on my car. It was a Firestone tire and I had Goodyear tires, so they ordered a Goodyear tire for me and had it replaced quickly with no charge to me.Another bonus- As a mother of two young children, it was important for me to find a location that had good walkable proximity to restaurants and things to do with the kids. Kids don’t enjoy waiting areas. I was really happy to be able to walk to an indoor play area called Chipmunks and my kids had a blast playing while my tire was replaced, I also walked to Skillets and had a nice breakfast with the kids.One note- make sure you make an appointment. This place is hopping, call before showing up to avoid wait times.

Best retail experience ever, our area had just been through a hurricane named Irma which seemed to bring every sharp item on to the streets. The employees were very happy to help everyone out even though there were obviously a lot of people with tire damage. Everyone was professional, but Reid made sure that I didnt freak out, thanks again Reid. I will tell everyone that this is only tire store worth visiting in South Florida. I chose this location as it was close to home and convenient to a restaurant where I could wait for my vehicle. The manager was helpful in making the best tire selection and scheduling the work. The shop seemed a bit chaotic, disorganized and messy with yelling among the techs. I asked that the wheel hub covers be left off as I was planning on repainting them. I returned to the shop in an hour to see the car still on the rack with hood open. Certainly unnecessary for tire replacement and likely a way to add more service to my bill. When the car was returned the caps were back on the car and tires and wheels were grubby and unwashed. Just not the level of service expected.

Was not a customer. I found a nail in one of my truck tires when I was leaving work, I took my truck to Tire Plus but did not have an appointment. They were great, told me it may take a little time because they had appointments scheduled, I told them that was no problem and understood. Even though I did not an appointment they took care of me within thirty minutes and repaired my tire. I now an a customer and will return for servicing my vehicles. I would recommend Tire Plus to anyone needing quality repair work on their vehicle.

Im from out of town, and I got a screw in my tire and pulled into this place. Most compassionate gentlemen, I met in a while, helped me out of there quickly to get to my family, he could clearly see the urgency of it, very polite workers. This IS the type of place you will want to do business with, thank you. And I did say a prayer....

Run, dont walk from this shop. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and alignment check/adjustment on my car that has roughly 45K miles on it. Ron (or Rob) calls me to tell me I need new breaks and that the rotors couldnt be resurfaced due to the way they are made in newer cars. When I called the Kia dealership they laughed and said that wasnt an accurate statement at all so I believe I may have been sold new rotors when the current ones at the time could have been possibly resurfaced. When I picked up the car I asked for a printout of the alignment work done and I was told by Ron (or Rob) that their printer was not working but then he went on to tell me their alignment printer had no paper. Which one is it!!?? I asked and I received no answer from him. I start to drive the car and it shifting to the left much more than it should be and the car has a bounce to it which lead me to believe neither the balance or the alignment wasnt done properly. I brought my car to another Firestone in Fort Myers and they confirmed with me that neither the alignment or balance was done properly so they redid it for me which was nice of them. In short, stay away from this shop. They completely lack quality work....

These guys have always been quite professional. They honor the Firestone warranties and they also offer lifetime tire balancing. You pay once and they will balance it any time for free. That is an awesome service.

I have to say initially I was disappointed with somethings here- my oil was leaking after an oil change from them. I made an appt and after some digging they discovered an issue that may have been due to the recent oil change on their part. They replaced what they needed to and paid for a rental car for me to use in the meantime. No charge for labor or parts for my car. Car problems are a headache but This customer service definitely made things a bit better. Thank you guys.

Awful customer service. Would not return phone call.Promised to call prior to closing DID NOT do it.Was not able to fix my truck....but managed to change the oil and air filter, DID NOT bother to fill the water reservoir for the windshield wipers.Makes me wonder if they did any of what they billed me for. I will not be back.

Made an appointment for an alignment and was told it would take about an hour. An hour and a half later and they haven’t even STARTED working on my car nor would they have updated me on the situation if I hadn’t asked. Two hours later and they tell me someone drove it but the guy who specializes in the alignment I need isn’t here and I’ll have to make another appointment.Two and a half hours spent here and nothing done. Why even bother having appointments if they don’t stick to them?The upside? They do have a few great employees who are always willing to check my tire pressure when my light comes on.

