Thompson has good service but their pricing is significantly higher than competitors

My daughter is very happy about her experience with Thompson gas and shes very satisfied with the job he did, this guys called Alex he was installing the gas line at my daughters house and i was present, i must say i havent see a great service and dedicated person in a long time, i havent received that kind of service not even in McDonalds which Im frequent client.. He was very kind and detailed in his job, very funny and super nice!! We are really happy with Thompson gas and the guy they sent us to do the job. Nice Secretary too very nice and beautiful voice. Oh and affordable prices too. Keep it up!

THIS COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO REPRESENTS THEM TO SOLVE PROBLEMS, DO NOT HAVE THE MOST MINIMAL RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS, A FEW WEEKS A TECHNICIAN ARRIVED FROM THEM, A DAY WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE AND WITHOUT ANY REQUIRED NEED. IN VIEW THAT IN A LITTLE TIME THE SERVICE BEGAN, THEREFORE THE INSPECTIONS REQUESTED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT MADE.THE SURPRISE OF THIS SHORT VISIT, IS THAT WE GOT A RECEIPT OF 270.00 .. WHICH WERE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FROM OUR ACCOUNT.WE HAVE CALLED IN SEVERAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SENORA LAURY IS A VERY LITTLE KIND PERSON AND WOULD BE IN HER TREATMENT.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND THINK WE CHANGE TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT AT LEAST RESPECT MORE TO ITS CLIENTS AND DO NOT USE THEMSELVES.

They fill your tank instead of swapping. Prices can be better. Not worth it if its out of the way.

Thompson gas is a very responsive and reliable supplier. I have used them for many years. They are a great and friendly supplier.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Jeniffer has horrible customer service. Over priced gas. Not worth setting up a account. Avoid if you can.

Kevin Stanton for you the 20 lbs tank can hold 4.5 gallons but normally they fill 4.2 gallons or 4.3 gallons and cost $ 4.75 per gallon that’s why you paid $22.00 per tank I paid every time when I refill my tank $21.66 and the guy who work there clean my tank and put back to my truck is a good service to me and I give him couple bucks extras even if I pay with credit card always I tip him for a good service Thompson gas the best in Bonita Springs tank full no like exchange tanks they rip it off have a good day

I came home and found i was out of gas, tried to stretch service from 90 days to 120 didnt work! Call them even tho they have a full plate today their still going to come! Thank you very much!

Filled a 20# tank there. Got 4.3 gallons for $22 ($5.11 per gallon). Seems a bit high when Walmart has tank exchange for 15# tank exchange for $15 ($4.20 per gallon)
