Ben is a pleasure to deal with, his product line is outstanding and his work is art.

So disappointed in this company! The design was messed up. My cabinet was butchered trying to make it work and it still doesn’t look good. I am not sure the glue will even hold with the oven heat. The lights are different than top cabinet and my expectation. He refuses to do the right thing and fix it. I have had 2 electricians tell me the lights are different. It doesn’t look right. I have a column refrigerator design and it wasn’t installed correctly. Missing many screws and a bolt. I have been waiting weeks for him to fix it. The handle came off because the hole was drilled too deep and now the door paint is scratched. Things happen in construction but it is his attitude that is the real problem. The cabinets were not installed straight so the countertop person couldn’t template my counter. He wouldn’t deliver my vanity unless I paid him for kitchen installation, even though he wasn’t finished and oven and fridge were not installed properly... still waiting for him to fix fridge. My project was suppose to be installed and finished in November. I am still waiting for Ben to finish.

They refaced my cabinets, built stacked drawers below counter level and gutted and installed all new built-in pantries. Honestly, it came out better than I expected. My goal was to upgrade my existing cabinet doors and drawers that were made with thermofoil. They required constant gluing to keep the foil from pealing off. I had Willow House Cabinetry come to my condo and measure and price out new doors. I had visited their location in Naples prior to this visit. The new drawers and doors are beautiful! I could not have asked for a better business relationship with this company. I am truly pleased with their work and their professionalism. I am considered some additional work at our condo in the near future and will definitely have these guys do my work!