Took the car in for wheel alignment. When I collected it the interior was smeared with a black substance (old oil?). This was on the floor mat and there were finger prints of the same stuff on the interior of the door, presumably where the mechanic had got in and out. Before I could stop him, the guy at reception had taken the mat and sprayed it with some foam. When I got it back, it was as bad, if not worse than before. I spoke to the mechanic, who more or less said that it was my fault for having a beige interior. If it had been black, I would not have seen the oil!!There were some light scratches on the side of the car, which look like they came from someone rubbing along the side with a metal zipper or something. Any responsibility for this was vehemently denied. In fact, the whole situation seem to amuse the mechanics in the workshop considerably.

My 2:00 appointment still had the keys on the desk at 2:15. So, I left. The old man seemed irritated that I didnt understand why my 2:00 appointment was late getting started. Yet, the employees came out to complain that they were out of wheel weights, and had been for 2 hours. So, why was my appointment late???? Seems to be a them problem and not a me problem

Brougt our car there awhile back for new tires. That was fine. Had another problem with the car, so we brought it there since they were good on the tires. Gave us a ridiculous estimate. So we denied, and when we went to pick up the car, they lost our keys. Kept bringing us out keys to look at, but they werent ours. 45 mins later, they found them. They were in a tool box. If they arent responsible enough to keep your keys, do you think they will be responsible enough to fix your car??

Professional and HONEST!!I knew I needed tires but didnt realize how badly until this morning. I decided to stop here at the last minute for a price check and to make an appointment. Richard greeted me quickly with a smile as I walked in and asked how he could help me today. He pulled up a price quote and explained it in detail. I asked for a cheaper quote because I only drive about 20 miles a week. He gladly did and I decided to make an appointment expecting to get one in a day or two. Richard got me in the same day and explained it would take about three hours so my car could be cared for properly. He gave me a free alignment check. I asked him to please look at my brakes because I KNEW I needed them.After I dropped my car off he called me about 45 minutes later and told me I needed an alignment and asked how long I expected to keep my car. After discussing my options I decided to get the lifetime alignment for $165. I asked him how much the brakes would cost and he told me I didnt need them. I was ready to pay for the additional work and was delighted with the news that I didnt have to. The job was completed within the time frame given. I am so pleased with their work and customer service. I will be referring people to this location and I am now a lifetime customer! Thank you Richard and TEAM!!!!

Got a good deal for two tires for my Sienna.

Just wanted new tires. When I arrived, they tried to upsell an alignment and insisted I need one with new tires. Just had one completed 6 mo ago, and my old tires are wearing even. Go to New Life Tires instead.

Called for tire repair, they told me to bring my car in at 6pm. I got there at 6pm and they said they couldnt fix that night but would do it first thing (7am) in the morning. Arrived at 7:45am and my car hadnt moved. Older man who works at the counter said oh well, just because you have an appt doesnt mean that there werent other cars here first. Took about 5 minutes of fumbling around to give me my keys so I could leave with my unfixed tire. Wont ever return.

Prior to this experience, I only took my Lincoln Navigator to the Local Lincoln Dealership. Since my Navigator is 13 years old, I did not want to spend a ton of money to repair it. My rear suspension system (air bags) failed. The Lincoln Dealership quoted almost $1200.00 to install a conversion kit, and convert my vehicle to a standard shock and suspension system. Tires Plus quoted $746.00. They had some problems getting the correct parts, but, in the end I received new front and rear shocks at no extra charge. The employees were professional, polite, and so far, I think they did a great job. Two caveats: The Lincoln dealership said my replaced suspension system was warrantied for 24,000 miles. Tires Plus said it was for the life of the vehicle. Considering the age of the vehicle, the warranty is probably good either way.Comparing the service from Tires plus to the Lincoln Dealership: Lincoln provides a free hand wash and detailing of my vehicle. They also provide courtesy transportation to and from my home while my vehicle is in service. Tires plus gave me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle, but could not provide transportation back to the shop to retrieve my vehicle. I paid $30.00 for a cab ride to pick up my car. Even after adding the cost of the cab ride, I saved over $400 from the Lincoln Dealership price. If I have any problems with the Tires Plus repairs, I will post them here. However, I have gut feeling that they did a great job for me, and saved me a bunch of bucks. I dealt with Mark at Ties Plus in Bonita Springs. I would rate him a Triple AAA++++.

First, let me prescribe that you never buy a used mini cooper unless you have some serious financial resources to maintain it. Reed and Ron worked tirelessly with me to try and find me aftermarket parts to be able to save me money. These guys WORKED and I mean WORKED to save me money on parts. I had comparable quotes from local german auto specialists and the mini dealer and Reed and his team were consistently 50-75% lower cost than the specialists. Never buy a german car if you cant afford the maintenance, and that goes not just for additional hours of labor required to change the simplest of parts, but also the exorbitant prices of even aftermarket parts.Thank you Reed and Ron for your help, hopefully I wont see you as often now that I have a Toyota.Seriously, use these guys for your tires, oil changes, brake jobs, everything.

Took the car in for an oil change, was called 30 min in with a list of additional things that had to be done, basically raising the bill from $50 to over $500. Allowed the alignment, refused the rest, so got out of there for $150. I dont object to their evaluating a car, but this is a 15-year-old car that will be replaced in another 18 months; it makes no sense to put $$$ into it. Get the impression their approach often earns them additional money so they keep with it, but I find it offensive, and I hope that its not standard for female customers (sorry, but I saw a lot of this is the bad old days and I was kind of hoping that was all done with in repair shops). Perhaps these days this inspect and start selling approach is standard for this business, for all customers? Now thats progress!

Good price on tires but they messed up my alignment. No urgency here. Waiting hours and hours to drive away and have to come back so the can fix their mistake. Never coming back here again. Its hard to find people you can trust!!!!! Update: they did make it right by upgrading my tires at no more cost to me. Things like that will make me return.

I went in to get my brakes looked at. They were helpful and didnt sell me anything, said my brakes were fine. I get in my car to leave and my A/C isnt working. I turn around and let them know and they keep telling me its just bad luck. Well, on inspection, the gentleman that drove my vehicle to test the brakes slammed the brakes so hard he knocked over stone samples I had in my vehicle.... Theyre really heavy! The sound I right it in for was ten times worse and now I was without A/C, which they didnt fix for me. I was trying to not accuse them but I knew it wasnt right that the sound was worse and my A/C randomly stops working after he slams the brakes. I slammed my brakes hard enough to knock over the stone, to simulate what he did, and the sound goes away! Hmm.... But, A/C still doesnt work. Im nowmleft wondering what he damaged or knocked loose by slamming the brakes unnecessarily hard to check them. I went in and my vehicle was fine, I just wanted it looked at by a professional, and now Im left with costly damages. Very unhappy and upset. Unfortunately for them, I wont be going back and Ill also be having someone inspect it and if they confirm it was something the tech could have done, Ill be having them reimburse me for the damages.

Gave a price on the phone made an appointment turned up and they gave me a higher price than what was what they said on the phone. Than they said do you have it in writing? What a rip off took my car and left never to return.

Horrible place to have anything but tires done, they should really drop the (plus) from their name. They have had my car for 5 days because they only have one technician that can change out an alternator. And nobody knows anything about anything, when I call in asking about my cars status. Never dealing with this business again and neither should any of you...

Bought tires from this shop three weeks ago. No issues wth tires. However, today found out they do not have a threadlocker in a shop at all. They never use it according to two people who work here. Really? It is like a mechanic without a wrench. Many repairs require application of threadlocker. Dont take your car here for your own safety. May be they dont even torque.

Sorry, but this place is the worst. They take appointments, but the appointments are meaningless. Expect to spend anywhere from 2 to 6 hours waiting for a tire change. Ridiculous.
